Abstract

The distributor with a security cap of plastic, e.g. for a container (1) from which a liquid is dispensed by a pumping action, incorporates a safety ring in three cylindrical and telescopic sections (2a, 3a, 3b), the upper two (2a, 3a) of which are joined by a fracturing line (5) which will indicate whether or not the distributor has been used. The fracturing line can be made by a series of bridge elements between the two cylindrical components which shear under pressure.

  L'invention concerne un distributeur de fluide ou de produit pâteux, à embout inviolable en matière plastique, pour récipient. 



  Les distributeurs connus de ce type, dont l'embout est enfermé sous un poussoir à oreilles télescopiques, ne permettent pas toujours de bien guider poussoir et embout lors de leur utilisation. 



  L'invention vise à fournir un distributeur semblable qui soit exempt de cet inconvénient. Elle a pour objet un distributeur à embout inviolable en matière plastique, pour récipient, caractérisé en ce que l'embout, solidaire d'un poussoir à oreilles latérales, présente une bague de sécurité télescopique comprenant de bas en haut c'est-à-dire en s'éloignant de l'embase du récipient trois viroles cylindriques successives de sections décroissantes, dont la troisième forme, sur le corps dudit embout, une jupe raccordée à la deuxième sur l'embase par une ligne de rupture disposée le long d'un épaulement, tandis que leurs sections respectivement externe et interne et leurs hauteurs se correspondent. 



  Les dessins annexés représentent, à titre d'exemples, une forme d'exécution de l'invention et trois de ses variantes. 
 
   La fig. 1 représente une coupe en élévation d'un flacon équipé d'un embout. 
   La fig. 2 représente une vue en élévation selon II-II de la fig. 1. 
   La fig. 3 représente une vue de dessous de cet embout. 
   La fig. 4 représente une vue de dessus. 
   La fig. 5 représente un détail de la zone frangible, avant mise en service. 
   La fig. 6 représente le détail d'une variante, après mise en service.

   La fig. 8 représente une troisième variante, avant mise en service. 
 



  Les fig.1 à 8 représentant la première forme d'exécution de l'invention et ses variantes, montrent que les embouts sont montés sur un flacon 1 équipé d'une pompe ou valve "aérosol" usuelle possédant un gicleur 1a. Ils comprennent un corps 2 associé à une embase 3 pour former une bague d'inviolabilité. 



  Le corps 2, muni de deux oreilles de pression 4, porte une jupe cylindrique 2a rendue solidaire de l'embase 3 par une ligne de rupture formée en l'occurence d'un ensemble de ponts 5, et disposée le long d'un épaulement 5a. 



  Comme le montre mieux la fig. 5, l'embase 3 comprend elle-même une virole cylindrique 3a, dont la section interne correspond à celle externe de la jupe 2a et qui se raccorde à une virole 3b par un épaulement  5b. Lorsque l'embout est en place sur le récipient, l'épaulement 5b vient en appui sur la collerette de fixation de la pompe ou valve tandis que la virole 3b est retenue sur le flacon par un jonc 3c de préférence discontinu. L'avantage de cette structure d'aspect télescopique est qu'il n'existe pas de contre-dépouille interne, à l'exception de celle peu marquée que forme le jonc. 



  Le corps 2 est traversé axialement par un canal 6 alimentant sa buse de pulvérisation; à sa partie inférieure ce canal débouche sur un logement 6a qui, au montage, vient en regard du gicleur 1a, mais non à son contact. 



  Lors de la première utilisation, on doit tout d'abord rompre les ponts 5 en agissant par pression ou par torsion sur les oreilles 4, ce qui permet, si l'on continue à appuyer, d'emboîter le logement 6a, avec serrage étanche, sur le gicleur 1a; celui-ci vient alors en course vers le bas, ne provoquant pas encore la pulvérisation mais un début d'amorçage. 



  Par le jeu de leurs diamètres respectifs, la jupe 2a coulisse alors dans la virole 3a de l'embase 3; ceci guide désormais la descente de la jupe donc de l'ensemble de l'embout. 



  Le jeu ménagé initialement, dans le sens vertical, entre le logement et le gicleur évite tout risque intempestif de perte d'étanchéité du récipient, aussi bien lors du montage qu'avant la mise en service; le cas échéant, il permet, comme dans la variante de la fig. 6, à un organe en relief 7 de franchir l'épaulement 5a lors de la mise en service, sans que l'embout vienne encore à fond sur le gicleur. On peut ainsi déceler plus facilement cette mise en service et, par le jeu du flanc 7a de l'organe 7, mieux retenir l'embout, au repos, sur le récipient. 



  Un arrêt du corps 2 sur l'embase 3, n'affectant qu'une partie de leur périphérie, pourra limiter la course initiale de l'embout pour éviter des manipulations intempestives, en particulier par des enfants: une rotation sera ensuite nécessaire pour le mettre en position d'emploi, permettant alors à la jupe 2a d'échapper pour le laisser continuer sa descente en enfonçant le gicleur; on peut recourir à la venue du flanc 7b de l'organe 7, non circulaire, sur le flanc 8b d'un organe correspondant 8, de contour complémentaire, appartenant à l'embase 3 et donner notamment à ces deux organes une forme crénelée, comme le montre la fig. 7. La disposition initiale des organes en rapport peut ou non correspondre directement à la position d'emploi. 



