PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 1.

PATENT CLAIMS

2. Insert pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the tabs (11) are present on at least one longitudinal edge of a support rod (3).
3. insert pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the tabs (11) on both longitudinal edges (9, 10) of a support rod (3) are present.
4. Insert pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the tabs are present in the central region of a support rod (3) and thus do not open out at their longitudinal edges (9, 10).
5. Insert pipe clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that along a support rod (3) adjacent tabs (11) are separated by an intermediate space (14), the length of which is somewhat greater than the thickness of two flanges (6, 7) of the clamp shells (1, 2).
The invention relates to an insert pipe clamp which has two clamp shells and two elongated support rods which penetrate the flanges of the clamp shells, the flanges being provided with profile openings which are adapted to the profile of the support rods, with a plurality of locking points for the flanges along the support rods, for fastening the clamp shells at different heights with respect to the support rods, which are formed from band material.
Such a pipe clamp is known from CH-PS 601 713. In this known insert pipe clamp, the locking points on the support rods are designed as openings or recesses into which separate locking bolts engage in order to fasten the clamp shells at different heights with respect to the support rods. The locking bolts mentioned can be designed differently, but in any case represent separate components which, besides the clamp shells and the support rods, have to be manufactured, kept in stock and brought to the construction site.
It is easy to understand that in practice you want to get by with as few components as possible, because on the one hand this simplifies production, warehousing, transportation and quantitative allocation to the other components.
An improvement of the insert pipe clamp mentioned at the outset is now intended, in that the separate locking bolts are to be dispensed with.
The insert pipe clamp according to the invention is characterized in that the latching points are designed as tabs that can be bent out of the plane of the band material surrounding them with plastic deformation and thus protrude from the profile of the support rods for reaching behind the clamp shells in their profile breakthroughs.
This measure according to the invention avoids the known, separate locking bolts mentioned at the outset, since the components used for locking themselves are formed from the support rods.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the inven tion object is shown. Show it:
1 is an end view of part of the insert pipe clamp in the assembled state,
Fig. 2 is a side view of the pipe clamp according to Fig. 1, and
3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 1st
The insert pipe clamp has a lower clamp shell 1 and an upper clamp shell 2 and two elongated support rods 3. In the illustration according to FIG. 2, the two support rods 3 lie congruently one behind the other, and in the illustration according to FIG. The left support rod 3 is not shown. The two clamp shells 1 and 2 are identical to each other. A waste water pipe 4 is held at the desired height from a formwork board 5 by the two clamp shells 1 and 2. Each clamp shell 1 and 2 is provided with two flanges 6 and 7, only one of the flanges being shown. Each flange 6, 7 is provided with a profile opening 8, wherein in the illustration according to FIG.
3 the two profile openings 8 of the two flanges 6 and 7 lie congruently one behind the other. In the exemplary embodiment, L-shaped profile openings 8 are present. The profile openings 8 are adapted to the profile of the support rods 3, since the support rods 3 also have an L-profile.
Each support rod 3 consists of a band material, e.g. from a sheet metal strip with a thickness of 1 mm, so that the support rod has two longitudinal edges 9 and 10. The support rod 3 is provided with straps 11 along its two longitudinal edges 9 and 10. These tabs 11 lie in the plane of the band material surrounding them. In practice, a support rod 3 will be produced in such a way that a flat band section is punched out on the two longitudinal edges 9 and 10 in such a way that the tabs 11 are formed, two punching points 12 and 13 also being formed during the punching out process, with which the support rod is later driven into the formwork 5 during assembly.
After the punching process explained, the flat band section is then profiled in an L-shape, so that the tabs 11 located at the longitudinal edge 9 lie in the plane of one leg of the L-profile and the tabs 11 located at the longitudinal edge 10 lie in the plane of the other leg of the L profile.
Between the tabs 11, seen in the longitudinal direction of the support rod, there is an intermediate space 14, the length of which is somewhat greater than the thickness of the two flanges 6 and 7. This can be seen from FIG. 1. The length of the intermediate space 14 is therefore the distance between adjacent tabs 11.
It is of course also possible to provide the tabs 11 only on one of the longitudinal edges 9 or 10.
If the pipe 4 is to be laid on the building, several pipe clamps consisting of the components 1 and 3 are attached along the pipe 4. The support rods 3 are fastened in the formwork boards 5, and the pipe 4 must be installed with a slope. Along the tube 4, its distance from the formwork boards 5 must therefore be different. This means that the flanges 6 and 7 must lie along the tube 4 at different heights to the support rods 3. First, the lower clamp shell 1 is attached to the two diametrically opposite support rods 3 at the desired height. For this purpose, who in each support rod one or two tabs 11 bent out of the plane of the band material surrounding them with plastic deformation in the position 11 '.
The tabs located in position 11 'thus protrude from the L-profile of the Ab
support rod 3 out and also protrude from the L-shaped profile opening 8, so that the tabs 11 'located under the flanges 6 of the clamp shell 1 under the profile opening 8. Now, in turn, a lower clamp shell 1 of an adjacent insert pipe clamp can be mounted in the same way, but at a different height with respect to the formwork board 5, etc. After all the lower clamp shells 1 have been installed so that they have a slope to one another, the pipe 4 in these lower clamp shells 1 are inserted so that this tube 4 now has the desired gradient. Any assembly errors that may still be present can now be remedied by correcting the height of one or the other clamp shell 1, possibly by bending the tabs located in position 11 ′ back into their original position.
If the pipe 4 has the desired slope, the upper clamp shells 2 are plugged onto the support rods 3, and then the tabs above the flanges 7 are bent into position 11 ". Now both clamp shells 1 and 2 of each pipe clamp are both on the pipe 4 as well as on the support rods 3, and the pipe 4 lying at a distance from the formwork board 5, together with the insert pipe clamps, can be encapsulated by the concrete, so that the pipe 4 and all components of the pipe clamps are embedded in the concrete. After removing the or the shuttering boards 5, the tips 12 and 13 protruding downward from the concrete are pinched off.
The gaps 14 in the insert pipe clamp according to the invention correspond in terms of production and effectiveness to the openings or recesses of the known insert pipe clamp mentioned at the outset. In the latter case, the separate locking bolts were then snapped into these openings or recesses. In the insert pipe clamp according to the invention, the material lying between the spaces 14 (the tabs 11) itself is now used for locking, thus replacing the known separate locking bolts.
Strictly speaking, one would have to say that the known locking points (openings, recesses) existing along the support rods are formed in the insert pipe clamp according to the invention by the gaps 14 located between adjacent tabs 11, and the separate locking bolts present in the known pipe clamp are formed in the pipe clamp according to the invention the material lying between the spaces 14 (tabs 11) replaced. This means that the same effect as with the known pipe clamp is achieved without additional expenditure on material and work, with the further advantage that no separate locking bolts are required.
In a further exemplary embodiment, not shown, tabs corresponding to the tabs 11 could also be present in the central region of the support rods 3, so that the tabs do not then open out at the longitudinal edges 9 and 10 of the support bars 3. Even in such an embodiment, the tabs can be removed with a simple tool, e.g. Pliers, bent out of the plane of the band material surrounding them with plastic deformation, for reaching behind the clamp shells 1 and 2 in their profile openings 8.
