Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schachtel, deren Wandteile mittels um eine Faltlinie zurückgefalteter Verriegelungslappen je eines Wandteils, die mit je einer freien parallel zur Faltlinie verlaufenden Kante an der Kante eines Schlitzes des anderen Wandteils anliegen, miteinander verbunden sind. Solche Schachteln, mit oder ohne Deckel werden zur Verpackung von Konfekt und dergleichen verwendet und sollen von Hand oder maschinell einfach aufgestellt und montiert werden können. Dabei soll eine sichere Verankerung der Wandteile aneinander ohne irgendwelche Hilfsmittel wie Klammern, Leim oder dergleichen erreicht werden. Ferner sollen die Verbindungsstellen unter Umständen erhebliche die verbundenen Wandteile spreizende Kräfte aufnehmen können. Bekannte Schachteln der erwähnten Art, wie sie aus dem Schweizer Patent 426 619 bekannt sind, erfüllen die oben genannten Bedingungen nur teilweise und/oder unbefriedigend. Bei einer bekannten Ausführung gemäss Fig. 1 der beigefügten Zeichnung sind die Seitenwände 1 der Schachtel, von welchen die eine in montiertem, die andere in unaufge-stelltem Zustand dargestellt sind, mit Verbindungslappen 2 versehen, an welchen um eine Faltlinie 3 schwenkbar Verriegelungslappen 4 angebracht sind. An den Stirnwänden 5 der Schachtel sind L-förmige Schlitze 6 durchgeschnitten, die Materiallappen 7 der Stirnwand 5 begrenzen. Zum Aufstellen und Verbinden der Seitenwände 5 werden die Verriegelungslappen 4 nach innen auf die Verbindungslappen 2 gelegt und durch Anheben der Seitenwände beziehungsweise Verbindungslappen 2 von aussen durch den Schlitz 6 durchgeführt. Der Verriegelungslappen 4 wird dann an der Innenseite der Stirnwand 5 frei und verriegelt den Verbindungslappen 2 bzw. die damit verbundene Seitenwand 1 an der Stirnwand 5. Nachteilig ist an dieser Ausführung, dass auf die Seitenwände 1 wirkende spreizende Kräfte einzig in einem Punkt übertragen werden, nämlich an der ohnehin geschwächten Verbindungslinie zwischen dem Verbindungslappen 2 und dem Verriegelungslappen 4. Ausserdem wirkt der in unbestimmter Lage in den Innenraum der Schachtel ragende Verriegelungslappen 4 unangenehm. Er kann beispielsweise beim Herausnehmen des Inhalts als Widerhaken wirken. In den Fig. 3 und 4 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfin-dungsgemässen Schachtel dargestellt. Entsprechende Teile sind wiederum gleich bezeichnet wie in den Fig. 1 und 2. Mit den Seitenwänden 1 sind dreieckige Verbindungslappen 2 verbunden, mit denen über eine Faltlinie 10 verhältnismässig lange Verriegelungslappen 11 verbunden sind. Die Verriegelungslappen sind am inneren Ende abgeschrägt. In der Stirnwand befinden sich zwei symmetrische L-förmige Schlitze 6, mit zwei etwa gleich langen rechtwinklig stehenden Schlitzteilen und einem kürzeren, an den oberen Schlitzteil anschliessenden kurzen Schlitzteil. Zum Aufstellen einer Seitenwand und Verbinden derselben mit einer Stirnwand 5 wird der Verriegelungslappen 11 gemäss Fig. 3 zurückgeschlagen, worauf er zusammen mit dem Verbindungsteil 2 in den zugeordneten Schlitz 6 innerhalb des vom Schlitz 6 umgrenzten Materiallappens 7 eingeführt wird wie Fig. 4 links darstellt. Etwa die äussere Hälfte der Verriegelungskante 12 des Verriegelungslappens 11 schnappt dann hinter die zugeordnete Verriegelungskante des Schlitzes 6. Da in diesem Falle das Materialdreieck 7 stets von aussen gegen den aussen liegenden Verbindungslappen 2 drückt, wird die Verriegelungskante 12 des innerhalb liegenden Verriegelungslappens 7 stets leicht nach innen in die Schachtel gedrückt und kreuzt daher die Verriegelungskante des Schlitzes 6. Es ergibt sich damit eine zuverlässige Verankerung, wobei trennende Kräfte nicht nur lokal in einem Punkt wirken, sondern mehr oder weniger auf der ganzen Länge der Verriegelungskante 12 im Bereich des parallel dazu liegenden Schlitzteils.
