Fig. 1 eine Linear-Schubvorrichtung mit zwei Motoren in Ansicht;
Fig. 2 einen vereinfachten Längsschnitt derselben Vorrichtung in perspektivischer Darstellung;

The invention relates to a linear thrust device with a push rod which can be driven by means of a screw spindle with a nut.
Linear pushers of this type are known. In these known devices, a motor either drives the nut to displace the spindle, or the motor drives the screw spindle to displace the nut. Depending on the push rod with a screw spindle or
Connected to mother.
So that the push rod is not moved too quickly, which would also require a very powerful electric motor, a gear or worm gear is usually installed between the driven screw spindle or the driven nut. The required lifting force limits the possibility of using a thread with a very low pitch in order to reduce the feed speed in this way. Such gear or snails
However, gearboxes are relatively expensive to manufacture and lead to bulky structures on the motor side of the linear pusher with larger lifting forces. With worm gears, a lot of energy is lost through friction.
The invention has for its object to provide a linear Schubvor device of the type mentioned, which is extremely large
Control range for both the feed and the Rückzugge has speed, has low friction losses and can immediately exert the full thrust or traction from standstill.
The invention solves the problem with a linear thrust device, which is characterized in that both the nut and the screw spindle are each rotatably supported and each have their own drive. The two motors can be built next to one another or in axial alignment. In the latter embodiment, the motor driving the nut has a hollow shaft through which a continuation of the screw spindle is passed and is driven by the second motor.
Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are described below with reference to the drawing:
The drawing shows in
Figure 1 is a linear pusher with two motors in view.
Figure 2 is a simplified longitudinal section of the same device in a perspective view.
Fig. 3 shows a variant of the device of FIG. 1 in view and
Fig. 4 is a simplified longitudinal section of the device of FIG. 3 in a perspective view.
The linear pusher shown in Fig. 1 has two electric motors 10 and 50 and a housing 20 in which a gearbox is housed. Another housing part 30 is connected to the housing 20 and contains the actual feed device with nut and screw spindle. The push rod 40, which is provided with a rotatable head 41, protrudes from the housing 30. Head 41 and housing 30 are both provided with pins 42 and 31, respectively, in order to be able to pivotally mount the linear pusher device in the event that it performs a pivoting movement during operation. Of course, it cannot be pivoted.
The mode of operation of the linear pusher can be described on the basis of the simplified longitudinal section according to FIG. 2.
The electric motor 10 drives the screw spindle 11. A toothed belt wheel 13 is rotatably mounted on the rear continuation of the screw spindle 11. This toothed belt wheel 13 is driven by the second motor 50 via the toothed belt wheel 51 and the toothed belt 52 wrapping around both wheels 13 and 51.
The toothed belt wheel 13 is fixedly connected to the hexagonal drive tube 14, which is rotatably mounted in the housing 30. The two bearings are designated 32 and 31. In this hexagonal tube 14, the nut 15 connected to the hollow push rod 40 is slidably arranged. So that the push rod 40 rotating during operation can absorb axial forces, the spindle 11, on which the nut 15 is supported, is rotatably mounted in the housing 20 by means of the two axial bearings 21, but is axially fixed in the housing part 20. The axial bearing could also be accommodated in the housing of the motor 10.
The diameter or the number of teeth ratio between the two toothed belt wheels 51 and 13 is equal to one to two. Makes motor 10-1440 U / min and motor 50 2880 U / min and if both motors are operated in the same direction of rotation, both the screw spindle 11 and the nut driven by the drive tube 14 make 15 - 1440 U / min and the feed rate is zero. If the number of revolutions of the motor 50 is reduced, the nut rotates more slowly than the spindle and the push rod 40 is advanced. If, on the other hand, the number of revolutions of the engine 50 is increased or the number of revolutions of the engine 10 is reduced, the push rod 40 is withdrawn. If, for example, the engine 10 is braked to a standstill, the engine stops
Screw spindle 11 is still and the nut is driven at 1440 rpm.
If the pitch of the thread of the screw spindle is 4 mm, the retraction speed of the push rod is
1440 x4 = 5760 mm / min or 95 mm / sec. The reverse is true if motor 50 is braked to a standstill; then the feed rate is 95 mm / sec.
It is preferable to become a number of revolutions for only one engine
Provide control device. For example, one could use a motor 10 that runs constantly at about 1000 rpm, while the number of revolutions of motor 50 can be regulated between 1000 rpm and 3000 rpm. With the ratio of 1: 2 of the wheels 52 and 13, this results in a control range for the relative number of revolutions per minute between the nut 15 and the screw spindle from +500 over zero to -500. With a thread pitch of 4 mm, this would have a feed speed control range of the push rod of
500 + x4 = + 33'3mm / sec
60 over standstill down to -33.3 mm / sec.
3 and 4 show a variant of the linear thrust device described above. Although it is different in construction, its mode of operation is very similar to that of the device according to FIGS. 1 and 2. Therefore, they are the same for similar parts
Reference numbers used as before.
The hexagonal drive tube 14 is driven directly by the engine 60 instead of an intermediate gearbox. For this purpose, the rear end of the tube 14 is provided with a coupling piece 140 which merges into the hollow shaft 61 of the motor 60. The
Screw spindle is in this coupling piece 140 by means of a
Radial bearing 141 rotatably mounted. The continuation 110 of the
Screw spindle 11 is passed through the hollow shaft 61 of the motor 60 and rotatable in the intermediate piece 61 by means of the axial bearing 62, but is held axially fixed. The continuation 110 of the screw spindle is connected to the shaft of the motor 10.
If both motors 10 and 60 run with the same number of revolutions and in the same direction of rotation, they drive the screw spindle 11 and the drive tube 14, which takes the nut 15 with them, with the same number of revolutions and thus the feed speed of the push rod 40 is zero.
If, for example, motor 10 is designed as a motor that can be regulated by the number of revolutions or is connected to a non-illustrated, for example electronic, regulating device, feed and retraction of the push rod can be regulated from a standstill. The feed or retraction speed is expressed in proportion to the difference in the number of revolutions of the two motors 10 and 60.
Of course, it is also possible to brake one of the two motors to zero in order to achieve a very rapid feed or a very rapid retraction of the push rod 40. The feed or retraction speed becomes extremely high when the direction of rotation of a motor is reversed.
The drive of the linear feed device with two motors has the eminent advantage over the drive with only one motor that the full power is available from standstill. Both motors also run when the push rod 40 is at a standstill.
In the case of a linear feed device which works with only one motor, the motor must first start until it can deliver its full power.
