BESCHREIBUNG

DESCRIPTION
The invention is based on a lifting folding wall according to the preamble of claim 1.
Double-walled folding folding walls are used as partitions for multi-gymnasiums and sports halls, as partitions for lecture halls, as noise protection walls in factory halls, as mobile fire protection walls, as stage endings, etc.
Two solutions are known for lifting the curtain of such lifting folding walls: a) A continuous tube with attached rope pulleys or belt pulleys rotating with the tube is used as the drive. In this solution, the traction and suspension elements of the curtain, consisting of ropes or belts, are of equal length. The inaccuracy of the belt thickness or the rope pulley causes the curtain to be lifted non-parallel, which leads to the crooked slope of the raised curtain.
When the traction and suspension elements, which are usually connected at their lower ends to a lifting device, are pulled up, the horizontally running individual webs of the curtain parts are taken along and folded up evenly. Such folding walls are z. B. by the companies Trenomat GmbH and Co. KG, Wuppertal, or Bühnenbau Schnakenberg, Wuppertal, and Hüppe, Oldenburg, all FRG.
b) A number of ropes or belts of unequal length are used as the drive, which serve as traction and suspension means of the curtain. On the one hand, due to the percentage expansion and, on the other hand, due to the winding of these traction and suspension elements, the curtain is crooked because the traction and suspension elements have large differences in length.
The invention specified in claim 1 has for its object to provide a lifting folding wall in which the dangerous and unsightly crooked slope of the curtain is avoided in the known solutions by overstressing the traction and suspension means and in which almost uniform and parallel elevator is made possible .
This object is achieved in the aforementioned lifting folding wall by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
The endless chain can advantageously be a two-part chain which is guided via a double drive wheel rotating about a horizontal or vertical axis and a double deflection wheel likewise rotating about a horizontal or vertical axis, the two chain strands being connected to one another via driving pins on which the train - and suspension means are attached on the one hand.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. Show it

6 shows a schematic representation of another embodiment of the elevator device, which consists of two horizontally opposing rods with attached deflection chains, the pulling and supporting means being fastened to one of the rods by one half and to the other of the rods by the other half, and
Fig. 7 is a schematic representation of the linkage according to Fig. 6, wherein the traction and suspension means are pulled up.
1 and 2, a lifting folding wall is shown, which in a building, for. B. a hall is installed. The outer wall of the building is labeled 1, the inner wall of the building is 2, the ceiling of the building is 3 and the intermediate ceiling of the building is 4. A supporting frame (U-profile) 5 is arranged below the building ceiling 3, in which the elevator device is accommodated. The drive of the elevator device consists of a directly mounted spur gear brake motor 9, which is installed in an adjacent room of the hall in an easily accessible manner. The drive can also be carried out by means of a manual drive (deflection gear), not shown, but must have a reduction gear with a braking device. Other types of drives are also conceivable.
1, 3 and 4, the first embodiment of the elevator device consists of two horizontally rotating endless chains 8. The chain 8 is guided by a double drive wheel 6 and a double deflection wheel 7.
The double drive wheel 6 is driven by the drive motor 9 via a drive chain 10. The two chain strands, which are guided around the double drive wheel 6 and the double deflection wheel 7, are connected to one another via horizontally running driver bolts 22. 3 and 4, a double deflection wheel 7 rotating about a horizontal axis 20 'is shown. The double drive wheel 6 and the double deflection wheel 7 can also rotate about vertical axes 21, 21 ', as can be seen from FIG. 5. In this case, the driver pins 22 connecting the two chain strands run vertically.
6 and 7, another embodiment of the elevator device is then shown, which consists of two horizontally opposite rods 18, 18 'with attached deflection chains 19, 19' or deflection cables. Each deflection chain 19, 19 'or each deflection rope is attached to the two linkages 18, 18' from each end of the same. Each chain 19
19 'or each deflecting rope is guided via an individual drive wheel 24 or individual deflecting wheel 25 which can be rotated about a vertical axis 23, 23'. One deflection chain or one deflection rope is the same length as the other deflection chain or the other deflection rope.
Instead of the two linkages 18, 18 ', the chain can be continuous. In such a case, about one half of the pulling and supporting means 12 will be attached to one side of the endless chain and about the other half to the other side of the endless chain, the movement path of each side of the chain between the individual drive wheel 24 and the individual idler wheel 25 lies.
The two-part folding wall body of the lifting folding wall is fastened to the supporting frame 5 by means of holding chains 16. The two folding wall body parts run parallel to one another and consist of horizontally running single sheets 17 which are joined together. The single sheets 17 are double-stitched to one another and consist of synthetic leather, which is made from a lattice fabric made of polyester threads with a PVC coating on both sides. The two folding wall body parts are connected to one another with horizontally running transverse straps 15 or other connecting means (see FIGS. 1 and 2). Between the two folding wall body parts there are vertical traction and support means 12, which are advantageously designed as belts. Instead of belts, chains or ropes can also be used.
The traction and support means 12 are guided over deflection rollers 11 attached to the support frame 5 and are attached with their upper ends to the driving pin 22 of the chain 8 or to rods 18, 18 '. In this embodiment, as can be seen from FIGS. 6 and 7, approximately one half of the upper ends of the traction and support means 12 via deflection rollers 11 on one (18) of the linkage and approximately the other half of the upper parts of the traction - And suspension means 12 attached via pulleys 11 to the other (18 ') of the linkage. The lower ends of the tension and support means 12 are attached to the lower longitudinal edges of the folding wall body parts. For this purpose, the two folding wall body parts are stapled together at the bottom, so that a connection point 14 is created for fastening the traction and suspension means 12.
Due to the movement of the two horizontally extending chains 8 in one direction, the traction and suspension means 12 attached to their driving bolts 22 are pulled up via deflection rollers 11. The individual webs 17 of the two folding wall body parts are taken along by the traction and suspension means 12 passing through the transverse straps 15 and are folded evenly and parallel to one another, since the traction and suspension means 12 are all of the same length. In order to enable the folding wall body to be pulled up into the space of the false ceiling 4, the upper parts of the traction and suspension means 12 are deflected around the double drive wheel 6 and stacked one above the other, as can be seen from FIG. 4.
The linkages 18, 18 'according to FIGS. 6 and 7, which are pulled in one direction by the deflecting chain 19, 19' or deflecting ropes around the individual drive wheel 24 and the individual deflecting wheel 25, cause the pulling and supporting means 12 to be pulled up via deflecting rollers 11, wherein - as in the first embodiment - at the same time the individual webs 17 of the two folding wall body parts are taken along and folded evenly and in parallel. The raised end parts of the tension and suspension means 12 are crossed one above the other, as can be seen from FIG. 7. The path of movement of each linkage 18, 18 'lies between the individual drive wheel 24 and the individual deflection wheel 25, so that only the deflection chains 19, 19' or ropes are guided around the individual drive wheel 24 or the individual deflection wheel 25. In this case, the traction and suspension means 12 are of equal length.
The equally long traction and load-bearing means 12 are therefore not wound up when the folding wall body is pulled up, as is the case with the known solutions and which led to the dreaded tears of these means, but only stretched. Thus, the tension and suspension means 12 are only subjected to tension. Since there is no winding of the traction and suspension means 12, an almost uniform and parallel lift of the lifting folding wall is achieved.
