Description
The invention has for its object to provide a method for forming a yarn package by means of a linear back and forth movement of a thread guide over the entire length of a continuously rotating package, with which a stable package of yarn at high winding speeds, regardless of the position of the individual layers can be produced with respect to the generatrix of the supporting package.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the characterizing part of claim 1.
It is advantageous if the amplitude of the second linear reciprocating movement is 3 to 30 mm and the frequency of the second linear reciprocating movement is 60 sec-1.
An apparatus for carrying out the method is characterized in accordance with the invention in that a thread guide is movably attached to the shaking device in order to carry out the second linear reciprocating movement.
A yarn package produced by this method is characterized according to the invention in that each base layer is made up of micro-layers arranged in a scale-like manner.
The advantage of the invention is essentially to be seen in the fact that in the end positions of the slide the thread guide continues the second linear back and forth movement, and thus the thread on the surface of the package over a length that is equal to the amplitude of the linear back and forth Float is distributed. In the case of the base layer constructed in this way, which is composed of scale-like arranged micro layers, the length of the non-fastened turns is equal to the lengths of the turns of the last part of the micro layer.
Because of the increase in speed of the transverse movement of the thread, which is composed of the sum of two linear reciprocating movements, a considerable increase in the winding speed can be achieved. The winding speed is a vector sum, which is formed from the speed of the transverse movement of the thread guide and the winding speed of the package.
Es zeigen: The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:

1 shows the essential parts of a device for carrying out the method.
The device has a spindle 3, which is mounted in slide bearings 1 and is drive-connected to an eccentric 2. The spindle 3 has a threaded part 4 on which a slide 5 is placed, which performs a linear, reciprocal basic movement from A to B. A device (not shown) is rigidly attached to the slide 5. On this device, a thread guide 6 is held, which is given a linear reciprocal fine movement by the device. The thread 7 is pulled through the thread guide 6 and a compensating thread guide 8.
The reciprocal fine movement has an amplitude CD and is superimposed on the reciprocal basic movement with the amplitude AB.
As shown in Fig. 2, the thread guide 6, with a basic movement of the slide 5 from point A to point B and back, performs several fine movements with amplitudes CD ^ D1C1 and. C'D ', D'jC'x from. If the direction of the linear reciprocal fine movement with the amplitude CD with the direction of the linear basic movement with the amplitude AB or. BAt covers, then the thread 7 with the amplitude CDX> CD resp. D ^ C ^> CD adjusted. If both movements do not coincide in the direction, then the thread with an amplitude DjCj <CD resp. C'D'j <CD offset.
The frequency of the linear fine movement must always be greater than that of the linear basic movement, so that a scale-like arrangement of the individual layers that a full cycle CDjQ or. Correspond to C'D'jCi.
The frequency of this fine movement has to be in the range up to 60 sec-1.
The linear fine movement has an amplitude in the range from 3 to 30 mm, this amplitude always being less than 5 than that of the linear basic movement.
As shown in FIG. 3, a yarn package 9 is made up of base layers 10, which are formed as a result of a full cycle of the basic linear movement of the slide 5. The base layers 10 are periodically displaced towards the tip io of the package by tightening the spindle 3 to a certain degree, the shape of the package itself being determined in this way.
When the slide 5 moves forward, the part 11 of the base layer 10 is formed which is denoted by AA ', BB'. 15 During the backward movement of the slide 5, the part 12 of the base layer 10 is formed, which is designated B, B ", AjA'j.
As FIGS. 4 and 5 show, each base layer 10 is made up of microlayers 13 and 16. These microlayers 20 are each shown in relation to the direction of movement of the slide 5 in FIGS. 6 to 9.
As can be seen from these, the microlayer 13 of the part 11 of the base layer 10 includes the part 14, which is shown individually in FIGS. 6 and 7 and labeled CDj be-25 in FIGS. 4 and 5, if the directions of the basic and fine movement overlap, and the part 15, which is shown individually in FIGS. 6 and 7 and labeled DjCj in FIGS. 4 and 5, if the basic and fine movement do not overlap.
30 As can also be seen, the microlayer 16 of the part 12 of the base layer 10 includes the part 17, which is shown individually in FIGS. 8 and 9 and is denoted by D'jC ^ in FIGS. 4 and 5, if cover the directions of the basic and fine movement, and the part 18, which is shown individually in FIGS. 8 and 35 9 and designated C'Dj 'in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the basic and fine movement do not cover.
