Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung,
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie V-V der Fig. 1.

The invention relates to a device for lifting loads, in particular a carpet roll, in higher floors of a building, with a frame and a drive device.
Various loads, such as carpet rolls of lengths over 3 m, are laboriously hauled through the stairwell into the higher floors of a finished building by transport people. The load carried or the stairwell and the walls of the building can be damaged or the transport people can be injured.
The German laid-open publication No. 26 17 618 describes a goods lift which is used in particular for the finishing work in the building industry.
The goods lift consists of a drive unit mounted on a support frame and a stand for guiding a load plate. The goods lift is attached to the outside of the building on a wall side or the like.
This freight elevator excludes damage to the staircase or the inside walls of the building, as well as damage to people, but it is disadvantageous in the sense that the stand must be composed of insertable elements that are rigidly connected to one another by means of turnbuckles; Furthermore, the stand must still be attached to the outside of the building on the wall side. However, this is time consuming and therefore expensive.
It is the object of the invention to provide a device for lifting loads, in particular carpet rolls, in higher floors of a building, which eliminates the disadvantages of the known goods lift. Such a facility should be technically simple and effective even in pre-built, inhabited buildings. The assembly and disassembly of such a facility should be quick.
The object of the invention is achieved in a device according to the preamble of claim 1 in that the frame can be transferred to a window frame of the building and the drive device is a mounting rail attached to the frame with a mechanically or motor-operated cable or chain hoist.
It is advantageous if adjustable pressure claws are provided on the frame for the detachable fastening of the frame to the window frame of the building and the mounting rail on one end, which is intended to protrude from the window of the building, a rope pulley or a chain wheel for guiding the rope or has the chain of the cable or chain hoist attached to the other end of the mounting rail.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. Show it
1 is a perspective view of the device according to the invention,
2 is a side view of the device according to FIG. 1, which is placed on a window frame of a building and by means of which a carpet roll is pulled up,
3 is a plan view of the lower crossbar of the frame of the device, in section along the line III-III of FIG. 1,
Fig. 4 is a plan view of the mounting rail of the device according to FIGS. 1 and
5 shows a section along the line V-V of FIG. 1st
The device shown in the figures is used for lifting loads, in particular carpet rolls (so-called carpets or carpets) in higher floors of a building. Such carpet rolls can weigh up to about 400 kg.
The device comprises a frame 1 with an upper 6 and a lower crossbeam 7 and a mounting rail 2 with a cable pull 3. The cable pull can be replaced by a chain hoist. The cable 3 shown in the figures is a mechanical, i.e. hand-operated cable. However, it can also be a motor-operated cable pull. The cable 3 is attached to one end of the mounting rail 2 and can be actuated by hand using a lever 9. At the other end of the mounting rail 2, a cable pulley (in the case of a chain hoist, a chain wheel) is rotatably fastened, via which a cable 10 (or a chain) is guided by the cable hoist 3 (or chain hoist).
As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, the frame 1 has upper and lower pressing claws 4. The upper pressure claws are adjustable in height, whereas the lower pressure claws are adjustable in height as well as in the horizontal direction.
The frame 1, which has a light construction, is transferable. It can be placed on a window frame of a building in such a way that the pressure claws 4 are placed on the window frame 11 from the inside of a building, not shown, so that the frame 1 is detachably fastened to the window frame 11. The end of the mounting rail 2, which is provided with a rope pulley 5, projects out of the window of the building. The support rail 2 is fastened to the upper crossbar 6 of the frame 1 such that the end of the support rail 2 provided with the rope sheave 5 and protruding from the building points in the direction of the perpendicular to the upper crossbar 6 of the frame 1.
On the lower crossbeam 7 of the frame 1, a plurality of rollers 8 arranged in series are rotatably arranged. The longitudinal axes of these rollers 8 run parallel to the lower crossbar 7 of the frame 1.
When pulling up a carpet roll, proceed as follows:
The attached to the end of the rope 10 hook 12 is hooked into a loop attached to the carpet roll 14, which loop is arranged behind the center of gravity of the carpet roll (viewed from the device)
Rope 10 is then drawn in by a release clip 13 near the front end of the carpet roll 14 in the direction of pulling it open. When the front end of the carpet roll reaches the height of the window, the trigger clamp 13 is released by the operator by hand, causing the carpet roll to float because the majority of the weight of the carpet roll 14 is due to the hook 12 being suspended in the direction of the Winding up is in front. The front end of the carpet roll 14 in the direction of being pulled thus reaches the rollers 8 of the device via which the carpet roll is drawn into the interior of the building. The surface of the rollers 8 is advantageously concave.
The frame 1 is advantageously made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. Its clear width is about 70 cm.
The device described above is advantageous in the sense that e.g. during construction work, the construction crane can be removed earlier than usual, which results in considerable cost savings. The construction cranes already dismantled at the time of the finishing work are no longer a disadvantage for the craftsman. The device can also be used very well or above all in buildings that are already occupied because the damage e.g. the stairwell is avoided; it also does not damage the window frame on which it is placed.
The space requirement of this facility is relatively small. When choosing the material, no consideration needs to be given to the location of the installation site. Carpets of a better, heavier quality can be bought and placed regardless of their higher weight and location. The unwinding of the carpet roll is done by one man. It also eliminates the unnecessary health damage (back damage caused by laboriously dragging heavy carpet rolls through the stairwell) of transport people, as has sometimes happened with the usual transport methods.
The device can also be used to wind e.g. Bundle panel or other elongated loads can be used in higher floors of a building.
