BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie einen Skischuh mit einer solchen Einrichtung.
Bei einer solchen Einrichtung bekannter Bauart dient ein in feinen Abstufungen längsverstellbarer Zahnriemen zur optimalen Anpassung der Schaftweite des Skischuhes an den Beinumfang des Trägers. Da der Zahnriemen jedoch bei schlanken Beinen nicht übermässig hervorstehen soll und der Skischuh in weiten Grenzen an den jeweiligen Beinumfang anpassbar sein muss, war es bisher für den Händler erforderlich, mehrere unterschiedlich lange Zahnriemen am
Lager zu haben, um diese dem Beinumfang des Kunden entsprechend auswählen zu können. Die damit verbundene Lagerhaltung unterschiedlich langer Zahnriemen war eine zusätzliche Belastung des Händlers zu der Notwendigkeit, bei jedem Verkauf von Skischuhen die richtige Auswahl an Zahnriemen treffen zu müssen.
Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, welche bei einem Skischuh ohne Auswechslung des Riemens auch an sehr unterschiedliche Beinumlänge des jeweiligen Trägers anpassbar ist.
Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Lösung wird die bisher für den Händler erforderliche Lagerhaltung an unterschiedlich langen Riemen nicht nur vereinfacht, sondern vollständig aufgehoben, da der einzige noch benötigte Riemen bereits vom Hersteller an den Skischuh angebracht werden kann.
Dadurch ergibt sich für den Händler der wesentliche Vorteil, dass er beim Verkaufen von Skischuhen nicht nach passenden Riemen suchen muss, sondern dass er die erforderliche Anpassung unmittelbar am Skischuh in Gegenwart des Kunden vornehmen kann.
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sind durch die abhängigen Ansprüche gekennzeichnet. Durch eine der bevorzugten Ausführungsformen ist beispielsweise der Riemen mit dem Spannhebel de Spannschnalle unlösbar verbunden, so dass ein Verlust des Riemens nicht zu befürchten ist. Nach weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsformen ist die Spannschnalle in im Schnallenband angeordnete Schlitze einrastbar und durch eine Sperre gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen gesichert.
Die Einrastbarkeit garantiert eine besonders sichere Verankerung und die Sperre verhindert ein Ausrasten bei offenem Skischuh. Ferner ergibt sich durch bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Vorteil, dass kein Werkzeug zur Verstellung der Spannschnalle erforderlich ist, da der klinkenartig hinter den Sockel greifende Lappen des Schnallenbandes beim Ausrasten von Hand betätigt werden kann.
Anhand der Zeichnungen wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Der in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Skischuh ist mit einer Einrichtung 10 zum Zusammenhalten der beiden Schaftteile 12 und 14 ausgerüstet. Der hintere Schaftteil 12 ist um eine quer zur Schuhlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse 16 schwenkbar mit einem auf einer Schuhsohle 18 angeordneten Schalenteil 20 gelenkig verbunden. Der vordere Schaftteil 14 ist als Zungenteil mit dem Schalenteil 20 verbunden.
Die zum Zusammenhalten der beiden Schaftteile 12 und 14 dienende Einrichtung 10 weist eine Spannschnalle 22, einen Zahnriemen 24 und eine Verschlussschnalle 26 auf.
Aus der Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, dass die Spannschnalle 22 mittels eines als Zwischenstück dienenden Schnallenbandes 28 auf der einen Seite mit dem vorderen Schaftteil 14 verbunden ist. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Verschlussschnalle 26 mit dem vorderen Schaftteil 14 verbunden.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt die Spannschnalle 22, den Zahnriemen 24 und das Schnallenband 28 in-einer vom Skischuh losgelösten perspektivischen Ansicht. Aus dieser Fig. geht insbesondere hervor, dass die Spannschnalle 22 einen mit flachköpfigen, hervorstehenden Nieten 30 und 30' versehenen Sockel 32 aufweist. Mit dem Sockel 32 ist ein Spannhebel 34 gelenkig verbunden, der seinerseits mit dem Zahnriemen 24 gelenkig verbunden ist. Die beiden gelenkigen Verbindungen des Spannhebels 34 sind bei normalem Gebrauch nicht lösbar, so dass die ganze Einrichtung zum Zusammenhalten der beiden Schaftteile 12 und 14 des Skischuhes gemäss den Fig. 1 und 2 keine verlierbaren Teile aufweist.
Zur Befestigung der Spannschnalle 22 am Schnallenband 28 weist das Schnallenband 28 im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel drei Schlitze 36, 36' und 36" auf, denen jeweils ein runder Ausschnitt 38 vorangestellt ist, durch welchen der Kopf der Niete 30 hindurchpasst. Die Schlitze 36, 36' und 36" hingegen sind dem jeweiligen Schaft der Nieten 30 und 30' angepasst, wobei der Abstand der Nieten 30 und 30' voneinander dem jeweiligen Abstand der Schlitze 36, 36' und 36" voneinander entspricht. Die Spannschnalle 22 ist demzufolge mit ihrem Sockel 32 in zwei verschiedenen Stellungen einsetzbar, die in einer sich längs zum Zahnriemen 24 erstreckenden Richtung voneinander versetzt sind. Selbstverständlich kann das Schnallenband 28 mit mehr als nur drei Schlitzen 36 versehen sein, wenn die Spannschnalle 22 in mehr als zwei Stellungen einsetzbar sein soll.
