BESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a rotating tine conveyor on agricultural harvesting machines for shark and leaf material according to the preamble of claim 1.
Designs of this type are known for example from DGBM 18 93 335 and US-PS 27 55 912. The trunnion for the link bearing, which is eccentric to the axis of rotation of the tine conveyor, is kept very short for a favorable bending load and also for reasons of installation space. As a result, the link bearings arranged next to one another on the pin can only have a small width. However, this means that the link bearings, which are designed as plain bearings for reasons of space and cost, are exposed to a high surface load during the rotational movement on the pin and thus wear out quickly. They therefore have to be replaced frequently.
The invention is based on the finding that the wear and tear on the link bearings can also be significantly reduced when the rotational speed of the tine conveyor increases if the link bearings no longer carry out the rotary movement caused by the rotational movement of the tine conveyor, but only the small pivoting movement caused by the tine control run the spigot. According to the invention, this is achieved by measures corresponding to the characterizing part of claim 1 and in a further embodiment corresponding to the characterizing features from claim 2. In a design and arrangement of the pin for the link bearing according to the proposal of claim 3, a particularly favorable storage of the tine conveyor and a very favorable loading of the pin attachment to the machine frame during the conveying movement of the tine conveyor is achieved.
Es zeigenIn the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in a schematic representation and described in more detail below. Show it
Fig. 1 einen an einem landwirtschaftlichen Ladewagen verwendeten rotierenden Zinkenförderer im Querschnitt,1 shows a rotating tine conveyor used on an agricultural loader wagon in cross section,
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Zinkenförderers in Pfeilrichtung A der Fig. 1, und Fig. 3 in vergrösserter Schnittdarstellung die Einzelheit B aus der Fig. 22 shows a view of the tine conveyor in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows detail B from FIG. 2 in an enlarged sectional view
The conveying device shown in Fig. 1 is connected (as an example of use) to the front side 1 of a loading wagon 2 (not shown in detail) of conventional construction, i.e. with a pick-up drum 3 and scraper floor 4, in such a way that the conveying tines 5 engage in the conveying channel 6 and pass the cutting knives 7 protruding into the conveying channel 6 during their conveying movement. The conveying tines 5 are fastened at a distance next to one another on tine shafts 8 which are rotatably mounted in side plates 15, 16 of a common central tube 12 which is driven in rotation. The tine shafts 8 are connected to control arms 9, on which handlebars 10 engage, which are jointly rotatably mounted on a pin 11 arranged eccentrically to the central tube 12 in a stationary manner. As a result, when the tines 5 rotate on the orbit 13 of the tine shafts 8, they are controlled in such a way that their tine tips describe the curved path 14 indicated by dot-dash lines. The pin 11 is held non-rotatably at one end in the machine frame 17 and is connected at the other end to a bearing element 19 which is eccentric to its longitudinal axis 18 and has two roller bearings which are arranged at an axial distance. The central tube 12 is rotatably mounted at one end on this bearing element 19 and at the other end on the machine frame 17 via a roller bearing 20 and is driven in rotation via a chain wheel 21, which is driven by an unspecified power source of the loading wagon.
According to the invention, the links 10 are pivotably mounted via plain bearings 23 on a common bush 24 which is rotatably mounted on the pin 11 via needle bearings 25 .
