Die Wasserabspaltung aus Verbindungen der Formel II erfolgt zweckmässigerweise mit Hilfe eines wasserabspaltenden Mittels, beispielsweise einer anorganischen Säure, wie Chlorwasserstoffsäure oder Schwefelsäure, oder einer organischen Säure, wie Methansulfonsäure, Benzolsulfonsäure oder p-Toluolsulfonsäure in einem Lösungsmittel, wie Wasser, Alkohol oder in Gemischen von Wasser und mit Wasser mitschbaren Lösungsmitteln, beispielsweise Tetrahydrofuran oder Dioxan.
Geeignete Temperaturen liegen beispielsweise zwischen 20 und 1000 C. Die Wasserabspaltung kann ferner mit Hilfe von anorganischen Säureanhydriden, wie Phosphorpentoxid, oder organischen Säureanhydriden, wie Acetanhydrid, sowie anorganischen Säurechloriden, wie Phosphoroxychlorid oder Thionylchlorid, oder organischen Säurechloriden, wie Acetylchlorid, durchgeführt werden. Als Lösungsmittel können halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chloroform oder Methylenchlorid, aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol oder Toluol, oder Äther, wie Dioxan oder Tetrahydrofuran, verwendet werden.
Falls man zur Wasserabspaltung Säureanhydride verwendet, so können die entsprechenden Säuren das Reaktionsmedium bilden. Bei der Verwendung von Säurechloriden kann ein Überschuss derselben als Reaktionsmedium verwendet werden, wobei man die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels, wie eines tert. Amins, beispielsweise Trialkylamin oder Pyridin, durchgeführt. Die Reaktionstemperaturen liegen bei Verwendung von Säureanhydriden zwischen 20 und 180 C. bei Verwendung von Säurechloriden zwischen -10 und +70 C.
Die Wasserabspaltung kann auch mit Hilfe von Polyphosphorsäure bei Temperaturen zwischen 80 und 1200C durchgeführt werden. Als Lösungsmittel können anorganische Säuren, wie Phosphorsäure, organische Säuren, wie Essigsäure oder ein Überschuss von Polyphosphorsäure, verwendet werden.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I können auf an sich bekannte Weise isoliert und gereinigt werden.

Die Verbindungen der Formeln I und II besitzen chemo therapeutische Eigenschaften. Insbesondere besitzen die Verbindungen eine antimykotische Wirkung, wie sich durch Untersuchungen in vitro unter Verwendung von Myceten (z. B.
von Trichophyton quinckeaneum) sowie in vivo am experimentellen Hautmykose-Modell am Meerschweinchen zeigen lässt. Bei diesem Modell wird die Substanz in Polyäthylenglykol aufgenommen und 7 Tage hindurch einmal täglich auf der infizierten Hautoberfläche verrieben. Die antimykotische Wirkung konnte ab einer Konzentration von 0,1-0,6% festgestellt werden. Die Verbindungen der Formeln I und II können daher als Antimykotika verwendet werden. Die Verbindungen der Formeln 1 und II können in Form der freien Basen oder in Form pharmazeutisch unbedenklicher Säureadditionssalze verwendet werden, wobei die Salze grössenordnungsmässig die gleiche Wirksamkeit besitzen wie die entsprechenden freien
Basen. Geeignete Säureadditionssalze sind die Hydrochloride, Hydrogenoxalate und Naphthalin-1,5-disulfonate.
Die Verbindungen der Formeln I und II können mit üblichen pharmazeutisch unbedenklichen Verdünnungs- oder Trägermitteln vermischt und in Form von Salben oder Tinkturen verabreicht werden.
Von den Verbindungen der Formel I sind diejenigen, worin R1 Methyl R2, R3, Rs, R6 und R7 Wasserstoff und R4 Wasserstoff oder Chlor bedeuten, bevorzugt.
Von den Verbindungen der Formel II sind diejenigen.

Beispiel 1 N-(3-Phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-methyl-1 -naphthyl methylamin a) N-Methyl- 1 -naphthylmethylamin
17,6 g 1-Chlormethyl-naphthalin in 40 ml absolutem Äthanol werden bei 0 bis 5"C in 100 ml einer 33 %igen Lösung von Methylamin in absolutem Äthanol eingetropft. Nach dem Stehenlassen über Nacht wird die Reaktionslösung eingeengt, der Rückstand in wenig Chloroform aufgenommen und mit 100 ml 1N Natriumhydroxidlösung und Wasser gewaschen.
