1. Hair growth agent for topical treatment, characterized in that it contains at most 2% oxendolone in combination with a topically applicable vehicle.

2. Hair restorer according to claim 1, characterized in that it additionally contains other additives.

3. Hair restorer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the topically applicable vehicle is an aqueous solution which contains at least 30% by weight of ethanol.

4. Hair restorer according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the oxendolone content is 0.001 to 2%, based on the entire preparation.

5. Hair restorer according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the oxendolone is dissolved in the topically applicable vehicle.

6. Hair restorer according to claim 1 or 2 or 4, characterized in that the topically applicable vehicle is an ointment base.

7. Hair restorer according to claim 1 or 2 or 4 or 6, characterized in that the topically applicable vehicle is an emulsion base.

8. Hair restorer according to one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that a humectant is present as an additive.
