PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung für Kleintiere gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen oben offenen Napf (1), dessen Umfang mit mindestens einer annähernd waagerechten Nut (2) versehen ist, in welche Nut ein federnder Bügel (3) einklemmbar ist, der eine Befestigungseinrichtung (4) aufweist, mit der der Bügel (3) und damit der Napf (2) an einer annähernd senkrechten Wand (5) im Stall befestigbar ist.
2. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (2) den Umfang des Napfes (1) ganz oder teilweise umfasst.
3. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (2) nahe dem oberen Rand (6) des Napfes (1) verläuft.
4. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Napf (1) aus Metall, z. B. aus Leichtmetall, besteht.
5. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der federnde Bügel (3) aus Federstahl besteht.
6. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (3) und damit der Napf(l) mittels der Befestigungseinrichtung (4) gegenüber dem Stallboden höhenverstellbar ist.
7. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (3) einen kreisrunden bis ovalen Querschnitt aufweist, im Bereich seiner Längsmitte (7) U-förmig zusammengedrückt ist und dieser U-förmige Mittelteil des Bügels im rechten Winkel zu den beiden Seitenteilen umgebogen ist, wobei die beiden parallel zueinander liegenden U-Schenkel den ersten Teil der Befestigungseinrichtung (4) bilden, während der zweite Teil aus einer Schraube besteht, die zwischen die U-Schenkel gesteckt, in die senkrechte Wand (5) im Stall schraubbar ist.
8. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen flaschenförmigen, kornartiges Futter aufnehmenden Behälter (8), der ebenfalls mit mindestens einer waagerechten Umfangsnut (9, 10) versehen ist und mit mindestens einem federnden Bügel (11, 12) an der senkrechten Wand (5) so befestigbar ist, dass sich sein offener oder verschliessbarer Boden (13) oben befindet, während die Flaschenhalsöffnung (14) in den oben offenen Napf (1) mündet.
9. Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang des Napfes (1) sich vom oberen Rand bis zum Boden hin verjüngt, so dass bei Nichtgebrauch oder Versand einer Mehrzahl von Näpfen die Näpfe platzsparend ineinander steckbar sind.
Diese Vorrichtung ist bestimmt für Kleintiere wie Kaninchen, Hamster, Hühner usw.
Bekannt ist Futternäpfe, z. B. aus Ton, auf den Boden des Stalles oder der Kotschale zu stellen. Solche Futternäpfe werden jedoch umgestossen und verunreinigt. Es sind auch eckige Fressgeschirre aus dünnem Kunststoff bekannt, die mit ihrem obersten Teil an eine Seitenwand des Stalles genagelt oder geschraubt werden. Diese Fressgeschirre lassen sich schlecht reinigen, brechen im Bereich der Befestigungsschrauben oder -nägel leicht ab und werden von Kaninchen und Hamstern angenagt. Andere bekannte Futternäpfe sind an den Rand der Kotschale einhängbar und stehen beim Ausmisten im Weg.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt eine Fress- und/ oder Trinkvorrichtung für Kleintiere zu schaffen, bei welcher der Napfjederzeit zum Reinigen oder Auffüllen abgenommen werden kann und bei welcher der Napf so fest an einer Seitenwand des Stalles in einer Halterung sitzt, dass er nicht umgestossen und nicht verunreinigt werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemässe Fress- undloder Trinkvorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen oben offenen Napf, dessen Umfang mit mindestens einer annhähernd waagerechten Nut versehen ist, in welche Nut ein federnder Bügel einklemmbar ist, der eine Befestigungseinrichtung aufweist, mit der der Bügel und damit der Napf an einer annähernd senkrechten Wand im Stall befestigbar ist.
Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes beschrieben.

Fig. 3 zeigt einen an einer Seitenwand befestigten Napf kombiniert mit einem darüber angebrachten flaschenförmigen Kornfutter-Behälter.
Ein Napf list nahe dem Rande 6 mit einer waagerecht um den Umfang herumlaufenden Nut 2 versehen. In diese Nut 2 ist ein federnder Bügel 3, z. B. ein Bügel aus Federstahl, einklemmbar. Dieser Bügel 3 und damit der Napf list mittels einer Befestigungseinrichtung 4 an einer senkrechten Wand 5, z. B. einer Seitenwand, im Stall befestigbar. Der Napf 1 besteht zweckmässig aus Metall, z. B. Leichtmetall.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel besitzt der Napf 1 einen kreisrunden Umfang, der sich vom oberen Rand 6 des offenen Napfes 1 bis zum Boden hin verjüngt. Dadurch können bei Nichtgebrauch oder Versand eine Mehrzahl von Näpfen platzsparend ineinander gesteckt werden.
Selbstverständlich könnte der Napf auch einen anderen, z. B. eckigen Umfang aufweisen, die Nut 2 könnte den Umfang nur teilweise umfassen und zudem könnte sich die Nut 2 auch auf mittlerer Napfhöhe befinden.
Der Bügel 3 ist mit seiner Befestigungseinrichtung 4 an der Wand gegenüber dem Stallboden höhenverstellbar, damit die Napfhöhe verschiedengrossen Tieren anpassbar ist.
Dazu ist der Bügel 3 im Bereich seiner Längsmitte 7 Uförmig zusammengedrückt und der U-förmige Mittelteil ist im rechten Winkel zu den beiden Seitenteilen des Bügels 3 umgebogen. Die beiden parallel zueinander liegenden U Schenkel bilden den ersten Teil der Befestigungseinrichtung 4. Den zweiten Teil bildet eine Schraube, die zwischen die U Schenkel gesteckt, in die Seitenwand des Stalles schraubbar ist. Die Höhenverstellbarkeit entspricht hier der Länge der U-Schenkel. Im Bedarfsfall kann der Bügel um 1800 gedreht werden, so dass die U-Schenkel in Richtung Stallboden zu liegen kommen und der Napf 1 besonders tief befestigbar ist.
Der Bügel 3 hat zweckmässig einen kreisrunden bis ovalen Querschnitt, könnte aber auch einen anderen Querschnitt aufweisen.
Mit 15 ist eine Kotschale bezeichnet, wie sie häufig in Kaninchenställen Verwendung findet. Dadurch, dass die Fress- und/oder Trinkvorrichtung an der Seitenwand 5 des Stalles angebracht ist, steht sie dem Herausziehen und Reinigen der Kotschale nicht im Wege.
In Fig. 3 ist ein flaschenförmiger Behälter 8 gezeigt, zur Aufnahme von kornartigem Futter. Hier sind zwei Umfangsnuten 9 und 10 vorgesehen, in die Bügel 11 und 12 eingeklemmt sind. Diese Bügel sind oberhalb des Napfes 1 an der Stallwand befestigbar. Der oben liegende Boden des Behälters 8 ist offen oder verschliessbar, während die Flaschenhalsöffnung 14 in den oben offenen Napf 1 mündet. Das Futter fällt während des Fressens automatisch in den Napf 1, sobald der Raum unter der Flaschenhalsöffnung leer wird.