Zur Sicherung der in das Schnallenband 28 einsetzbaren Spannschnalle 22 dienen aus dem aus Blech bestehenden Schnallenband 28 ausgestanzte Lappen 40 und 40', von denen je einer den beiden möglichen Einsatzstellungen zugeordnet ist. Diese Lappen 40 und 40' sind geringfügig nach aussen aus dem gewölbten Schnallenband 28 gebogen, so dass sie beim Einsetzen der Spannschnalle 22 entgegen ihrer Federwirkung zurückgedrückt werden müssen, um bei eingesetzter Spannschnalle 22 hinter die Kante 32' des Sockels 32 zu greifen. Dadurch ist die Spannschnalle 22 in eingesetzter Stellung gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen gesichert. Zum Ausrasten der Spannschnalle 22 aus dem Schnallenband 28 ist der klinkenartig wirkende Lappen 40 bzw. 40' von Hand einwärts zu drücken. Es ist demnach möglich, die Spannschnalle 22 ohne Werkzeug von der einen in die andere Stellung zu versetzen.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt die Spannschnalle 22 mit dem angelenkten Zahnriemen 24 in bezug auf die Anordnung am Skischuh in einer Draufsicht. In dieser Darstellung sind insbesondere die flachköpfigen Nieten 30 und 30' gut erkennbar. Der Zahnriemen 24 ist im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung mit dem Spannhebel 34 gabelförmig ausgebildet, so dass er mit seinen gabelförmigen Teilen 24' den Spannhebel 34 beidseitig umgreift. Der Spannhebel 34 ist relativ zum Sockel 32 in Schliessrichtung gefedert. Diese Federung hat zur Folge, dass sich der Zahnriemen 24 infolge der über den Drehpunkt 44 hinausreichenden Verlängerung 24" bei der Schliessstellung des Spannhebels 34 an den Skischuh anlegt, wenn der Skischuh noch nicht geschlossen ist. Dadurch wird bei geöffnetem Skischuh vermieden, dass der Zahnriemen 24 von diesem absteht.
Die gestrichelte Darstellung 22' zeigt die Spannschnalle 22 in im Schnallenband 28 eingesetzter Stellung. Es ist dabei deutlich zu erkennen, dass der Lappen 40' des Schnallenbandes 28 hinter die Kante 32' des Sockels 32 greift.
Entgegen der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist es bei gleichem Schutzumfang auch möglich, anstelle der Spannschnalle 22 die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Verschlussschnalle 26 verstellbar anzuordnen, beispielsweise mittels eines Schnallenbandes oder unmittelbar am entsprechenden Schaftteil des Skischuhes.
Gemäss Fig. 3 wird das Schnallenband 28 mittels eines an seinem Ende angeordneten Nietloches 42 am vorderen Schaftteil 14 des Skischuhes gemäss Fig. 2 angenietet.
Entgegen dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist es auch möglich, die Einrichtung zum Zusammenhalten der beiden Schaftteile eines Skischuhes am hinteren Schaftteil zu befestigen, so dass der Riemen den vorderen Schaftteil umgreift. Obwohl die Verwendung eines Zahnriemens als Riemen besonders vorteilhaft ist, ist auch die Verwendung eines gelochten Riemens möglich.
Die erfindungsgemässe Verstellbarkeit einer der beiden Schnallen ist auch als stufenlose Verstellung möglich, wenn anstelle von Raststellungen beispielsweise eine stufenlos verschiebbare Klemmeinrichtung verwendet wird.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a ski boot with such a device.
In such a device of a known type, a toothed belt which can be adjusted lengthwise in fine increments serves to optimally adapt the shaft width of the ski boot to the circumference of the wearer's leg. However, since the toothed belt should not protrude excessively on slim legs and the ski boot must be adaptable to the respective leg circumference within wide limits, it was previously necessary for the dealer to have several toothed belts of different lengths
To have bearings in order to be able to select them according to the customer's leg size. The associated storage of toothed belts of different lengths was an additional burden on the dealer to the necessity to have to make the right choice of toothed belts every time ski boots were sold.
The invention is based on the object of providing a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which in a ski boot can also be adapted to very different leg lengths of the respective wearer without changing the strap.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The solution according to the invention not only simplifies the stocking of straps of different lengths that was previously required for the dealer, but completely eliminates it, since the only strap still required can already be attached to the ski boot by the manufacturer.
This gives the dealer the main advantage that he does not have to look for suitable straps when selling ski boots, but that he can make the necessary adjustments directly on the ski boot in the presence of the customer.
