Abstract
The post has a U-profile with a web (1) and two flanges (2a; 2b), the edges (3a; 3b) of which are bent off inwards. Punched-out portions (4a; 4b) form outwardly projecting hooks (5a; 5b). In order to retain trellis wires well without them being able to work loose from the post, there is seated in the punched-out portions (4a; 4b) a strip-shaped and symmetrical transverse web (7) which, at each end, has an L-shaped, outwardly projecting groove (8a; 8b). These grooves are used for receiving trellis wires. A wedge-shaped cutout (9a; 9b) is provided beside each groove. The hooks (5a; 5b), which are lightly sprung, engage into the cutouts (9a; 9b). The central part of the transverse web (7) is provided with a part (10) which projects obliquely out of the strip plane, towards the outside, is punched and fixes the transverse web (7) in the punched-out portions (4a; 4b) in a slightly resilient manner. <IMAGE>
Description
PATENTANSPRÜCH E

PATENT CLAIM E
1. intermediate post for trellis systems, in particular for vineyard trellis systems, which has a U-profile, the free flange edges of which are folded inwards and in the flanges of which punched-out portions are provided which form outwardly projecting hooks, characterized by a substantially symmetrical and band-shaped transverse web, which is provided at its ends outside the flanges with a groove for receiving a trellis wire, each of which has a wedge-shaped recess adjacent to these grooves, into which one of the outwardly projecting hooks engages, and which in its central part has an oblique shape the band plane is provided with an outwardly projecting stamped-out part which resiliently holds the crossbar in the stamped-out flange recesses.
2. Intermediate pile according to claim 1, characterized in that the two grooves are L-shaped projecting outwards.
The present invention relates to an intermediate pile for trellis plants, in particular for vineyard trellis plants, which has a U-shaped profile, the free flange edges of which are bent inwards and punched holes are provided in the flanges which form hooks projecting outwards. The web of the profile expediently has, in the vicinity of the flanges, a bead which runs in the longitudinal direction of the rod and is stamped inwards into the profile.
Such intermediate piles are known for example from CH-PS 552 934. In these known intermediate piles, the hooks projecting outwards form a means for receiving and holding the trellis wires.
The object of the present invention is. to hold the trellis wires even better without easily detaching them from the intermediate post.
For this purpose, the intermediate pile according to the invention is designed according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
The grooves mentioned are preferably L-shaped projecting outwards.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the invention.
The intermediate pile shown has an essentially U-shaped profile with a web 1 and two flanges 2a and 2b, the ends 3a and 3b of which are bent inwards.
The flanges 2a and 2b each have a series of punched-out portions 4a and 4b arranged one above the other, which form outwardly projecting hooks 5a and 5b. The web 1 is in the vicinity of the flanges 2a and 2b each provided with a longitudinally extending bead 6a or 6b, which reinforce the profile.
In the punched-out areas 4a and 4b there is a band-shaped and symmetrical cross bar 7 which has an L-shaped, outwardly projecting groove 8a and 8b at each end.
These grooves are used to hold trellis wires. A wedge-shaped recess 9a or 9b is provided adjacent to each groove. The hooks 5a and Sb, which are slightly springy, engage in the recesses 9a and 9b.
The central part of the crosspiece 7 is provided with a part 10 projecting obliquely outward from the band plane, which is punched out and holds the crosspiece 7 slightly resiliently in the punched-out portions 4a and 4b.
