Abstract

The method for forced blowing of fluids making possible physical and chemical exchanges within the mass even of a material in movement contained in a cylinder turning about its axis consists in injecting fluids at a variable rate through the wall of the cylinder. The rotary cylinder, for example a furnace (3), comprises injectors (6), the rate of which is controlled by remote-controlled valves (8) which are fixed to the furnace so as to pass through the wall thereof. A fan (1) fixed to the outside of the furnace feeds the injectors by the interposition of a pipe which is placed in the axis of the furnace and the impermeability of which is provided for by a rotating joint (9). <IMAGE>
