La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour l'application de produits capillaires comportant un récipient muni d'une canule, pouvant être tenu d'une seule main.
On sait qu'en général les produits capillaires doivent être appliqués sur le cuir chevelu et non pas sur les cheveux, ce qui est fort difficile à obtenir. Il existe des flacons munis d'une canule, mais leur débit est capricieux, souvent excessif, et ne permet pas une application bien dosée.
Le dispositif selon la présente invention apporte une solution à ce problème, et se caractérise par le fait que le conduit de la canule se rétrécit depuis le récipient jusqu'à une partie de sa longueur, cependant que sur le reste de sa longueur, qui constitue l'extrémité de la canule, ce conduit est sensiblement cylindrique, sa paroi étant pourvue d'une ouverture longitudinale située sur la partie cylindrique, laquelle contient une mèche qui apparaît par ladite ouverture, de façon à permettre une distribution régulière du produit sur le cuir chevelu.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme préférée d'exécution de la présente invention.
La fig. I est une vue en coupe du dispositif complet. La fig. 3 est une vue face à l'ouverture de la canule. La fig. 2 est une coupe de la canule sans la mèche. Si l'on examine plus en détail ce dessin, on voit sur la fig. île récipient 1, avec son goulot 10, dans lequel est enfoncé l'embout conique 9 de la canule 2. Une collerette 11 solidaire de la base de la canule vient coiffer l'extérieur du goulot 10 et prendre appui, par son bord inférieur biseauté 13, sur le récipient, de façon à donner une bonne assise à la canule et une bonne rigidité à l'ensemble du dispositif.
La fig. 2 montre la canule seule. On voit, outre les parties déjà citées, le conduit conique 3 qui continue par le conduit cylindrique 4 dont la paroi est pourvue d'une ouverture 5 située sur cette partie cylindrique. Dans cette dernière est introduite une mèche 6 de diamètre approximativement égal au diamètre intérieur de ladite partie cylindrique, mèche qui est collée dans la canule. Cette mèche est constituée par un cordonnet tressé d'une fibre textile appropriée, par exemple du Nylon.
L'ouverture 5 est plus courte que la mèche, sa section concerne près de la moitié de la section de la canule, et ses deux extrémités 12 sont inclinées. La fig. 3 montre la forme de cette ouverture vue de face.
La forme extérieure générale de la canule est un cône tronqué dont l'extrémité 8 est arrondie. Elle est en matière plastique formée d'une seule pièce. De nombreuses résines synthétiques peuvent être utilisées pour sa réalisation.
Il est très avantageux d'avoir un récipient 1 en matière plastique souple de façon à pouvoir le déformer par pression pour expulser son contenu au travers de la canule.
Différentes variantes sont également prévues. Ainsi, après remplissage du récipient 1, la canule peut être sertie ou soudée par sa base sur le récipient, ce qui augmente la rigidité de l'ensemble.
La canule peut également être plus ou moins recourbée pour en faciliter l'emploi. Elle peut encore être munie vers sa base d'une excroissance sous forme d'un ou plusieurs ergots ou nervures de façon à permettre le repérage tactile de la position angulaire de l'ouverture.
L'utilisation du dispositif selon la présente invention découle, sans longues explications, de la description qui précède.
Ce dispositif permet l'application rapide et facile de tous produits capillaires liquides ou semi-liquides sur le cuir chevelu, cela sans mouiller les cheveux ni les décoiffer. Un simple mouvement de va-et-vient de la canule sur le cuir chevelu provoque à la fois un massage et une application judicieuse et sans excès du produit capillaire. Il suffit de veiller à ce que la canule soit tenue et orientée de façon que la mèche se trouve orientée en dessous, et sur le cuir chevelu.

Fig. I is a sectional view of the complete device. Fig. 3 is a view facing the opening of the cannula. Fig. 2 is a section of the cannula without the drill bit. If we examine this drawing in more detail, we see in fig. container island 1, with its neck 10, into which the conical tip 9 of the cannula 2 is inserted. A collar 11 integral with the base of the cannula covers the outside of the neck 10 and rests, by its bevelled lower edge 13, on the container, so as to give a good seat to the cannula and good rigidity to the entire device.
Fig. 2 shows the cannula alone. We see, in addition to the parts already mentioned, the conical duct 3 which continues with the cylindrical duct 4, the wall of which is provided with an opening 5 located on this cylindrical part. Into the latter is introduced a wick 6 of diameter approximately equal to the internal diameter of said cylindrical part, wick which is stuck in the cannula. This wick is formed by a cord braided with a suitable textile fiber, for example nylon.
The opening 5 is shorter than the drill bit, its section concerns almost half of the section of the cannula, and its two ends 12 are inclined. Fig. 3 shows the shape of this opening seen from the front.
The general outer shape of the cannula is a truncated cone whose end 8 is rounded. It is made of plastic material formed in one piece. Many synthetic resins can be used for its production.
It is very advantageous to have a container 1 made of flexible plastic material so as to be able to deform it by pressure in order to expel its contents through the cannula.
Different variants are also planned. Thus, after filling the container 1, the cannula can be crimped or welded by its base on the container, which increases the rigidity of the assembly.
The cannula can also be more or less curved for ease of use. It can also be provided towards its base with a protuberance in the form of one or more lugs or ribs so as to allow tactile identification of the angular position of the opening.
The use of the device according to the present invention follows, without lengthy explanation, from the above description.
This device allows the quick and easy application of all liquid or semi-liquid hair products on the scalp, without wetting the hair or messing it up. A simple back and forth movement of the cannula on the scalp causes both a massage and a judicious application without excess of the hair product. It is sufficient to ensure that the cannula is held and oriented so that the bit is oriented below, and on the scalp.
