Als Ausgangsstoffe zur Herstellung der faserreaktiven Disazoverbindungen der Formel (1) seien genannt: Trihalogen-s-triazine Cyanurchlorid, -bromid, -fluorid; Diazokomponenten 4-(3'-Aminobenzoylamino)- I-aminobenzol-2,5 1 -aminobenzol-2,5 -disulfonsäure, 4-(4'-Aminobenzoylamino)-1 -aminobenzol-2,5-disulfonsäure, 4-(3'-Nitrobenzoylamino)-1 -aminobenzol-2,5-disulfonsäure, 4-(4'-Nitrobenzoylamino) 1-aminobenzol-2,S-disulfonsäure;

Beispiel I

The bridge link -NH-D-NH- is derived from an aliphatic or aromatic diamine. For example, D can be a long (for example with 10 or more carbon atoms) or shorter, straight-chain or branched alkylene radical; insbesonde re is an alkylene radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, z. A preferred embodiment of the fiber-reactive disazo dyes of the formula (1) are thus the fiber-reactive disazo dyes of the formula
EMI1.2
wherein Y is a sulfoarylpyrazolone radical and the bridge member -NH-D-NH- is the radical of a phenylenediamine.
Due to the presence of two split-off halogen atoms in the two s-triazine radicals of the disazo dyes of the formula (1), these are fiber-reactive.
Fiber-reactive compounds are to be understood as meaning those which are able to react with the hydroxyl groups of cellulose or with the amino groups of natural or synthetic polyamides to form covalent chemical bonds.
The fiber-reactive disazo dyes of the formula (1) are prepared in such a way that a trihalo-s triazine, a 4- (3'- or 4-aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminoben- 4'-aminobenzoylamino) -1 -aminoben- zol-2,5-disulfonic acid (or a 4- (3'- or 4'-nitrobenzoyl amino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid, in which the nitro group is subsequently reduced to the amino group), an aliphatic or aromatic diamine and an enolizable coupling component is combined by condensation and coupling to form fiber-reactive disazo dyes of the formula (1).
Since the individual process steps can be carried out in a different order, possibly also partially simultaneously, different process variants are possible. The starting materials to be used for each partial reaction result from formula (1).
Important processes for the preparation of the fiber-reactive disazo dyes of the formula (1) are as follows: a) An aliphatic or aromatic diamine is condensed with a trihalo-s-triazine to give an aliphatic or aromatic bis (dihalo-s-triazinylamino) compound. Furthermore, a 4- (3'- or 4'-nitrobenzoyl amino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid is diazotized, this is coupled to an enolizable coupling component, the nitro group in the monoazo compound obtained is reduced to the amino group and the amino-monoazo is condensed compound with the abovementioned aliphatic or aromatic bis (dihalogen-s-triazinylamino) compound in a molar ratio of 2: 1.
Instead of condensing the amino-monoazo compound with an aliphatic or aromatic bis (dihalo-s-triazinylamino) compound, as described above, the amino-monoazo compound can also first be condensed with a trihalo-s-triazine and then condense the resulting dihalo-s-triazinylamino-monoazo compound with an aliphatic or aromatic diamine in a molar ratio of 2: 1.
b) An aliphatic or aromatic diamine is condensed with a trihalo-s-triazine to give an aliphatic or aromatic bis (dihalo-s-triazinylamino) compound and this is condensed with 2 mol of a 4- (3'- or 4 'aminobenzoylamino) -1 -aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid to an aliphatic or aromatic bis (4 "-amino-2", 5 "disulfophenyl-amino-carbonyl-m- or -p-phenylamino-halo gene-s-triazinylamino) - Compound: This is tetrazotized and coupled to 2 moles of an enolizable coupling component.
c) A trihalo-s-triazine is condensed with a 4- (3'- or 4'-aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid to give a 4- (3'- or 4'-dihalo-s-triazinylamino benzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid, this condenses further with an aliphatic or aromatic diamine in a molar ratio of 2: 1, tetrazotizes the condensation product and couples it to 2 moles of an enolizable coupling component.
d) A trihalo-s-triazine is condensed with a 4- (3'- or 4'-aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid, and the resulting 4- (3'- or 4'-dihalogen is diazotized -striazinylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid and couples it to an enolizable coupling component.
In the final stage, the monoazo compound obtained is condensed with an aliphatic or aromatic diamine in a molar ratio of 2: 1.
e) A 4- (3'- or 4'-nitrobenzoylamino) -1aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid is diazotized and coupled to an enolizable coupling component, the nitro group in the azo compound obtained is reduced to the amino group, the aminoazo compound obtained is condensed with a trihalogen -s-triazine, the primary condensation product obtained condenses further with an aliphatic or aromatic diamine and the resulting secondary condensation product condenses with a trihalo-s-triazine. The bireactive monoazo compound then present is condensed in the last stage with an amino-azo compound which has been prepared as described above.
Procedure d) is the preferred procedure for preparing the fiber-reactive disazo dyes of the formula (1).
The 4- (3'- or 4'-nitrobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid used as the starting compound in procedure a) is known. It is produced by condensing m- or p-nitrobenzoyl chloride with p-phenylenediamine2,5-disulfonic acid. The 4- (3- or 4'-aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid used as starting compound in procedures b), c) and d) is also known. It is produced by reducing the nitro group to the amino group in the corresponding 4- (3'- or 4'-nitrobenzoylamino) -1 -amino-benzene-2,5-disulfonic acid (see above).
The starting materials used are preferably cyanuric chloride, 4- (4'-aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulphonic acid, a sulfoarylpyrazolone and a phenylenediamine.
The diazotization of 4- (3'- or 4'-amino (or. Nitro) benzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid is carried out according to methods known per se, e.g. B. with the help of hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrite. The coupling with the enolizable coupling component is also carried out by methods known per se in an aqueous, acidic or alkaline medium.
The condensation with trihalo-s-triazines, 4- (3'- or 4 'aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid and aliphatic or aromatic diamines is expediently carried out using acid-binding agents such as sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide, and below conditions such that in the finished fiber-reactive disazo dye of the formula (1) one halogen atom still remains on the s-triazine ring, d. H. in organic solvents or at relatively low temperatures in aqueous media.

