BESCHREIBUNG
In diesem Fall- z. B. bei sog. Flügelchangierungen [vgl. z. B.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a winding device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a winding device is used to wind up threads which are produced at a constant thread speed.
It will generally be man-made fibers, with the winding machines being used in the spinning machine or drawing machine.
When moving the thread back and forth on the bobbin (traversing), there is the problem that the length of the thread laying on the bobbin is less than the stroke of the traversing due to the thread being carried between the traversing device and the bobbin. However, the aim is for the installation length to be approximately the same as the traversing stroke. The carryover is now dependent on the towing length, i.e. H. the distance between the traversing device and that surface line of the bobbin on which the thread runs. Therefore, one would like to arrange the traversing device as close as possible above this surface line. Not every change. In this case - e.g. B. in so-called wing movements [cf. e.g. B.
EU-A-84 100 432 (= Bag. 1321)] one uses an intermediate roller which rests on the bobbin, which has a relatively small diameter and which is arranged in the thread path between the traversing device and the bobbin. This intermediate roller - hereinafter referred to as the contact roller - acts as a so-called print roll, i. h .: the thread is deposited on the bobbin with the same filing law with which it is deposited on the contact roller by the traversing device. The contact roller thus serves to print the thread deposit image onto the bobbin.
Since, due to the small diameter of the contact roller, the distance between the traversing device and the surface line of the contact roller on which the thread runs can be kept small, the image of the thread on the contact roller essentially corresponds to the ideal shape, in particular the laying length of the thread on the Contact roller the traversing stroke. Consequently, it is expected that the thread deposit on the bobbin also complies with the filing law specified by the traversing device.
However, it has now emerged that this theory, which has proven itself in practice, is not always true. Rather, attention was paid to the fact that errors occur in some phases of the winding travel, such as e.g. B. racket.
The task of eliminating this tendency to errors in the bobbin structure was achieved by the winding device according to the invention according to the characterizing features of claim 1. The invention is based on the finding that the errors in the coil structure arise from the fact that the contact roller - as was previously the case - is only driven by friction with the coil surface.
The contact roller is preferably driven with the idling power of the contact roller. Idle power is understood here to mean the power with which the contact roller must be driven if it is to be driven without contact with the coil, but with the peripheral speed of the coil.
This is at a circumferential speed of the coil of approx.
6000 m / min a performance of z. V. 800 W. This idle power is only a fraction of the power required to drive the coil. The drive of the contact roller is therefore not used to transmit torque to the coil. A drive roller, which also lies on the circumference of the coil, is preferably used for this purpose. However, the bobbin can also be driven by an axle drive, in which case the speed of this motor acting on the axis of the bobbin spindle must be adjusted in the course of the bobbin travel so that the thread tension is corrected to a constant value.
This invention can also achieve the object of depositing a thread that occurs at a constant speed and is wound on a bobbin at a constant peripheral speed with a defined predetermined thread tension.
This problem is ideally solved by a winding device according to US Pat. No. 3,861,607. With such a winding device, in particular a thread can be drawn off from its spinning nozzle at high speed and winding speed of more than 3000 m / min by the winding device without the interposition of godets (godetless spinning). In the known device, this is brought about by the thread looping around a grooved roller which also serves as a traversing device and is driven independently of the bobbin. By adjusting the peripheral speed of this grooved roller, the thread tension with which the thread is placed on the bobbin can be predetermined in the required ranges.
In the embodiment of the invention according to claims 2 and 3, the contact roller is used to reduce the thread tension. The contact roller is driven at a peripheral speed that is slightly higher than the peripheral speed of the coil. The corresponding limits are specified in the claims. Contrary to expectations, it turns out that the resulting slip of the contact roller is harmless to the thread lying on the surface of the bobbin.
For this purpose, the idle power must be increased slightly, to the extent that the slip can be applied taking into account the desired contact pressure.
Because of the low relative speed of the contact roller compared to the coil and the low contact force, only a relatively small increase in the drive power compared to the idling power is required.
An exemplary embodiment is described below:
Fig. 1 shows schematically the cross section through a winding device. On an winding spindle 1, which is freely rotatable, an empty tube 5 is clamped. On this a bobbin 6 is formed from the thread 3 starting with direction 10. The traversing device 2 is a so-called wing traversing. Two or three blades 7, 8 are fastened to the counter-rotating rotors 12 and 13. The wings alternately move the thread parallel to the spindle axis, along the guideline 9, one wing being in line with the thread and passing the thread at the end of the stroke to the other wing for feedback.
The spool is driven by a drive roller 17 driven at a constant peripheral speed. The drive roller 17 including its drive motor, not shown, is mounted in a bearing 18.
In the carriage 14, the contact roller 11 is also mounted on a rocker 25. The rocker 25 is pressed against the coil by spring 23.
It should be mentioned that the traversing device is also mounted in the carriage 14. The carriage is slidably supported on guide rods 21 by means of guide bushings 22. The carriage 14 is carried by cylinder-piston units 28 and moved up and down on the guide rods 21. The cylinder-piston units are fed from the pressure source 26 with a presettable pneumatic pressure via throttle 27. A line of this pressure system leads to the nozzle 24, which is fixed in the carriage. The mouth of the nozzle is directed against the bearing 18 of the drive roller and scans the relative movement of the bearing 18 with respect to the carriage 14. This has the effect that the drive roller only rests on the coil with a defined contact pressure.
It should be mentioned that the drive roller drive can also be replaced by an axle drive motor for the winding spindle 1. In this case, the final drive motor is controlled so that the spool is driven at a constant circumferential speed despite the increasing diameter.
According to the invention, the contact roller 11 is now additionally driven by the motor 29 and toothed belt 30, with a drive power which essentially corresponds to the idling power of the contact roller. By means of this drive, the contact roller 11 is also during the exchange of the full coil 6 against an empty sleeve 5, d. H. even if the winding spindle 1 is lifted from the drive roller 17 and braked, with the same peripheral speed of z. B. 6000 m / min continued as during winding.
The essential point is that the peripheral speed of the contact roller and the ratio of the peripheral speed of the contact roller to the peripheral speed of the bobbin remain constant in all phases of the bobbin travel. In this way, a perfect coil structure can be achieved, even if - as provided in a development of the invention - the peripheral speed of the contact roller is slightly above the peripheral speed of the coil 6.
The thread which is moved back and forth on the contact roller by the traversing mechanism 2 is thereby conveyed by the contact roller at a speed which is slightly greater than the winding speed. As a result, the thread tension with which the thread is deposited on the bobbin 6 can be controlled and set to a value which is optimal for the bobbin build-up and the thread quality.
It has been found that this adjustment of the thread tension is particularly critical when spinning with a non-conveying traversing device without godets. The thread pulling force required for pulling the thread from the spinnerets must be applied in full by the thread running onto the spool.
In contrast, the invention applies this tractive force to a substantial extent through the contact roller. It has been found that a peripheral speed of the contact roller that is less than 1% greater than the peripheral speed of the coil is sufficient for this. As a rule, it is sufficient that the peripheral speed of the contact roller is less than 0.5% greater than the peripheral speed of the coil. With peripheral speeds that are 0.05% to 0.2% higher, the thread tension can be controlled with sufficient accuracy.
