REVENDICATIONS
1. Percolateur composé d'un réservoir d'eau chaude associé à une pompe pour sa mise sous pression, d'un circuit d'eau sous pression pour la commande des diverses phases de la préparation du café, comportant un piston d'appui du filtre ainsi qu'un piston de compression et d'expulsion du marc, disposés sur un même axe sensiblement horizontal, en regard l'un de l'autre dans un cylindre commun, et commandés indépendamment l'un de l'autre par des pistons hydrauliques respectifs, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre (22), dans la zone de compression du marc, est muni d'une chemise (35) dont le bord intérieur (36) est en biseau et qui est positionné sur le cylindre de façon à ménager une fente circuit laire (37) entre le biseau et un épaulement (34) du cylindre (22),
ladite fente étant en relation avec une rainure circulaire (38') reliée à l'adduction de l'eau bouillante (11) pour permettre sa répartition dans le café moulu.
2. Percolateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la chemise (35) est munie d'une embase (39) qui la positionne en prenant appui sur l'extrémité avant du cylindre (22).
La présente invention a pour objet un percolateur composé d'un réservoir d'eau chaude associé à une pompe pour sa mise sous pression et d'un circuit d'eau sous pression pour la commande des diverses phases de la préparation du café.
Dans les percolateurs connus, les diverses opérations d'un cycle de préparation du café ont lieu dans le sens vertical à l'aide d'un plateau tournant positionneur. Le mécanisme de tels appareils est délicat et d'un entretien malaisé, c'est pourquoi il a déjà été proposé un percolateur comportant un piston d'appui du filtre ainsi qu'un piston de compression et d'expulsion du marc disposés sur un même axe sensiblement horizontal, en regard l'un de l'autre dans un cylindre commun, et commandés indépendamment l'un de l'autre par des pistons hydrauliques respectifs.
La présente invention vise à améliorer le fonctionnement du percolateur du type décrit ci-dessus.
A cet effet, le percolateur selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre, dans la zone de compression du marc, est muni d'une chemise dont le bord intérieur est en biseau et qui est positionné sur le cylindre de façon à ménager une fente circulaire entre le biseau et un épaulement du cylindre, ladite fente étant en relation avec une rainure circulaire reliée à l'adduction de l'eau bouillante pour permettre sa répartition dans le café moulu.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une exécution selon ia présente invention.

Entre le piston 3 de compression du marc et le piston 2 d'appui du filtre, le cylindre 22 est muni d'un épaulement 34 et d'une chemise 35 dont le bord intérieur 36 est en biseau. La chemise est munie d'une embase 39 qui la positionne axialement en prenant appui sur l'extrémité avant du cylindre 22, de façon à ménager une fente circulaire 37 entre le biseau de la chemise et l'épaulement 34 du cylindre. L'extrémité de la chemise est munie d'un épaulement 38 qui ménage une rainure circulaire 38' en relation avec la fente circulaire 37. Au droit de cette rainure circulaire 38' est disposé le raccordement 11 pour l'arrivée de l'eau bouillante.
Du fait que l'eau est injectée au travers d'une étroite fente, elle se trouve répartie régulièrement sur toute la périphérie à travers le café moulu.

CLAIMS
1. The present invention relates to a percolator composed of a hot water tank associated with a pump for its pressurization and a pressurized water circuit for controlling the various phases of the preparation of coffee.
