Abstract

The bed or storage area comprises several panels (1) fixed one above the other on a frame which for each panel (1) has horizontal parallel tubes on which the panels rest without side supports. The tubes are connected at their ends to the supporting uprights (2,4) and the panels can be fixed to the tubes by fastening brackets (5) and the tubes (3) can be fixed to the supporting uprights (3,4) by further r suitable fastening brackets (7,10,13). The tubes can be rotatably mounted on the brackets (5) underneath the panels so that the panels can be collapsed with the frame into one plane and unfolded again with corresponding counter movement. USE/ADVANTAGE - For civil defence shelters which also act as store areas.

   BESCHREIBUNG



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine Liege- oder Lagerstelle mit mehreren übereinander an einem Gestell befestigten Tablaren, die als Liegestelle ohne seitliche Abstützung aufstellbar ist. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine kombinierte Liege- und Lagerstelle der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die den Anforderungen, die an eine Zivilschutzliegestelle gestellt werden, genügt und die dennoch kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann. Die Liegestelle soll in einfacher Weise und auch von ungeübten Personen montierbar sein.



   Es ist bereits eine Liege- oder Lagerstelle im Handel, die ein Gestell aus verschraubten Profilen aufweist. Damit in Friedenszeiten die Lagerstelle günstiger zu stellen ist, wird diese auch in halber Breite angeboten. In der Verwendung als Zivilschutzliegestelle werden dann jeweils zwei solche Lagerstellen aneinandergestellt, sodass die erforderliche Breite erreicht wird.



   Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Erfindung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst.



   Durch die Weiterbildung nach Anspruch 3 kann die Liege- oder Lagerstelle zusammengeklappt werden, so dass sie sich einfacher transportieren und auf kleinem Raum lagern lässt. Wird die Liegestelle beispielsweise tagsüber nicht benötigt, so kann sie mit geringem Kraftaufwand zusammengeklappt und raumsparend an eine Wand gestellt werden.



  Ebenso schnell lässt sie sich dann wieder auseinanderklappen und ist sofort als Liegestelle bereit.



   Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch einen Teil der Liege- und Lagerstelle,
Fig. 3 eine Teilansicht der Liege- und Lagerstelle, und
Fig. 4a, 4b, 5b Ansichten zweier Teile der Liege- und Lagerstelle.



   Nach Fig. 1 weist die Liege- und Lagerstelle zwei vordere Stützen 2 und zwei etwas längere hintere Stützen 4 auf. Diese besitzen einen rechteckigen Querschnitt und sind beispielsweise aus Holz. Drei horizontal angeordnete Tablare 1 liegen je auf zwei Rohren 3 auf, die an ihren Enden an den Stützen 2 und 4 befestigt sind. Die Rohre 3 sind im Querschnitt kreisrund und hohl und bestehen vorzugsweise aus Metall.



   Wie die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen, sind die Tablare 1 mittels Klammern 5 an den Rohren 3 befestigt und zwar so, dass die Rohre 3 in den Klammern 5 gedreht werden können. Dadurch können die Tablare 1 in eine Ebene zusammengeklappt und mit einer entsprechenden Gegenbewegung wieder ausgeklappt werden. Damit sich die Rohre in den Klammern 5 in Längsrichtung nicht verschieben, weisen die Klammern 5 und die Rohre 3 korrespondierende Rillen 17 auf. Die Klammern 5 sind vorzugsweise an den Tablaren 1 eingeschraubt. In den Fig. 4a und 4b ist eine solche Klammer 5 näher dargestellt, wobei hier auch die Löcher 19 für die Schrauben gut sichtbar sind. Die Klammer 5 weist auch einen Lappen 2 auf, der das Tablar an einer Längskante umgreift und dieses gegen seitliches Verrutschen sichert.



   Die Stützen 2 weisen koaxial zum Rohr 3 verlaufende Durchgangsbohrungen 12 auf. Durch diese Bohrungen 12 sind Schrauben 13 gesteckt, die jeweils in einen Körper 10 eingeschraubt sind. Dieser Körper 10 besteht vorzugsweise aus Aluminium und ist in das Rohr eingerollt oder eingepresst. Die Schraube 13 sitzt mit ihrem Kopf in einer konischen Einsenkung 15 einer äusseren Klammer 7. Der Körper 10 greift mit seinem äusseren Ende in eine konische Einsenkung einer inneren Klammer 6. Beide Klammern 6 und 7 sind gleich ausgebildet. Eine solche Klammer ist in Fig. 6a und 6b im Detail gezeigt. Die Klammer 6 weist zwei senkrecht abstehende Dorne 18 auf, die in die Stütze 2 eingetrieben sind und die zusätzlich verhindern, dass sie bei einer nach unten gerichteten Kraft nach unten rutschen. 