  L'inconvénient est de créer une contre-dépouille intérieure;  il peut être évité si l'on inverse le dessin selon la fig. 8, plaçant l'organe 8 non circulaire sur la jupe 2a, à l'extérieur, et faisant suivre un même contour à la ligne de rupture, placée intérieurement sur l'épaulement 5a pour confier à ce dernier le rôle de butée complémentaire quand les positions sont décalées. 



   Ceci revient, si l'on péfère, à donner à la jupe 2a un contour externe par exemple cannelé, elliptique ou triangulé en y ménageant un dégagement circulaire 9 où l'épaulement 5a viendra se loger après la rupture des ponts, pour ne pouvoir s'engager sur l'organe 8 que dans une position repérable précise, la virole 3a restant au moins intérieurement circulaire. Un éventuel organe 7 viendra en légère saillie sur tout ou parties du contour. 



  De façon connue, à l'état neuf puis entre deux usages, un capuchon amovible 10 protégera avantageusement la canule de l'embout. 



  
 



  The invention relates to a dispenser for a fluid or pasty product, with a tamper-evident plastic tip, for a container.



  Known distributors of this type, the endpiece of which is enclosed under a pusher with telescopic ears, do not always allow the pusher and endpiece to be properly guided during their use.



  The invention aims to provide a similar dispenser which is free from this drawback. It relates to a dispenser with tamper-evident plastic tip, for container, characterized in that the tip, secured to a pusher with lateral ears, has a telescopic safety ring comprising from bottom to top, that is to say say, moving away from the base of the container, three successive cylindrical ferrules of decreasing sections, the third of which forms, on the body of said endpiece, a skirt connected to the second on the base by a breaking line disposed along a shoulder, while their respectively external and internal sections and their heights correspond.



  The accompanying drawings show, by way of example, an embodiment of the invention and three of its variants.

  Fig.1 to 8 showing the first embodiment of the invention and its variants, show that the tips are mounted on a bottle 1 equipped with a conventional pump or valve "aerosol" having a nozzle 1a. They include a body 2 associated with a base 3 to form a tamper-evident ring.



  The body 2, provided with two pressure lugs 4, carries a cylindrical skirt 2a made integral with the base 3 by a rupture line formed in this case by a set of bridges 5, and disposed along a shoulder 5a.



  As best shown in fig. 5, the base 3 itself comprises a cylindrical ferrule 3a, the internal section of which corresponds to that of the external skirt 2a and which is connected to a ferrule 3b by a shoulder 5b. When the nozzle is in place on the container, the shoulder 5b comes to bear on the fixing flange of the pump or valve while the ferrule 3b is retained on the bottle by a rod 3c, preferably discontinuous. The advantage of this telescopic-looking structure is that there is no internal undercut, with the exception of the slightly marked one formed by the rod.



  The body 2 is crossed axially by a channel 6 supplying its spray nozzle; at its lower part, this channel opens onto a housing 6a which, during assembly, comes opposite the nozzle 1a, but not in contact with it.



  During the first use, we must first break the bridges 5 by acting by pressure or by twisting on the ears 4, which allows, if we continue to press, to fit the housing 6a, with tight clamping , on the nozzle 1a; the latter then comes in a downward stroke, not yet causing the spraying but a start of priming.



  By the play of their respective diameters, the skirt 2a then slides in the shell 3a of the base 3; this now guides the descent of the skirt and therefore of the entire end piece.



  The clearance provided initially, in the vertical direction, between the housing and the nozzle avoids any untimely risk of loss of sealing of the container, both during assembly and before putting into service; if necessary, it allows, as in the variant of FIG. 6, to a raised member 7 to cross the shoulder 5a during commissioning, without the tip still coming fully on the nozzle. We can thus more easily detect this commissioning and, by the play of the side 7a of the member 7, better retain the tip, at rest, on the container.



  A stop of the body 2 on the base 3, affecting only part of their periphery, may limit the initial stroke of the end piece to avoid untimely handling, in particular by children: a rotation will then be necessary for the put in position of employment, then allowing the skirt 2a to escape to let it continue its descent by pushing in the nozzle; it is possible to resort to the arrival of the side 7b of the non-circular member 7, on the side 8b of a corresponding member 8, of complementary contour, belonging to the base 3 and in particular to give these two members a crenellated shape, as shown in fig. 7. The initial arrangement of the related organs may or may not correspond directly to the position of employment.



  The disadvantage is to create an interior undercut; it can be avoided by reversing the design according to fig. 8, placing the non-circular member 8 on the skirt 2a, on the outside, and making the same line follow the rupture line, placed internally on the shoulder 5a to give the latter the role of complementary stop when the positions are shifted.



   This amounts, if one prefers, to give the skirt 2a an external contour, for example grooved, elliptical or triangulated, providing therein a circular clearance 9 where the shoulder 5a will be housed after the bridges have been broken, so as not to be able to s 'Engage on the member 8 only in a precise locatable position, the ferrule 3a remaining at least internally circular. A possible organ 7 will project slightly over all or parts of the outline.



  In known manner, in new condition then between two uses, a removable cap 10 will advantageously protect the cannula from the nozzle.
