Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Seitenansicht der Vorrichtung;
Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Darstellung der Vorrichtung.
Fig. 3 eine Ausführungsart der Befestigungsmittel;
Fig. 4 eine Ausführungsart des Erdverankerungsteils.
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
It is known and customary to support formwork, in particular face formwork boards from floor slabs, by means of specially produced wooden structures and to anchor them in the floor. The production of such supports for the formwork boards takes a lot of time and is therefore expensive. The specially cut wood can usually not be used anymore and forms waste. From CH-PS 591 616 a formwork holder is known, in which a holding part is supported on a ground anchor via a telescopic support. This holder consists of many parts. The telescopic support is only hooked into the holding part, and the whole holder requires cross struts with other holders so that sufficient stability can be achieved at all. This also makes setting up such a holder time-consuming.
The object of the invention is therefore to create a formwork holder which does not have the disadvantages mentioned.
This is achieved by a device for holding formwork elements of the type mentioned in the introduction with the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The device according to the invention has the advantage that the rigid unit, which is not adjustable in length or height, has high stability, as a result of which cross struts to other holders can be dispensed with. The adjustability makes it possible to position the holding part vertically even if the ground anchoring part is not fixed vertically in the ground.
In a preferred embodiment, the unit is formed by a plate which is provided with a wooden plate on the formwork side. This version is easy to manufacture, has high stability and allows the formwork boards to be easily attached with nails.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the figures.
It shows:
Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of the device;
Fig. 2 is a diagrammatic representation of the device.
3 shows an embodiment of the fastening means;
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the ground anchoring part.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of the device in use. With 1 is a rod made of metal, which forms the ground anchoring part. On this rod 1, a plate 2 made of metal is adjustably attached, which carries a wooden plate 3 at its angled end. Formwork boards 4 are attached to the wooden plate, e.g. by means of nails. The formwork boards delimit the end wall of a floor slab 5, e.g. concrete. As can be seen in FIG. 3, two sleeves 9 are arranged on the rod 1 and can be fixed at any point along the rod 1 by means of locking screws 10.
Each sleeve 9 carries a threaded bolt 8, on which nuts 6 can be screwed. The threaded bolts 8 can be inserted into slots in the plate 2 if the sleeves 9 are arranged on the rod 1 at a corresponding distance. The plate 2 can then be fastened to the sleeves 9 or to the rod 1 by means of the nuts 6.
To set up the device, it is sufficient if the rod 1 is hammered into the earth at a distance from the base plate 5 to be created, which corresponds approximately to the length of the plate from the wooden beam 3 to the center of the slots. Smaller deviations of a few centimeters are not critical. The end face of the base plate 5 or the formwork is usually marked by a tensioned cord. After the rod has been hammered in, the sleeves 9 can be attached or readjusted according to the depth of penetration into the ground. Furthermore, the plate 2 is pushed onto the threaded bolt 8. The slotted end of the plate 2 is pushed so far over the bolts 8 that the wooden slat 3 is flush with the cord. Then the plate 2 is fixed by means of the nuts 6, and the formwork boards 4 can be attached to the slat 3.
The crossbar 3 can be adjusted vertically, even if the rod 1 is not perpendicular. If the slots of the plate 2 have a width which is larger than the diameter of the threaded bolts 8, the plate 2 can be pivoted with respect to the rod axis and fixed in a pivoted position with the nuts 6. It does not matter whether the plate plane is at an oblique angle to the floor, as long as only the plane formed by the front surface of the slat 3 is perpendicular. This means that the formwork boards attached to the surface are vertical.
Fig. 3 shows a view of the device from above, wherein the plate 2 is only partially shown. Instead of a sleeve 9, a clamp 11 is provided which allows lateral insertion on the rod 1, whereas the sleeves 9 have to be pushed onto the rod from above. Sliding on the sleeves can be problematic, however, if the rod 1 is compressed or widened at the upper end after repeated use of the device. The clamp 11 shown has an annular section, with which the rod 1 is encompassed. Other types of clamps are also possible.
Fig. 4 shows a plate-shaped anchor part 12 which can be fastened to the rod 1 with a sleeve 9. The anchor part 12 can, as shown, be spade-shaped. The part of the spade that can be lowered into the ground is pressed or hammered into the ground so that it is flush with the surface of the ground, so that the plate 2 lies on the ground. The sleeve 9, however, is offset upwards and is therefore above the surface of the earth. Instead of the sleeve 9, a clamp 11 can of course also be provided.
To create a formwork, several of the formwork holders shown are arranged along the forehead to be formed. The distance between the individual holders depends on the type of formwork. With the device shown, formwork can be quickly assembled and dismantled with simple handling. The device is easy to use in any ground.
