Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Zusatzgerät für eine elektrische Handwerkzeugmaschine mit hin- und hergehendem Werkzeugantrieb, zum Verfugen von verlegten Platten. Bei Bodenplatten wird das Verfugungsmaterial mittels Kannen vergossen, wozu es ausserdem relativ dünnflüssig zu sein hat, was ein langsames Erhärten und unterschiedliche Setzungen mit sich bringt, so dass trotz mühsamer, langwieriger Arbeit nur ein unsauberes und damit unschönes Verfugen möglich ist. Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass ein an der Handwerkzeugmaschine befestigbarer, trichterförmiger Behälter zur Aufnahme des fliessfähigen Verfugungsmaterials mit einer Ausflussöffnung vorgesehen ist, in die von oben her ein im Werkzeughalter der Handwerkzeugmaschine einspannbarer Stössel ragt. Zum Verfugen braucht so lediglich der Behälter mit seiner Ausflussöffnung, die für Bodenplatten direkt nach unten und für Wandverkleidungsplatten schräg nach vorne mündet, in die Fugen zwischen den einzelnen Platten eingesetzt und bei laufender Maschine diesen entlang gezogen zu werden. Das im Behälter eingefüllte Verfugungsmaterial wird dabei durch den hin- und hergehenden Stössel in die Fuge eingebracht, entsprechend verteilt und verdichtet. Bei einfacher Handhabung kommt es weder zu einem Auspatzen noch zu ungleichmässigen Setzungen. Der hin- und hergehende Stössel erlaubt weiters die Verwendung einer dickflüssigeren Mischung des Verfugungsmaterials, das schneller aushärtet. Auch die Reinigung des Zusatzgerätes ist mühelos durchzuführen, da der Behälter dazu nur in Wasser getaucht werden muss und der im Wasser laufende Stössel dann die Reinigung selbst vornimmt. Da das erfindungsgemässe Gerät praktisch nur aus dem Behälter und dem Stössel besteht, und es an jede entsprechende Handwerkzeugmaschine angebaut werden kann, ist es nicht nur billig, sondern auch von jedem Laien schwierigkeitslos zu verwenden.