Die organische Phase wird getrocknet und zur Trockne eingedampf. Der Rückstand wird bei 0,01 Torr destilliert, wobei man das N-Methyl-1-naphthylmethylamin als Hauptfraktion vom Sdp. 85-87"C erhält.
b) ss -(N-Methyl-N- 1 -naphtylamino)-äthyl-phenyl-keton
17,1 g N-Methyl-l-naphthylmethylamin werden in 200 ml Methanol gelöst und nacheinander mit 10 ml konz. Chlorwasserstoffsäure, 12 g Acetophenon und 100 ml 35%iger Formaldehydlösung versetzt. Diese Lösung wird 11/2 Stunden unter Rühren zum Rückfluss erhitzt, nach dem Abkühlen mit 1 Liter Wasser verdünnt, mit 20 g 30%iger Natriumhydroxidlösung alkalisiert und erschöpfend mit Chloroform ausgeschüttelt.
Der organische Extrakt wird getrocknet und zur Trockne eingeengt. Der ölige Rückstand wird in 150 ml Petroläther gelöst und zur Kristallisation in der Kälte stehengelassen, wobei man die Titelverbindung vom Smp. 83-85 C erhält.
c) 3-[N-Methyl-N-(l -naphthylmethyl)-amino]- 1 -phenyl-propan-1 -ol
Zu einer Lösung von 7,5 gss-(N-Methyl-N-naphthylmethyl- amino)-äthyl-phenyl-keton in 400 ml Methanol wird bei Raumtemperatur portionsweise 1 g Natriumborhydrid zugegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 15 Minuten gerührt, das Lösungsmittel abgedampft, der ölige Rückstand in Chloroform aufgenommen und mit Wasser gewaschen. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet und zur Trockne eingedampft, wobei man rohes 3-[N-Methyl-N-(1-naphthylmethyl)-aminol-1-phe- nyl-propan-1-ol erhält, welches ohne weitere Reinigung für die nachfolgende Reaktion verwendet wird.
d) N-(3-Phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-methyl-
1 -naphthylmethylamin
8,4 g 3 -[N-Methyl-N-( 1 -naphthylmethyl)-aminoj-1 -phe- nyl-propan-1-ol werden mit 300 ml 5N Chlorwasserstoffsäure während 1 1A Stunden unter Rühren zum Rückfluss erhitzt.
Danach wird das Reaktionsgemisch durch Eiszugabe gekühlt, mit 250 g 30% Natriumhydroxidlösung alkalisiert und mit Chloroform erschöpfend ausgeschüttelt. Der Chloroformextrakt wird über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, filtriert und zur Trockne eingedampft. Der ölige Rückstand wird in 25 ml absolutem Äthanol gelöst und mit 10 ml ätherischer Chlorwasserstoffsäurelösung angesäuert. Nach Zugabe von 100 ml Äther erhält man N-(3-Phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-methyl-1 -naph- thylmethylamin-hydrochlorid vom Smp. 169-172 C.
Beispiel 2
A. Unter Verwendung des im Beispiel lbj beschriebenen Verfahrens und entsprechender Ausgangsverbindungen gelangt man zu folgenden Verbindungen der Formel III: a) ss-(N-Methyl-N-1-naphthylmethylamino)-äthyl-4'-chlor- phenyl-keton, Smp. des Hydrochlorids 170-1750 C, b) ss-(N-Methyl-N-1 -naphthylmethylamino) -äthyl-p-tolylketon vom Smp. 92-95 C, c) ss -(N-Methyi-N-1 -naphthylmethylamino)-äthyl)-4' - methoxyphenyl-keton, Smp. des Hydrochlorids 171-173 C, d) ss-(N-Methyl-N-1 -naphthylmethylamino)-äthyl-4' -fluorphenyl-keton, e) ,B -(N-Methyl-N-1 -naphthylmethylamino)-äthyl-3 ' ,4'- dichlorphenyl-keton.
B.
