The invention relates to an additional device for the front loader of a tractor, consisting of a forklift truck, with a lifting fork or the like forming its loading tool, which can be moved up and down in an adjustable manner via a drive device in a vertical guide replacing the loading shovel or the like of the front loader is.
Additional devices of this type are provided in order to be able to use the front loader equipped with them like a forklift and in particular to enable or facilitate the stacking of bales, blocks and plates. Above all, the additional device should also
Height range of the loader can be increased accordingly, which is desirable or necessary, among other things, when erecting straw rentals from straw bales.
It is known to provide drives, in particular hydraulic cylinder-piston units, to be equipped as a drive device with its own energy supply device, the latter being connectable to the tractor hydraulics and actuable via its own control devices. This construction requires a very powerful tractor hydraulic system, the connection lines leading to the cylinder-piston units of the forklift truck must also be attached to the front loader and it is also necessary to attach appropriate control devices for these cylinder-piston units in an easily accessible place. If the loading arm of the front loader and the lifting fork or the like of the forklift truck are to be lifted at the same time, the hydraulic supply device is loaded from both devices, ie practically twice as much.
The object of the invention is to provide an additional device of the type mentioned, which itself is simple in construction and can also be easily and without major modifications to existing front loaders.
The object is achieved in that the drive device of the forklift truck consists of a traction cable drive or the like, the traction cable of which is attached to the tractor at a distance from the articulation area of the front loader rocker and is guided from above to the lifting fork in the area of the vertical guide, so that it When lifting the loader, the lifting fork, which is in its lowest position when the loading arm is lowered, lifts.
The attachment point for the traction cable, of course a chain could also be used instead, is preferably located on the support frame of the front loader itself and is offset in the longitudinal direction of the tractor in relation to the articulation point of the rocker. The attachment point is provided within the swing circle of the loading arm. The additional lifting height that can be achieved with the forklift is directly proportional to the distance of the attachment point of the pulling rope (s) (a separate pulling rope can be provided for each lifting fork side) on the tractor or on the front loader frame from the articulation point of the front loader itself. If you want to achieve higher lifting heights, you can lead the pull rope to the lifting fork using a pulley that converts to high speed or another cable gear.
For the assembly of the additional device according to the invention, only a removal of the loading tool of the front loader and the arrangement of a fastening point for the pull rope are necessary. Practically every commercially available front loader is equipped with a parallel guide or a guide for the loading shovel or the like that controls the swivel setting, which guide device can now be used to hold the guide of a forklift vertically or approximately vertically when swiveling the loading arm. When lowering the loading arm, the lifting fork returns to its lower position under its own weight in the simplest version.
To support this process, it is also possible to provide return springs or separate reset devices which are actuated, for example, by a deflecting roller of the pull rope in the direction of rotation corresponding to the lowering.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawings, for example. 1 shows a tractor, the front loader of which is equipped with a forklift forming an additional device, in the lower position of the forklift schematically in side view, FIG. 2 shows a corresponding side view with the forklift in full lift position, and FIG. 3 shows a front view of FIG. 2 .

A hydraulic cylinder-piston unit --5-- is articulated in the lower end of the brackets --3--, which engages in the area of the kink on the associated leg of the loading arm --4-- and with the help of which the loading arm is pivoted up and down can be.
The swing arm --4-- has a swiveling

--6 -, legs are levers --7-- pivoted about horizontal transverse axes, which are actuated via hydraulic cylinder-piston units --8-- for swivel adjustment of the holding piece --6-- via struts --9-- in the retracted state, but by selecting the appropriate distance between your articulation point on part --3-- from the articulation point of the loading arm legs --4-- and the gear ratio of the two-armed lever --7-- and the length of another support lever - 10-- form a parallel guide to support the struts-9--, which ensures that the holding piece --6-- is adjusted parallel to itself when the forklift is swiveled.
The arrangement described is known per se.
In the case of the additional device according to the invention, two open belt profiles which are open to one another are fastened to the holding piece --6-- in place of the otherwise provided loading shovel, which are connected to crossbars --12-- to form the frame of a lift truck and form the vertical guides,

carries a conventional fork --15--.
Two pull cables --16-- are attached to the front of the tractor --1-- or to the support frame --2-- at the front and are closed by means of pulleys --17-- provided in the lower end area of the forklift --11 to 15-- upper pulleys --18-- and from these to the fork carriage --14--.
Since the rope attachment points --19-- are provided at a distance from the swivel axis --20-- within the swivel circle of the loading arm --4--, the ropes --16-- pull out --4-- when lifting the loading arm 1, the lifting fork --15-- upwards, so that it finally reaches its highest position according to FIG. 2 with the loading arm --4-- fully swung open. When lowering the loading arm --4--, the lifting fork --15-- returns to its lower rest position under its own weight.
Additional locking or resetting devices for the lifting fork --15-- can be provided and chains can be used instead of the pulling cables --16--.
