PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Kordel ohne Schlaufen herstellen, was besonders dann von

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Raffiamellenstore with slats (1) flanged on their longitudinal edges and at least two pairs of cords (2, 3) for carrying and pivoting the slats (1), each cord (2, 3) on each slat (1) using a respective one from the outside in a hole of the flange (la) engaging and supported on the opposite side connecting member (4), characterized in that serving as connecting member (4) made of stainless spring steel metal brackets, which are bent by more than 1800 central part (4a) and two legs, symmetrical to each other, starting from the ends of the legs and divided into an outer leg (4d, 4e) and an inner leg (4b, 4c).
have, at least the inner legs (4b, 4c) diverge outwards and each of the outer legs is insignificantly shorter than the inner leg connected to it.
2. Roman blind according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer legs (4d, 4e) run essentially parallel to one another and form an angle of 15-20 with the plane in which the inner legs and the central part lie.
Roman blinds are known in which there are at least two pairs of cords which are used to carry and pivot the slats flanged at their longitudinal edges, to which they are connected by connecting members. A plastic particle is used as a connecting element in this slat blind, which essentially consists of two wedges, each provided with a barb, which are connected to one another by a connecting piece.
The cord has loops arranged at regular intervals, with which it engages around the connecting piece and thus holds the connecting element. The wedges are pushed into two openings of the flanging arranged side by side until their barbs reach behind the end of the stock exchange.
The disadvantage of these connecting elements is that they are relatively expensive to manufacture, that two holes are required in the flanging for each organ and that when the organ is inserted into these holes it must be ensured that they are in the correct position, namely in those in which the barbs can line up at the flanged edge are inserted.
In the Raffiamellenstore according to the present invention, these disadvantages are now avoided by the fact that metal brackets made of stainless spring steel serve as connecting members (4), which have a central part (4a) bent by more than 1800 and two starting from its ends, symmetrical to one another, by a Folding in an outside. (4d, 4e) and an inner leg (4b, 4c) diverge outwards and in each case the outer leg is insignificantly shorter than the inner leg connected to it.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to a drawing. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a cross section through a section of a slat blind, FIG. 2 on a larger scale shows a plan view of a connecting element and FIG. 3 shows a side view of the same element in the direction of arrow III in FIG. 2.
The Rafflamellenstore shown in Figure 1 consists of slats 1, cords 2, 3, which serve to carry and pivot the slats and which are attached for this purpose at their upper end to a pivot mechanism not shown in the drawing, and from meh reren in the drawing also not shown elevator tapes or ropes that connect the lowest slats with a winding device arranged above. If the store is narrow, two pairs of cords are sufficient, but if it is ready, three or even more pairs of cords are used. Each cord is, as can be seen from the drawing, provided with loops 2a and 3a, which are arranged at constant intervals. Through each of these
Loops a connector 4 is held, the
Connects cord with a slat 1 movably.
Such one
Connection element is now shown in Figures 2 and 3.
It is a stainless steel spring metal bracket with a slightly more than 1800 bent middle part 4a and two from its ends, mutually symmetrical legs. Each of these
Leg is subdivided into an inner leg 4b or 4c and an outer leg 4d or 4e by a fold. The
Inner legs 4b and 4c lie together with the middle part in one plane, the inner legs running outwards and forming an angle a of approximately 90 with one another.
The outer legs 4d and 4e form with the plane in which the inner legs 4b and 4c and the middle part
4a lie, an angle p of 15 -20. As can be seen from the following explanations, it is necessary to take care when manufacturing this connecting element that the
Outer leg is slightly shorter than the inner leg connected to it.
As is known per se, each lamella has, for reasons of
Rigidity and also for aesthetic reasons on everyone
Long edge of a flange la. At those points where the lamella is to be connected to the cord, the
Flared edge has a small opening, which is expediently only so large that the connecting element 4 can be inserted with the legs compressed, but cannot be pulled through because of the wider central part 4a. When the outer legs 4d and 4e have completely passed through the opening, they will assume the shape shown in the drawing again, i.e. the free ends of the
Outer legs 4d and 4e will be supported in the flanged edge, so that the connecting element has a secure hold in the opening.
However, it is not necessary for the cords 2 and 3 to be provided with loops 2a and 3a, respectively. It is also easily possible to fasten the above-mentioned connecting elements directly to the cord by inserting a free leg end into the cord and then pulling the connecting element up to the curved middle part.
As can be seen from the above, the roman blinds according to the invention can be manufactured more cheaply than the previously known blinds of the same type, because on the one hand the connecting element costs less, because on the other hand only one hole is required per connecting element and thirdly when the connector is inserted no special insertion positions have to be observed. The store can also be used with a
Make cord without loops, which is especially useful
It is an advantage if there are no cords with the original loop spacing during repairs.