Preferred embodiments are characterized by the dependent claims. By means of one of the preferred embodiments, the belt is, for example, permanently connected to the tensioning lever of the tensioning buckle, so that there is no fear of losing the belt. According to further preferred embodiments, the tensioning buckle can be snapped into slots arranged in the buckle band and secured against unintentional loosening by a lock.
The snap-in guarantees a particularly secure anchoring and the lock prevents it from snapping out when the ski boot is open. Furthermore, preferred embodiments result in the advantage that no tool for adjusting the tensioning buckle is required, since the tab of the buckle strap reaching behind the base like a latch can be actuated by hand when disengaging.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. It shows:

The ski boot shown in FIG. 1 is equipped with a device 10 for holding the two shaft parts 12 and 14 together. The rear shaft part 12 is pivotably connected about an axis 16 extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the shoe to a shell part 20 arranged on a shoe sole 18. The front shaft part 14 is connected to the shell part 20 as a tongue part.
The device 10 used to hold the two shaft parts 12 and 14 together has a tension buckle 22, a toothed belt 24 and a buckle 26.
It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the tensioning buckle 22 is connected on one side to the front shaft part 14 by means of a buckle band 28 serving as an intermediate piece. On the other hand, the closure buckle 26 is connected to the front shaft part 14.
3 shows the tension buckle 22, the toothed belt 24 and the buckle strap 28 in a perspective view detached from the ski boot. This figure shows in particular that the tensioning buckle 22 has a base 32 provided with flat-headed, projecting rivets 30 and 30 '. A tensioning lever 34 is articulated to the base 32, which in turn is articulated to the toothed belt 24. The two articulated connections of the tensioning lever 34 cannot be released during normal use, so that the entire device for holding together the two shaft parts 12 and 14 of the ski boot according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has no parts that can be lost.
To fasten the tensioning buckle 22 on the buckle strap 28, the buckle strap 28 in the present exemplary embodiment has three slots 36, 36 'and 36 ", each preceded by a round cutout 38 through which the head of the rivet 30 fits. The slots 36, 36' and 36 ", on the other hand, are adapted to the respective shank of the rivets 30 and 30 ', the spacing of the rivets 30 and 30' from each other corresponding to the respective spacing of the slots 36, 36 'and 36" from one another can be used in two different positions, which are offset from one another in a direction extending longitudinally to the toothed belt 24. Of course, the buckle band 28 can be provided with more than only three slots 36 if the tensioning buckle 22 is to be used in more than two positions.
To secure the tensioning buckle 22 which can be inserted into the buckle strap 28, tabs 40 and 40 'are punched out of the buckle strap 28 made of sheet metal, one of which is assigned to each of the two possible use positions. These tabs 40 and 40 'are slightly bent outwards from the curved buckle band 28, so that when the tensioning buckle 22 is inserted they have to be pressed back against their spring action in order to reach behind the edge 32' of the base 32 when the tensioning buckle 22 is inserted. As a result, the tensioning buckle 22 is secured in the inserted position against unintentional loosening. To disengage the tensioning buckle 22 from the buckle band 28, the latch-like tab 40 or 40 'must be pressed inwards by hand. It is therefore possible to move the tensioning buckle 22 from one position to the other without tools.
FIG. 4 shows the tensioning buckle 22 with the articulated toothed belt 24 in relation to the arrangement on the ski boot in a plan view. In this illustration, the flat-headed rivets 30 and 30 'are clearly visible. The toothed belt 24 is fork-shaped in the region of the articulated connection with the tensioning lever 34, so that it engages around the tensioning lever 34 on both sides with its fork-shaped parts 24 '. The tensioning lever 34 is sprung in the closing direction relative to the base 32. The result of this suspension is that the toothed belt 24, due to the extension 24 "extending beyond the pivot point 44, rests against the ski boot when the tensioning lever 34 is in the closed position when the ski boot is not yet closed. This prevents the toothed belt from being opened when the ski boot is open 24 protrudes from this.
The broken line 22 ′ shows the tensioning buckle 22 in the position inserted in the buckle band 28. It can be clearly seen that the tab 40 'of the buckle strap 28 engages behind the edge 32' of the base 32.
Contrary to the embodiment shown, it is also possible with the same scope of protection, instead of the tensioning buckle 22, to arrange the locking buckle 26 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in an adjustable manner, for example by means of a buckle strap or directly on the corresponding shaft part of the ski boot.
According to FIG. 3, the buckle band 28 is riveted to the front shaft part 14 of the ski boot according to FIG. 2 by means of a rivet hole 42 arranged at its end.
Contrary to the illustrated embodiment, it is also possible to attach the device for holding the two shaft parts of a ski boot together on the rear shaft part, so that the strap engages around the front shaft part. Although the use of a toothed belt as a belt is particularly advantageous, the use of a perforated belt is also possible.
The adjustability of one of the two buckles according to the invention is also possible as a stepless adjustment if, for example, a continuously displaceable clamping device is used instead of locking positions.
