Fig. 1 die Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemässen Behälters im Schnitt;
Fig. 2 einen Ausschnitt aus Fig. 1 in vergrössertem Massstab;

The invention relates to a dispensing container for pasty products according to the preamble of claim 1.
Dispensing containers of the type mentioned at the outset are already known from European patent application, publication number 0 028 727. This known dispensing container has, in addition to the container body, a container head, between which a wall with two openings is arranged. One opening serves as a passage for the pasty product and the other is penetrated by the spindle, which serves as a guide. A pressure element for actuating the spindle, the spring and the dispensing opening are located separately from the pasty product in the container head.
By actuating the pressure element, which is axially parallel with the spindle, the former is displaced downward and takes the piston, which conveys the pasty product upward, with the return movement caused by the spring, which is designed as a spiral; d. H. the actuating force is redirected by 180 during the dosing process. The limited space, which is due to the contents and the required aesthetic shape of the container, only allow an unfavorable leverage ratio with this deflection. Since on the one hand the spindle has to be stored in the container wall, for which purpose a storage opening of the container wall is required, on the other hand the pasty product or filling material has to be sealed airtight, complicated intermediate walls have to be provided in the known container.
The object of the present invention was to create a dispensing container of the type mentioned at the outset, which allows the filling material to be securely sealed off from the surroundings while simplifying the constructional measures and a more favorable leverage ratio when the actuating force is deflected.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
Due to the arrangement according to the invention and the consequent interaction of actuating means, coupling, spindle and spring, all these elements can be accommodated in a single continuous space, namely the container body. This eliminates the need for a separate container head and the tight separation between head and body. This and the choice and arrangement of the interacting elements simplify the design measures required for the production. In addition, the lateral arrangement of the actuating means during the dispensing process only requires the actuating force to be deflected by a relatively small angle, which in turn permits simplification of the construction and more effortless operation.
For the same reason, namely the lateral arrangement of the actuating elements, the dispensing container according to the invention can be operated hands-free, since no force acts in the direction of the container bottom when actuated.
During the dispensing process, the actuating means are moved from the outside towards the spindle, which increases the buckling position of the coupling. Depending on whether the angle enclosed by the coupling between them is open towards the piston or the tip of this angle points towards the piston, the spindle is moved up or down. The arrangement in which the angle in the direction of the piston is open is preferred since the piston is already moved upwards during the movement of the actuating means and the filling material is released simultaneously with the actuation. When the tip of the angle enclosed by the coupling points in the direction of the piston, only the return of the spindle by the spring causes the piston to be lifted and thus the filling material to be dispensed, ie. H. the dispensing process is delayed with regard to the actuation of the actuating means.
Preferred embodiments of the invention form the subject of claims 2 to 11.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures. It shows purely schematically:
Figure 1 is a side view of a container according to the invention in section.
FIG. 2 shows a detail from FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale;
Fig. 3 shows the side view of a further embodiment of the actuating means partially in section.
Listed in a cylindrical container body 1 in FIG. 1 is a centrally guided spindle 2 provided with sawtooth corrugation 3 over its entire length. At the upper end or head 4 of the spindle 2, two couplers 6, 6 'are articulated via two film hinges 5, 5', the ends of which point away from the spindle 2, in turn, via film hinges 7, 7 'on two pushbuttons 8, 8 passing through the container jacket 9 'are articulated. A spiral spring 11 acts on the head 4 of the spindle 2, the free ends 12, 12 'of which are supported on the inside of the head-side end wall 13 of the container body 1. A piston 14 arranged in the container body 1 is penetrated by the spindle 2 and guided on the inner wall 15 of the container so that it can be pushed. It forms the inner end of the part of the container body 1 containing the filling material.
As shown enlarged in FIG. 2, the piston 14 rests with a sleeve 16 enclosing the spindle 2 against the tips 18 of the teeth 17 of the sawtooth corrugation 3, as a result of which it receives a further guidance.
On the underside of the piston 14 (FIGS. 1 and 2) deflectable spring struts. 19, 19 'are arranged, which, when the spindle 2 is stationary or when it moves towards the spiral spring 11, in grooves 21 of the spindle formed by the teeth 17 of the sawtooth corrugation 3 2 intervene. Furthermore, reinforcing ribs 22 are provided on the underside of the piston 14.
A broken away and staggered (Fig. 1) dispensing opening 23 is arranged above the push buttons 8, 8 'in the container jacket 9. Above the dispensing opening 23, a cover 24 is hinged to the container jacket 9 with a film hinge 25. The closure cover 24 carries a pin 26 which is intended to engage in the dispensing opening 23 for the sealing closure.
The pushbutton 8 in FIG. 3 is arranged entirely within the container body 1 and is actuated by an area 27 which can be pressed in in the container jacket.
During the dispensing process, the pushbuttons 8, 8 ′ lying opposite one another are actuated, as a result of which the coupling 6.
6 'are pressed inwards, which results in an increase in their kink position. As a result, the spindle 2 is in the direction of the dispensing opening 23, i. H. moved up. The spindle 2 takes the piston 14, which is clamped to the spindle during this movement by the spring struts 19, 19 'which engage between the saw teeth 17. The piston 14 pushes the filling material upwards and out through the dispensing opening 23. When the pushbuttons 8, 8 'are relieved, the spindle 2 is pushed back into its original position by the spiral spring 11 and thereby the coupling 6, 6' and the buttons 8, 8 '. The piston 14 retains its position when the spindle 2 is reset, since the spring struts 19, 19 'are deflected from their locked position during this movement.
Of course, other embodiments of the container according to the invention are also possible. For example, the return spring can be a hollow cone, which on the one hand, like the spiral spring, exerts a centering effect on the spindle and, on the other hand, causes additional air suspension through the air cushions in the cone. The donation opening can also be higher, preferably lower, at the height of the pushbuttons. The piston can have two or preferably a plurality of radially arranged struts. Since neither actuators nor a dispensing opening are arranged on the end faces of the dispensing container according to the invention, the end faces can have suitable shapes for stacking.
The elements of the dispensing container according to the invention are preferably made of an inert plastic for the filling material, with several elements, for. B. spindle, coupling, push buttons and optionally spring, can be integrally formed in one operation.
The dispensing container according to the invention is suitable for storing and dispensing pasty products such as toothpaste, cosmetics, liquid soaps, foods, etc.
