REVENDICATIONS
1. Stylo à encre de Chine à pointe tubulaire, constitué par un boîtier cylindrique évidé faisant office de réservoir d'encre sur lequel est fixé un corps cylindrique creux, portant les organes d'écriture et renfermant une masselotte et un fil régulateur assurant l'écoulement de l'encre, le corps cylindrique creux étant en outre muni d'un filetage communiquant avec la perforation intérieure par au moins une gorge d'aération et faisant office de chambre de compensation de pression, stylo caractérisé en ce que le réservoir d'encre est muni d'un tube capillaire, dont une extrémité est fixée à l'extrémité arrière du corps cylindrique creux, et dont l'autre est à proximité du fond du réservoir de manière à diviser l'encre en une partie qui communique avec l'intérieur du stylo et une partie qui en est isolée par l'intervalle entre le fond du réservoir et l'extrémité libre du tube capillaire.1.