The new fiber-reactive tetrazo dyes of the formula (1) can be isolated and processed into usable, dry dyeing preparations. Isolation is preferably carried out at the lowest possible temperatures by salting out and filtering. The filtered dyes can optionally after the addition of coupage agents and / or buffering agents, e.g. B.
after adding a mixture of equal parts of mono- and disodium phosphate, dried; drying is preferably carried out at temperatures that are not too high and under reduced pressure. In certain cases, the dry preparations according to the invention can be used directly by spray drying the entire preparation mixture, i.e. H. without intermediate isolation of the dyes.
The dyes are suitable for dyeing and printing a wide variety of materials, such as silk, leather, wool, superpolyamide fibers and super-polyurethanes, but especially cellulosic materials with a fibrous structure such as linen, cellulose, regenerated cellulose and, above all, cotton. They are particularly suitable for dyeing by the exhaust process from a long liquor, from an alkaline, optionally highly saline aqueous bath and by the padder dyeing process, after which the goods are impregnated with aqueous and optionally also salt-containing dye solutions, and the dyes after an alkali treatment or in the presence of alkali , if necessary under the action of heat.
The dyes are also suitable for printing, especially on cotton, as well as for printing nitrogen-containing fibers, e.g. B. of wool, silk or wool containing mixed fabrics. They are characterized primarily by increased reactivity and good drawability and thus a high degree of fixation. They also show that the non-fixed parts can be easily washed out. The dyeings and prints obtained are very strongly colored and have good light fastness and very good wet fastness properties, such as. B. a good wash fastness.
In order to improve the wet fastness properties, it is advisable to subject the dyeings and prints to thorough rinsing with cold and hot water, optionally with the addition of an agent that has a dispersing effect and promotes the diffusion of the unfixed components.
In the following examples, unless otherwise stated, parts are parts by weight, percentages are percentages by weight, and temperatures are given in degrees Celsius. The relationship between parts by weight and parts by volume is the same as that between grams and cubic centimeters.

38.7 parts of 4- (4'-aminobenzoylamino) -1-aminobenzene-2,5-disulfonic acid are dissolved in 200 parts of neutral water and added to a cold aqueous suspension of 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride. The mixture is stirred at 0 to 5 ° C. and gradually neutralized with a dilute sodium hydroxide solution. After the condensation has ended, diazotization is carried out with hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrite. The diazo compound obtained is combined with a neutral solution of 25.4 parts of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone-4! -Sulfonic acid and the pn value is kept between 6 and 7 with sodium carbonate during the coupling.
