REVENDICATIONS
1. Pantalon comprenant un sous-vêtement constitué d'une piéce de tissu fixée de maniére amovible à l'intérieur dans l'entrejambe.
2. Pantalon selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le sousvêtement est fixé par quatre points de fixation (2) correspondant à quatre points (3) du pantalon, deux de ces quatre points (3) étant situés au haut de chaque canon, sur leur couture interne (4), les deux autres étant fixés sur la couture (5) de l'entrejambe, de part et d'autre du plan déterminé par les coutures (4) portant les deux premiers.
3. Pantalon selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la fixation du sous-vêtement est assurée par l'adhérence de plaques de tissu entre elles, les unes étant fixées au sous-vêtement et les autres, leur faisant face, au pantalon.
4. Pantalon selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3.
La présente invention a pour objet un pantalon, notamment destiné aux femmes.
Les pantalons ou shorts pour femmes sont souvent moulants.
En pareil cas, il est inévitable que la culotte portée sous le pantalon apparaisse soit par transparence, soit, ce qui est le cas le plus fréquent, en relief. On remarque en particulier les bourrelets formés par les coutures de la culotte. Cela conduit assez fréquemment les femmes à se passer purement et simplement de culotte et à porter leur pantalon sans aucun dessous. Si une telle mesure remédie aux inconvénients esthétiques liés au port de la culotte, elle présente des désavantages évidents sous le rapport de l'hygiène.
La présente invention vise à concilier l'avantage hygiénique obtenu par le port de la culotte et l'avantage esthétique apporté par sa suppression.
Elle consiste en un pantalon comprenant un sous-vêtement constitué d'une pièce de tissu fixée de manière amovible à l'intérieur dans l'entrejambe. Le tissu peut consister en une étoffe quelconque, en papier, ou en tout autre matériau suffisamment souple et solide. Les matériaux habituellement utilisés pour la confection de lingerie conviennent parfaitement.
Le dessin montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du pantalon selon l'invention. Il représente une vue plongeante de l'intérieur d'un pantalon. La pièce de tissu 1 peut être fixée à l'intérieur du pantalon au moyen de boutons-pressions. Un moyen plus élégant consiste à utiliser des plaquettes de tissu adhésif. Quatre plaquettes de tissu adhésif 2 sont fixées à la périphérie de la pièce de tissu 1. Quatre plaquettes correspondantes 3 sont fixées à l'intérieur du pantalon. Deux d'entre elles sont fixées à l'intérieur et au haut de chaque canon du pantalon, une autre au milieu, au bas de la braguette, et la dernière symétriquement à l'arrière. Dans l'exécution dessinée ici, les plaquettes 3 sont fixées sur les coutures internes 4 des canons et la couture médiane du pantalon 5. De tels emplacements sont favorables, les plaquettes étant dissimulées par l'épaisseur des coutures.
Les plaquettes 2 et 3 sont constituées de manière à adhérer entre elles. Il existe un système particulièrement bien approprié à une telle utilisation. Il s'agit d'un dispositif formé de deux plaques de tissu synthétique. L'une de ces plaques est couverte de poils dressés, également en matière synthétique, dont le bout est recourbé de façon à former un crochet. L'autre plaque est couverte d'une multitude de boucles, également en fils synthétiques extrêmement fins. La pression de l'une de ces plaques sur l'autre provoque l'accrochage des crochets dans les boucles. L'utilisation de ce système dans le pantalon décrit ci-dessus offre l'avantage sur les boutons-pressions d'être moins épais et d'être souple.
Le pantalon décrit ci-dessus offre tout d'abord un progrès esthétique: la pièce de tissu 1 étant dans l'entrejambe, elle demeure quasi invisible. Ensuite, ce pantalon apporte un progrès hygiénique: la pièce de tissu étant amovible, elle peut être changée aussi souvent que nécessaire et, ainsi, sans présenter les inconvénients d'un sous-vêtement habituel, elle en présente les avantages.

CLAIMS

Women's pants or shorts are often tight.
In such a case, it is inevitable that the panties worn under the pants appear either by transparency or, which is the most frequent case, in relief. Note in particular the beads formed by the seams of the panties. This quite often leads women to dispense with panties altogether and wear their pants without any undies. While such a measure remedies the aesthetic drawbacks associated with wearing panties, it has obvious disadvantages in terms of hygiene.

The drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the pants according to the invention. It represents a bird's eye view of the inside of a pair of pants. The piece of fabric 1 can be fixed inside the pants by means of press studs. A more elegant way is to use adhesive cloth pads. Four pads of adhesive fabric 2 are attached to the periphery of the piece of fabric 1. Four corresponding pads 3 are attached to the inside of the pants. Two of them are attached to the inside and top of each barrel of the pants, another in the middle, at the bottom of the fly, and the last symmetrically at the back. In the execution drawn here, the plates 3 are fixed to the internal seams 4 of the barrels and the middle seam of the pants 5. Such locations are favorable, the plates being concealed by the thickness of the seams.
The plates 2 and 3 are formed so as to adhere to each other. There is a system particularly well suited for such use. It is a device formed from two plates of synthetic fabric. One of these plates is covered with erect hairs, also of synthetic material, the tip of which is curved so as to form a hook. The other plate is covered with a multitude of loops, also of extremely fine synthetic threads. The pressure of one of these plates on the other causes the hooks to catch in the loops. The use of this system in the pants described above offers the advantage over the press studs of being less thick and of being flexible.
The pants described above offer first of all an aesthetic progress: the piece of fabric 1 being in the crotch, it remains almost invisible. Then, these pants bring a hygienic progress: the piece of fabric being removable, it can be changed as often as necessary and, thus, without presenting the disadvantages of a usual underwear, it has the advantages.
