9. Frame according to claim 6, characterized in that the connecting element (21) of the two crossbars (7, 8) stiffens the frame and can form the canvas (24) in the curvature of the support element (3).
10. Frame according to claim 2, characterized in that two rollers are provided at the ends of the first cross bar (6), which are connected to each other by means of a support and can slide along the same rail (14).
The present invention relates to a support frame for the canvas of a sun and rain blind with horizontal cross bars, which can be provided in the desired position over a balcony, with the possibility of rolling up the whole in a small space when closing.
In view of the current state of technology, it can be said that there are many types of such racks, both fixed and extendable. Common to all is that they have one or more cross bars for stiffening to reinforce the support structure, which yes wind and
Is exposed to rain and must therefore be quite resilient. The presence of such a cross stiffening brings functional and aesthetic disadvantages and hinders the rolling down of the canvas, with wrinkling of the store, which must necessarily be stretched over, and when the canvas is rolled up at rest, it strikingly leaves the metal latticework, no longer of the colored Cloth covered, come out.
The aim of the present invention is basically to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks, namely by means of a device with a series of movable cross bars, which allow a perfect tensioning of the store, especially when bending the vertical supports, as well as the sufficient stiffening of the structure and finally ensure the disappearance of these crossbars in the rest position.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the crossbars for the stiffening, supporting and tensioning of the canvas are movable and disappear when the canvas is rolled up.
The invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing using an exemplary embodiment. Show it:
1 shows the invention in the installed state,
FIG. 2 shows a partial view of the first crossbar with its rail,
FIG. 3 shows a partial view of the second and third crossbar,
Figure 4 is a partial view of the fourth crossbar.
1 denotes the floor; 2 the wall; 3 the crooked main supports; 4 the store, 5 the fixed crossbar on which the canvas 24 is rolled up; 6 the first movable crossbar with locking device approximately in the middle of the horizontal line of the main support; 7 and 8 two interconnected crossbars, blocked before and after the curve; 9 a further cross bar, which is the only one firmly connected to the canvas 24 by a passage 10; 11 den
Box; 12 the electrical line; 13 the cross section of the
Profiles with the rails 14, 15, 16; 17 the locking device in the rails; 18 the bolts at the end of the crossbar; 19 the roles in their leadership 14; 20 the seat of the connecting element 21 of the two interconnected cross bars; 22 the rollers in the guide 15; 23 the
Rolls in the guide 16.
The store comprises two curved supports (3) made of special profiles, which serve as guides and at an appropriate distance with one end on the floor (1) and the other
End to be attached to a wall (2) so that it is one
Form the arch that forms the base frame of the store. These
Elements are connected by round crossbars (6, 7, 8, 9), which at the ends have bolts (18) with small rollers (19,
22, 23) thereon. These rollers slide in the rails of the main elements and are prevented from slipping out of the guides by the cross bars. The crossbars give the structure the required rigidity. A
Crossbar of conventional type is connected to the upper end of the frame so that it can not be moved except for the Axialbe movement, and this will
Roll up the cloth (24).
The first movable crossbar (6) runs with its rollers (19) on the outermost rails (14) (seen from the center line of the latticework) and covers a certain distance on the horizontal part of the frame before it is passed through a locking device (17) is stopped. Your task is to stiffen the cloth (24) and prevent wrinkles due to a lack of tension. The second and third crossbar (7, 8) are through
Elements connected so that their distance remains unchanged.
Both slide in the middle rail up to the curve of the
Main element, in such a way that the third crossbar (8)
runs beyond the curve and the second (17) stops in front of it. The purpose of this device is that the two crossbars together form the canvas perfectly in the place that is most difficult to tension, and at the same time, of course, they fulfill the most important task, namely to stiffen the frame. The fourth crossbar (9) runs on the innermost rail and is the only crossbar that is firmly connected to the canvas (24) by a pull-through, so that the canvas (24) can be easily opened by its own weight when rolled up.
In a second embodiment, the movable element is given a different shape in order to prevent the canvas from inflating in the wind. This crossbar has a special support for the wheels at both ends, in this case there are two on each side, which slide in the same rail to prevent the crossbar from rotating. In addition, there is a connection for a wire at the top of the frame, which is stretched over the canvas between the two side supports and holds the canvas pressed against the crossbar, even if the wind wants to puff it up.
