La presente invenzione concerne una macchina per tintoria di tipo jigger, ossia del tipo per il trattamento e la tintura in largo di tessuti, in cui è previsto, secondo l'invenzione, che il gruppo jigger sia racchiuso in un serbatoio a pressione con un involucro scorrevole longitudinalmente rispetto alla vasca di tintura per facilitarne l'accessibilità e gli eventuali interventi, quando sia necessario. Facendo ora riferimento ai disegni nel loro assieme, con il numero 1 si è indicata una vasca o culla, nella quale si trova il bagno di tintura. Tale vasca è fissata ad una struttura verticale fissa opportunamente supportata, indicata con 8, alla quale sono associati e raccordati tutti gli elementi tradizionali e noti di una macchina per tintoria come motore, pompa, filtro e simili elementi che non verranno qui ulteriormente descritti. Sopra alla vasca 1 sono montati gli elementi noti che costituiscono il gruppo di tintura di tipo jigger. Tali elementi comprendono un rullo svolgitore 2 della pezza di tessuto 5 e un rullo avvolgitore 3, con una serie di rulli di guida del tessuto 5 indicati con il numero di riferimento 4. Il tessuto 5 svolto dal rullo 2, mediante opportuni e tradizionali mezzi di azionamento, passando sui rulli 4 e dentro al bagno viene avvolto sul rullo 3. Terminata tale operazione si inverte il senso di rotazione, per cui il tessuto 5 dal rullo 3 ritorna al rullo 2 e così nuovamente sul rullo 3, passando per il bagno di tintura per un numero di volte programmato da una apparecchiatura nota. L'invenzione prevede che il tessuto 5, oltre che passare nel bagno, in entrata e in uscita da quest'ultimo passi anche fra ima rispettiva serie di ugelli spruzzatori indicati con 6 e 7, che favoriscono ulteriormente l'impregnazione del tessuto.
