Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht einer erfindungsgemässen kombinierten Richt- und Biegemaschine, bei welcher der normalerweise schräge Biegetisch zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung in die Zeichenebene gedreht ist;

3. Machine according to claim 1 or 2, which is equipped with a downstream outlet device for strand sections of large length, characterized in that this outlet device in alignment with the guide channel (26) has a downwardly openable receiving channel (13) and in alignment with the collecting channel ( 27) has a collecting trough (14) under this receiving channel (13).
4. Machine according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide bar (16) is positively controlled after each straightening and separating operation in the bending plane (11) can be moved back.
The invention relates to a combined straightening and bending machine for wire and strip-shaped material, with a transport device for intermittent feeding of the strand of material by desired amounts, a straightening device for straightening the strand of material, a measuring device for measuring the respective strand feed path, a bending device for bending the case, which can be actuated on a case-by-case basis Material strand, a cutting device for severing a strand section and an ejection device for the severed strand section.
Such machines can also only be used as straightening machines for material withdrawn from bundles if the bending device is determined in such a position that it does not hinder the advance of the strand of material pulled off the bundles and passed past the straightening device.
Since the lengths of the strand sections to be straightened by straightening machines vary in practice within very wide limits, it is known that outlet devices for long strand sections must be connected downstream, which guide the strand sections emerging from the straightening machine and deposit them after the runout has been completed in such a way that the outlet of the next following strand section is not hindered.
When using a combined straightening and bending machine for straightening, difficulties arise in this regard from the construction of the bending machine, because a relatively large free area, a so-called bending table, must be provided in the vicinity of the bending device, which is normal to the pivot axis of the bending tool and usually below An angle of about 45 is inclined to the horizontal and to support and guide the curved. flat fitting, e.g. B. a concrete reinforcement bracket, is used.
Since the free end of the material strand emerging from the bending device not only starts to vibrate slightly when the material strand is advanced by the straightening device and the bending device, but also decreases along the bending table due to gravity at greater lengths, a reliable transfer of the material strand is necessary past the bending device into question in the outlet device.
This is where the invention comes in, the task of which is to design a combined straightening and bending machine of the type specified in the introduction in such a way that it can also be used as a simple straightening machine in a reliable manner after the bending device has been stopped.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that in the feed direction of the strand of material behind the bending device - in the direction of fall of strand sections pushed past and cut to length at a distance from one another - at the surface of the machine housing which defines the bending plane, a guide and a catch bar for the cut-to-length Strand section are provided, which can be moved independently of one another out of the bending plane into a position in which they form a guide trough on the machine housing and underneath a collecting trough.
An embodiment of the invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.
1 shows a schematic view of a combined straightening and bending machine according to the invention, in which the normally oblique bending table is rotated into the drawing plane to simplify the illustration;
FIG. 2 is a schematic cross section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
1 shows a bending machine 1 in which a wire D drawn from a collar (not shown) is to be processed, for example, into brackets for the reinforcement of reinforced concrete. For this purpose, the wire D is guided by means of two motor-driven transport roller pairs 2 and 3, which engage the wire with frictional engagement, through a straightening device 4 of a known type, in which it is straightened. Behind the straightening device, a pair of measuring rollers 5 is provided, which is used to drive a pulse generator for an electronic length measuring device, with which the feed of the wire is measured, in order to be able to automatically control the bending and finally the cutting off of desired wire sections by means of a downstream shear 6 .
Behind the scissors, the wire reaches the bending device 7, the essential components of which are a bending mandrel 8 which is fixed during the bending process and a bending tool 10 which can be pivoted about its axis 9 and which are advantageously designed and mounted in this way. that they can exchange their relative positions with respect to the wire D to change the direction of the bending process. A bending machine with this structure is described in more detail, for example, in AT-PS 314319.
As indicated in FIG. 2, the mandrel axis 9 serving as the pivot axis of the bending tool 10 is inclined at 45 ° to the horizontal and runs perpendicular to an inclined surface 11 of the dimension defining the bending plane
machine housing, which is called the bending table and served during the bending process as a support surface for the already bent iron parts.
The length of the legs of the stirrups to be bent and the angles between the individual stirrup legs are entered in practice into a program control device (not shown), which then actuates the transport rollers, the bending tool and, after completion of the stirrup, actuates the scissors to separate the stirrup from the tapered one Wire causes.
In order to be able to use the described bending machine to straighten the wire pulled from a bundle and then to divide it into arbitrary length sections without carrying out bending processes, without the risk of undesirable vibrations or deformation of the wire due to the force of gravity despite long wire sections, the bending machine is in one A clearance which is sufficient to avoid a hindrance to the bending processes during bow bending is arranged in a structure known per se, which essentially consists of a receiving groove 13 which is aligned with the direction of feed of the wire D and can be opened downwards and a direction parallel to the bending table 11 there is an inclined collecting tray 14.
In the bending table 11, two rectangular, flap-like strips 16, 17 are provided in the direction of fall, which can be pivoted, for example, by means of working cylinders 18, 19. In the rest position, the strips 16, 17 lie in the bending plane defined by the bending table 11, so that they do not impede bending processes.
However, if the machine described is only to be used as a straightening machine, then the strips 16, 17 are pivoted into the position shown in FIG. 2. The strip 16 now forms, together with the bending table 11, a V-shaped guide groove 26 for the wire pushed past the unactuated bending device 7, by means of which the wire is not only prevented from vibrating, but is also passed on to the outlet device 12. After cutting off a wire section of the desired length, the guide bar 16 is briefly pivoted back into the plane of the bending table 11 by the working cylinder 18.
At the same time, the receiving channel 13 of the outlet device 12 is also opened and the separated wire section A can now slide down into the collecting channel 27 formed by the collecting bar 17 and into the collecting tray 14 of the outlet device 12, which is aligned therewith. Simultaneously with the pivoting of the catch bar 16, the bending device 7 can either be withdrawn behind the plane of the bending table in order not to hinder the unrolling of the wire section, or an ejector can be provided in the bending device 7, which pushes the wire section out of the bending device.
The invention of course allows for various modifications. For example, instead of pivoting strips 16, 17, sliding strips can also be provided. If the machine is intended to be used only for cutting short wire sections, the outlet device 12 can also be omitted and the cut wire sections can be collected in the collecting trough 27.
