REVENDICATIONS

CLAIMS
1. Device for fixing at least one wire, characterized in that it consists of an elastic filiform element in one piece, the ends of which are bent so as to be able to grip, by the effect of bending and twisting , to a carrying wire and the middle part of which is shaped into a hooking member.
2. Device according to claim I, characterized in that the filiform element is a spring wire.
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the filiform element is a plastic wire.
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the attachment member is a hook.
5. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the attachment member is an eyelet.
6. Device according to claim I, characterized in that the ends (8) are curved so as to cross the parts (9) adjacent to the fastening member.
7. Use of the device according to claim 1 to hinder the spacing of two parallel son.
To prevent a row planting from taking up too much space during its growth and to hinder the passage between rows, growers stretch one or more pairs of parallel threads. These wires are fixed, at certain distances, to piles or other supports.
After a certain growth, the threads tend to spread by the weight of the crop and by the action of the wind.
To avoid this drawback, several methods are used, either different links, hooks or staples.
These different methods have several drawbacks, in particular:
to be replaced each season,
to be placed and removed each season,
to drop out and get lost,
to slide too easily along the wire,
to become brittle by aging,
only suitable for a given wire diameter.
The object of the invention is to create a device for fixing at least one wire, hereinafter called wire holder, which has the following advantages:
good spring property by torsion and bending,
simple and easy installation without compromising the quality of the spring,
the possibility of being slid in the appropriate place and being able to pivot on itself,
the fact of remaining attached to the thread from one year to the next without moving or getting lost,
the ability to adapt to any kind of tensioned thread,
the possibility for the same wire holder to be used with wires with a diameter of 1-3 mm.
To this end, the device according to the invention is arranged as defined by claim 1.
An embodiment and a variant of the device, object of the invention, will be described, by way of example, with reference to the appended drawing in which:
fig. 1 is a perspective view of the wire fixture,
fig. 2 shows two phases of fixing the wire fixture,
fig. 3 shows the wire clamp in place, and
fig. 4 is a view of a variant.
Fig. 1 shows the spring wire in the form of a hairpin which is folded over and has a hook 5. At a certain distance, the wire 4 is bent at about 90 ° in the opposite direction to each other, forming the angles 3 The ends 2 are bent at their ends to form the hooks 1.
To place the wire holder, according to fig. 2, on the carrying wire 6, one of the hooks must pass behind the carrying wire 6. The two parts 4, with the hook 5, remain supported in front of the wire 6. By placing the second hook 1 in the same position as the first, the wire holder remains firmly gripped to the carrying wire 6.
Fig. 3 shows the wire holder in the use position. The wires 6 and 7 are hooked to each other. To separate the two wires, it suffices to unhook the wire 7. The wire holder remains gripped by the carrying wire 6.
According to the variant of FIG. 4, the two ends 8 of the wire fixture are bent over the middle parts 9.
