The present invention relates to a holder for repro camera devices, in particular for large-format images, which consist of two adjoining surfaces which are fastened to corresponding holding frames which can be pivoted on one side relative to the other, one of which is a glass pane onto which the image is pressed in this way is that it faces the lens, and from a support frame to which the holding frames are articulated such that they can be rotated substantially about their common center of gravity, from a substantially vertical position to a substantially horizontal position, that of the photographing position and the Layout position.
The best known holder, which is operated in a vertical position, is the so-called foil lifting holder. In this, the original image is first placed slightly under the film roll, which is connected to the lifting arrangement via an axis. The film roll in the lifter is then pulled over the picture so that the original picture is covered by the film unwinding from the roll. The film is pressed against the original picture by removing the air between the film and the support by means of an arrangement in the device. The cover is made of glass to enable rear lighting.
In the case of an original composed of a plurality of original images stacked one on top of the other, the layout of the image to be assembled on the edition is extremely difficult because the composition is difficult to maintain. Even in the case of one-piece pictures of the same size, attaching the pictorial representation is difficult. In addition, the static electricity caused by the film complicates the layout. Thin originals can also be damaged by the lifting device. A film lift holder is described in US Pat. No. 4,197,005, which however relates exceptionally to film security.
A major problem is the scratches on the film, even in normal use. The scratches that appear in transparent films appear in the print in addition to the scratches in the original. In particular, when retouching color copies, the removal of scratches is almost impossible, and it is common for the film to be changed every month, which significantly increases operating costs.
In terms of their mechanical structure, the swiveling original holders described in Swedish publication SE 329 084 and US publication 3,627,415 are the closest to the invention. However, none of them are able to take photographs of scanned originals. In the device described in U.S. Patent 3,627,415, the original images are mounted on a flexibly suspended cushion that presses the images onto the opposite surface of a sheet of glass when the frames are vertical. This structure is in no way suitable for large images, since the print remains small in the center of the surface. In both arrangements, the originals are pressed from a surface onto a glass pane.
The possibility of fluoroscopy in the devices according to these publications is not possible, even if the other surface is exchanged for a glass pane, since the originals then no longer remain exactly in place when the frame is in a vertical position, but they would slip easily.
It is the purpose of this invention to provide a holder according to the preamble of claim 1 which is easy to use, which is translucent and which avoids the disadvantages listed above. This is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The arrangement of the surfaces according to the invention makes it possible to use the holder as an effective layout table and, as required, as a light table for the exact compilation e.g. individual pictures. It is possible to arrange composite images, and the matt film is pressed evenly against the glass using its own frame that covers the entire surface.
In a holder according to the invention, transparent originals are illuminated by the matt film controlling the light. In this case, small scratches are no longer visible even in the original image, as are dust spots between the surfaces, as would be the case with direct backlighting. The frosted glass towards the lens is advantageous because it cannot be scratched during use.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in which an advantageous exemplary embodiment is shown. Show it

Fig. 2 shows the holding and layout device in side view in the layout position.
The bracket can move along the rails 8 due to the wheels arranged on the frame 6. Guides can also be provided in the ceiling, in which case the floor must be completely flat. A distance meter can be connected to the device, which is connected directly to the transmission arrangement.
The holding frame 4 for the glass pane 2 is connected to the frame 6 via an axis 7 and the holding frame 3 for the matt film is articulated on the frame 4. In the photographing position, the frames 3 and 4 abut each other and are vertical, so that the arrangement of the surfaces seen from the lens, i.e. from the front is as follows: glass pane 2, original image, polyester film 1, FIG. 1. It should be emphasized that the scratch-free matt glass pane 2 faces the lens and that the polyester film 1 is not crystal clear according to the invention, but rather scatters the light. In practice, it has been found that a matte film effectively keeps scratches, dirt and adhesive edges away from the copy on a screened original, which actually improves the quality of the copy.
For photography, the device contains photographic lights 9, with which the original can be illuminated from the front or from behind, by pivoting the holding arm of the lights into the corresponding position.
Since the layout of large-format images, in particular of composite images in the vertical position, is difficult, a basic solution according to the invention in the device consists in pivoting the frames 3 and 4 into a horizontal position. The upper frame is raised and the glass pane 2 carried by the frame 4 then forms an effective layout table. By using additional lights 10, the layout table can also be used as a light table, so that in this case the graphical arrangement and the attachment of the original images becomes easier (FIG. 2). The original or the originals are placed on the glass pane 2 and then the frame 3 is lowered so that the polyester film lies evenly over the entire image and the arrangement is exactly maintained.
The holding is done by removing the air between the polyester film 1 and the glass sheet 2 by means of a vacuum pump, which is part of the device. The original picture is then pressed firmly against the glass pane 2. The frame can then be pivoted into a vertical position.
The necessary adaptation for map photography is carried out in such a way that the image surface is pivoted so that it has a small angle with respect to the optical axis. The housing of the bearing, which carries the axle 7 in the frame 6, can be moved slightly forwards and backwards in a horizontal plane by means of an adjusting screw. A stop 11 determines the normal position of the vertical surfaces of the frames 3 and 4. However, this can be adjusted in the horizontal direction by means of another adjusting screw, so that the position of the frames 3 and 4 can deviate slightly from the vertical. The adjustment screws can be provided with drive motors and connected to an electronic arrangement in order to enable automatic adjustment.
