BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht von Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht von Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie A-A von Fig. 1,
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for supporting and holding flexible conduits, as characterized in the preamble of claim 1.
When laying plumbing pipes in the ceilings of buildings, the pipes must be attached to the reinforcing bars and led down through the ceiling formwork so that they can be connected below the ceiling after the concrete ceiling has been created. In order to prevent the pipes from kinking sharply when bending downwards, short pipe sections are placed under the pipes and tied to the reinforcement.
For plastic pipelines laid in protective pipes, it is necessary that they have a minimum bending radius when they are bent, so that subsequent replacement of the plastic pipes is guaranteed by pulling them out of the protective pipes. In particular, there must be no kinks in the pipes when the concrete is brought into the ceiling.
However, this is not guaranteed in the case of the previously described deflection of the line pipes, the placing of the pipe sections underneath and fastening them being very time-consuming.
Formwork beams or formwork boxes (Optiflex system from Nussbaum, Olten CH) are also known, which are placed over cutouts in the ceiling formwork and the line pipes are held in bores. With these devices, however, the problem of kinking the lines during installation cannot be eliminated.
The object of the present invention is to create a device of the type mentioned at the beginning, by means of which lines or conduit pipes inserted in concrete ceilings can be guided downwards at a specific point without the pipes being bent and a minimal bending radius being maintained, which a possible replacement of the inner tube ensures.
According to the invention this is solved by the characterizing features stated in claim 1.
Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims.
Due to the arrangement of an arcuate channel on the device, the conduit is deflected downwards with a predetermined bending radius and held in such a way that no kinks can occur in the conduit when the ceiling is concreted. If the device according to the invention is attached to the slab formwork, the conduit can be fixed in the right place with a minimal expenditure of time.
The invention is illustrated in exemplary embodiments in the accompanying drawings and described below. Show it:
1 shows a longitudinal section through the device according to the invention, which is placed on a slab formwork,
2 is a side view of FIG. 1,
3 is a plan view of FIG. 1,
4 shows a section along the line A-A of FIG. 1,
5 shows an embodiment variant of the device in longitudinal section according to FIGS. 1 and
Fig. 6 shows the device of FIG. 5 after concreting the ceiling.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 4, a device for supporting and holding conduit pipes 3 is arranged in one place on a ceiling formwork 2 for a concrete ceiling of a building, where the conduit pipes 3 are led downwards out of the building ceiling. The line pipes 3 are plastic pipes 5 arranged in protective pipes 4 for a flow medium such as e.g. for cold or hot water, which is laid between the reinforcing bars 6 before concreting the ceiling and deflected downwards by the device 1 and carried out by the ceiling formwork 2.
Depending on the number of line pipes 3 to be laid, the device 1 has one or more channels 7 arranged in parallel next to one another, which are U-shaped in cross-section and are curved in the longitudinal direction. The channel 7 has a first arc part 8 comprising approximately 450, which is directed upwards from a horizontally running end 10. This arch part is followed by a second arch part 9 comprising approximately 1350, the other end 11 of which runs vertically or approximately vertically. This end has a sleeve 12, which encompasses the entire protective tube 4, which comes to rest in an opening 13 of the ceiling formwork when the device 1 is placed on the ceiling formwork 2. The lowest end of the sleeve 13 protrudes beyond the underside of the slab formwork 2.
Due to the plugable through an opening in the ceiling formwork, designed as a sleeve 12 end of the device 1, the conduit 3 is held together with the protective tube 4 to below the ceiling formwork 2, so that when the ceiling formwork 2 is removed, the protective tube is torn off or damaged 4 is largely prevented. Support bases 14 and 15 are arranged at the two ends 10, 11 of the channel 7, so that the device 1 can be fastened to the ceiling formwork 2 by means of pins or nails 16.
4, the U-shaped channel 7 has two side walls 17 and a lower support base 18, so that the conduit 3 can be inserted into the channel 7 from above. For stiffening, the two support bases 14 and 15 are connected to a longitudinal rib 19 arranged on the underside of the support base 18. To fix the inserted conduit 3, a snap-in holder 20, which covers the open insertion side, is arranged at at least one point in the channel 7.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, three channels 7 are arranged next to one another and are fixedly connected to one another by webs 21. The device 1, which has a plurality of channels 7, is produced from a plastic, preferably polyethylene, by the injection molding process, one or more channels 7 being separable as required by severing the webs 21.
5 shows an embodiment variant of the device 1, in which each channel 7 is of shortened design. Starting from the end 10, the channel 7 has a part 22 running at an acute angle - preferably at 300 - to the ceiling formwork 2 and then an arch part 23, preferably with an arch angle of 1200.
The sleeve 12 arranged at the end 11 is provided with a flange 24 resting on the ceiling formwork 2 and ends on the upper side of the ceiling formwork 2, which has no opening in this embodiment variant. The inner cross section of the sleeve 12 is closed at its end with an easily removable cover 25. When manufactured by injection molding, the cover 25 is connected to the inner circumference of the sleeve 12 by a thin film, so that the cover 25 can be easily pushed out later. The protective tube 4 inserted into the channel 7 is in contact with the cover 25 in the sleeve 12 and held by at least one holder 20 and is deflected downward without kinks into a predetermined bending radius. So that no material can penetrate between the sleeve 12 and the pipes 4 during concreting, a sealing ring 28 is inserted into a groove of the protective pipe 4.
As can be seen from FIG. 6, after concreting the ceiling 30 and after removing the ceiling formwork 2 and the cover 25, an extension sleeve 26 is attached to the flange 24 by means of screws 29. The extension sleeve 26 has circumferentially extending grooves 27, in which a further protective tube 4a is axially held, which forms a direct contact with the end of the concrete tube 30 which emerges from the concrete ceiling 30. The plastic tube 5 for the flow medium is then inserted into this protective tube 4, 4a.
In the embodiment variant according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the ceiling formwork 2 does not need to have any openings, so that the formwork boards can be reused.
The very advantageous exit arrangement of the protective tube described here from the concrete ceiling can of course also be used in the device described in FIGS. 1 to 4, and vice versa the solution with the sleeves arranged in openings in the ceiling formwork in the case in FIGS. 5 and 6 channel training shown can be applied.
