PATENT CLAIMS
1. coating or pouring compound for building purposes, characterized in that it contains the following components in the amounts indicated: 50 to 70 parts by volume of sand 15 to 45 parts by volume of cement
5 to 14 parts by volume of calcium carbonate
2 to 10 parts by volume of expanded mica
2 to 10 parts by volume of perlite and water in an amount that gives the processing consistency.
2. coating and casting compound according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains the following components in the amounts indicated: 50 to 70 parts by volume of sand 15 to 45 parts by volume of cement
5 to 14 parts by volume of calcium carbonate
2 to 10 parts by volume of expanded mica
2 to 10 volumes of perlite 0 to 5 volumes of polyvinyl acetate
0 to 5 parts by volume of methyl cellulose as well as water in an amount that gives the processing consistency.
Plaster compositions are already known in large numbers, which are always tailored to a specific purpose and all have the disadvantage that their elasticity is low, so that they are brittle and tend to crack. In addition, these plasters are relatively difficult to process, so that they can only be applied with a very specific consistency and only in a limited layer thickness. In addition, these known plastering compounds cannot be applied directly to the masonry, but require the prior application of a cement spray coating, after which the plastering and then the plastering can be applied. Different plastering compounds are required for flush and top plaster.
For building purposes, coating or pouring compounds are also known, which in turn are matched to the specific uses, such as walls, spatulas or for underlays, etc. The individual coating or casting compounds are not interchangeable.
The purpose of the invention is to provide a coating slip or casting compound for construction purposes, which is particularly suitable as a cleaning compound and no longer has the disadvantages of the known cleaning compounds, and which is also suitable for various uses.
The coating or casting compound according to the invention for building purposes, in particular for wall and ceiling plaster, is characterized in that it contains the following constituents in the amounts indicated: 50 to 70 parts by volume of sand 15 to 45 parts by volume of cement
5 to 14 parts by volume of calcium carbonate
2 to 10 parts by volume of expanded mica
2 to 10 parts by volume of perlite and water in an amount that gives the processing consistency.
A particularly advantageous coating or pouring compound results if it contains the following constituents in the stated amounts: 50 to 70 parts by volume of sand 15 to 45 parts by volume of cement
5 to 14 parts by volume of calcium carbonate
2 to 10 parts by volume of expanded mica
2 to 10 parts by volume of perlite 0 to 5 parts by volume of polyvinyl acetate 0 to 5 parts by volume of methyl cellulose and water in an amount which gives the consistency of use.
The new coating or casting compound is sticky and can therefore be processed particularly well and does not slip on smooth surfaces, as is the case with normal plastering compounds. This makes it possible to apply the coating or casting compound directly onto masonry without spraying cement. The coating or casting compound can also be applied in a much greater layer thickness than has been the case up to now. A plaster made from the present coating or casting compound is also characterized by extraordinarily good insulation and strength properties. It is splinter-, impact- and adhesive-resistant even under heavy loads. With the coating or casting compound present, this not only results in an improved plaster, but also in a significantly reduced manufacturing time for a wall plaster.
The present coating or pouring compound is not only suitable as a plastering compound, but can also be used without problems for masonry, in which case it also shows significantly improved properties compared to normal mortars. The known mortars slip easily from a brick when applied to it and also attract very quickly, so that once a brick has been applied it cannot be removed or moved after a short time. With the new coating or casting compound, these disadvantages are eliminated, since the coating or casting compound no longer slips off the stone due to its sticky consistency and, moreover, does not attract so quickly, so that a brick will be removed or shifted for a relatively long time after being moved can be.
The new coating or casting compound is also suitable for gluing insulation panels, such as cork or polystyrene panels.
The coating or casting compound on hand is also ideal for creating a sub-floor for floor coverings. The previously known masses had to be applied laboriously and distributed and balanced by hand. With the new coating or casting compound, this is no longer necessary. This mass can easily be made so thin that it can be poured and self-leveling. When used for underlays, there is also the advantage that the excellent insulation properties of the coating or casting compound mean that additional insulation, for example using cork or polystyrene panels, is no longer required.
The present coating or casting compound is a real multi-purpose compound for building purposes, which moreover has properties not previously known.