  Die Klammer 6 weist ebenfalls einen Lappen in einer Bohrung 20 auf, an dem eine stabilisierende Strebe 8 (Fig. 1) befestigt werden kann.



   Damit sich die Schrauben 13 nicht ungewollt lösen können, weisen diese eine Ausfallsicherung 14 auf. 



  
 



   DESCRIPTION



   The invention relates to a lying or storage area with several shelves fastened one above the other, which can be set up as a lying area without lateral support. The invention has for its object to provide a combined bed and storage place of the type mentioned, which meets the requirements placed on a civil protection berth, and which can still be produced inexpensively. The berth should be easy to assemble and even by inexperienced people.



   There is already a bed or storage place in the trade, which has a frame made of screwed profiles. So that the depository can be made cheaper in times of peace, it is also offered in half width. When used as a civil protection berth, two such storage locations are then placed next to each other so that the required width is achieved.



   This object is achieved by the invention according to claim 1.



   Through the development according to claim 3, the lying or storage area can be folded up, so that it can be transported more easily and stored in a small space. If, for example, the bed is not needed during the day, it can be folded up with little effort and placed on a wall to save space.



  It can then be unfolded just as quickly and is immediately ready as a bed.



   The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. Show it:

   According to Fig. 1, the lying and storage area has two front supports 2 and two somewhat longer rear supports 4. These have a rectangular cross section and are made of wood, for example. Three horizontally arranged trays 1 each rest on two tubes 3, which are fastened at their ends to the supports 2 and 4. The tubes 3 are circular and hollow in cross section and are preferably made of metal.



   As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the trays 1 are fastened to the tubes 3 by means of brackets 5 in such a way that the tubes 3 can be rotated in the brackets 5. As a result, the trays 1 can be folded into one plane and folded out again with a corresponding counter movement. So that the tubes in the clamps 5 do not move in the longitudinal direction, the clamps 5 and the tubes 3 have corresponding grooves 17. The brackets 5 are preferably screwed onto the trays 1. Such a clamp 5 is shown in more detail in FIGS. 4a and 4b, wherein the holes 19 for the screws are also clearly visible here. The clip 5 also has a tab 2, which engages around the tray on one longitudinal edge and secures it against slipping sideways.



   The supports 2 have through bores 12 running coaxially to the tube 3. Screws 13 are inserted through these bores 12, each of which is screwed into a body 10. This body 10 is preferably made of aluminum and is rolled or pressed into the tube. The screw 13 sits with its head in a conical depression 15 of an outer bracket 7. The body 10 engages with its outer end in a conical depression of an inner bracket 6. Both brackets 6 and 7 are of identical design. Such a clip is shown in detail in FIGS. 6a and 6b. The clamp 6 has two vertically projecting mandrels 18 which are driven into the support 2 and which additionally prevent them from sliding downward when a force is directed downwards.

  The clip 6 also has a tab in a bore 20 to which a stabilizing strut 8 (FIG. 1) can be attached.



   So that the screws 13 cannot loosen unintentionally, they have a fail-safe 14.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS 1. reclining or storage location with a plurality of trays (1) fastened one above the other, the reclining position being able to be set up without lateral support, characterized in that the rack has horizontal and parallel tubes (3) for each tray (1) on which the trays (1) rest, the tubes being connected at their ends to the supports (2, 4), and that means (5) for fastening the trays (1) to the tubes (3) and means (6, 7 , 10, 13) for fastening the tubes (3) to the supports (3, 4) are provided.

2. lying or storage point according to claim 1, characterized in that in the tubes (3) at their ends a body (10) is inserted into which a coaxial to the tube (3) screw (13) is screwed, wherein this screw (13) is inserted through a hole (12) in the support (2).

3. lying or storage point according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that on the underside of the trays (1) brackets (5) are fastened, in which the tubes (3) are rotatably mounted, such that the trays (1) can be folded into one level with the frame and folded out again with a corresponding counter movement.

4. lying or storage point according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that on the supports (2) these encompassing, paired brackets (6, 7) are attached, with which the tubes (3) at their ends the supports (2) are fastened and have the means (18) which fix the clamps (6, 7) against a downward force on the supports (2).

5. lying or storage point according to claim 4, characterized in that the means (18) for fixing the paired clamps (6, 7) attached to this and in the supports (2) driven mandrels (18).

6. lying or storage point according to claim 4, characterized in that the screws (13) through the paired brackets (6, 7) are inserted and screwed into the body (10) used in the tube (3).

7. lying and storage point according to claim 6, characterized in that the pairs of brackets (6, 7) have conical depressions (15, 16), wherein in each one depression (15) the head of the screw (13) and in the other depression (16) of the body (10) is inserted with its outer end.

8. lying or storage point according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the body (10) in the tubes (3) are rolled or pressed.

9. lying or storage point according to one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the screw (13) has a fail-safe (14).

10. lying or storage point according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the frame has at least one stiffening strut.
