RIVENDICAZIONI
1. Sella biposto per motocicli e veicoli similari, caratterizzata dal fatto che la parte posteriore (2) di essa è girevolmente connessa a quella anteriore (1) per poter essere disposta e ruotata da una prima posizione complanare a detta parte anteriore, in cui funge da sella posteriore, ad una seconda posizione sollevata in cui detta parte posteriore funge da appoggio per la schiena del guidatore, essendo previsto un dispositivo per il bloccaggio a scatto di detta parte posteriore in detta seconda posizione.1. Con riferimento alle suddette figure, si è indicato rispettivamente con 1 e con 2 la parte anteriore e la parte posteriore di una sella per motocicli e veicoli similari, in materiale morbido, opportunamente sagomate, e con 3 una porzione della struttura di supporto della sella che viene resa solidale con il telaio del motociclo medesimo. Le parti anteriore 1 e posteriore 2 della sella presentano una tradizionale struttura scatolare metallica di supporto del materiale morbido detta rispettivamente 4 e 5. La struttura scatolare 4 della parte anteriore 1 comprende inoltre una coppia di piastre verticali e parallele 6 che sorreggono rigidamente un perno trasversale 7 orizzontale. É chiaro che, per particolari esigenze costruttive o eventualmente per adattarsi alle particolari esigenze del motociclo o veicolo similare su cui la sella secondo l'invenzione dovrà essere montata, la commisssione tra la parte anteriore 1 e quella posteriore 2 potrà essere realizzata, invece che con un unico braccio longitudinale disposto sull'asse mediano della sella, con due bracci paralleli disposti da parti opposte rispetto a detto asse mediano longitudinale, così come potrà essere previsto un dispositivo diverso di bloccaggio (sia pure, preferibilmente, a scatto per facilità costruttiva e di manovra) della parte posteriore 2 nelle due posizioni operative.
