Fig. 2 den Laufsteg gemäss Fig. 1 in Draufsicht.

8. A method for producing the catwalk according to claims 1 and 4, characterized in that at least the longitudinal edges of the web plate between the wall part (8) protrude at an angle and that the wall parts (7, 8) of the pressure belt are subsequently introduced, one of the wall parts of the pressure belt against the edge area of the multi-wall sheet to firmly clamp it.
The present invention relates to a catwalk for a scaffold.
The aim is to improve a catwalk of the type described in the Swiss patent specification Nur. 421 468. The load capacity of the catwalk should be increased and the protection of the edges of the catwalk plate should be ensured.
For this purpose, the catwalk is characterized in that at least the longitudinal edges of the wooden. and / or plastic web plate are held clamped in the Druckgurtje a side member.
It is particularly favorable if the connection between the pressure belt and the longitudinal edge of the multi-wall sheet is as close as possible and the wall parts of the pressure belt engage tooth-like in the multi-wall sheet. The side members can be made of aluminum or steel.
The web plate held in the pressure belt between the wall parts thus increases the load-bearing capacity of the two longitudinal members. The web plate creates a stiffening effect of the pressure belts, especially if the web plate engaging in the two pressure belts does not slide against the pressure belts when deformed under the load.
By means of simple means, a composite construction can thus be obtained, in particular between a wooden plate and metal supports, which supports have both a supporting function and an edge protection function in a combined manner, the wooden panel being used to improve the supporting function of the supports.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 shows a section of a catwalk in cross section along the line I-I in Fig. 2. and
Fig. 2 shows the catwalk according to Fig. 1 in plan view.
The catwalk shown has a wooden board 1. At its edges, the board 1 is bordered by a frame consisting of side members 2 and cross members 3. All beams 2 and 3 have the same cross section. Its structure is shown in FIG. 1, in which one of the side members 2 is shown in cross section. According to the carrier 2 shown in FIG. 1, the carriers are designed as U-shaped belt carriers with an upper compression belt 4 and a lower tension belt 5, which consist of the connecting web 11 in one piece. The pressure belt 4 has a recess 6 which extends over the entire length of the carrier and is open towards the board 1. The edge region of the board is inserted in the recess 6 and firmly embraced by the pressure belt 4.
The recess is delimited at the top and bottom by a wall part 7 or 8 of the pressure belt 4. Each wall part 7, 8 has on its side facing the board extending in the longitudinal direction, protruding against the board 1 rows of teeth 12 which engage in the edge region of the board 1. The board is kept firmly clamped between the two wall parts 7, 8.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the catwalk has a plate 9 at each of its four corners, which is connected to the two adjacent beams 2, 3 by spot welding and thus brings about the connection between two adjacent beams 2, 3. The plates 9 project outwards from the supports 2, 3 and have a semicircular recess 10 for receiving a scaffold.
tubes (not shown). The connection of the catwalks to the scaffold tubes and the support of the catwalks on the scaffold can be carried out in the same manner as described in the Swiss patent specification 421 468.
The board 1 is assembled with the longitudinal and transverse beams 2, 3 as follows:
In the starting position, the wall part 8 of the pressure belt 7 of the carrier is angled slightly downward out of the horizontal position. The longitudinal beams 2 and the cross beams 3 can thus be easily pushed over the respective edges of the board 1 into the position shown in FIG. 1.
The two wall parts 7, 8 of the pressure belt are then pressed against one another and against the edge region of the board 1. The rows of teeth penetrate into the board and the lower wall part 8 is permanently bent into the approximately horizontal position shown in FIG. 1. As mentioned above, the beams are then connected to one another by the corner plates 9.
The cross members 3 could also be designed differently and e.g. do not include the transverse edge of the board 1.
