La fig. 1 est une vue en élévation, partiellement coupée pour en faciliter la compréhension, de l'appareil à raclette conforme à l'invention;

The invention relates to a raclette device. It has been observed that during the preparation of the raclette, if the plate in which the scraped cheese falls is cold, the cheese solidifies quickly and therefore becomes difficult to eat.
According to the invention, there is placed, under the plate support intended to receive the scraped processed cheese, a heating member of said plate.
The drawing shows by way of example an embodiment of the object of the invention and various variant embodiments of the heating member of the plate.
Fig. 1 is an elevational view, partially cut away for ease of understanding, of the raclette apparatus according to the invention;
figs. 2, 3 and 4 are top views of various arrangements of the under-tube heating element mounted in a plate stove of a raclette apparatus according to the invention.
In fig. 1, the base 1 comprises, on one of its sides, the guide tube 2 in which is adjustable the rod 3 comprising at its end a sleeve 4 into which the support 5, also adjustable, of the heating element 6 is inserted. Facing this element, at the other end of the base 1, the support 8 receives the rod 9 of the cheese holder 10 with claw 11, said cheese holder facing the heating element 6. On the table 14 of the base 1 is fixed an electric heater body 16, supplied by the socket 17, in parallel with the heating element 6 for melting the cheese. This warming body 16 comprises a resistance 19 disposed in the refractory earth element 20, a plate 22 being placed on the heating member and intended to receive the plate for collecting the scraped cheese.
It is obvious that the power of the heating element of the stove body 16 will be chosen either to be adjustable, or such that it does not produce an exaggerated heating of the plate, heating then liable to damage the latter.
According to other embodiments, the heating element comprising the heating body 16 can be replaced by an alcohol, butane, etc. stove, the heating element 6 intended for melting the cheese then being directly connected. to the mains power source.
Fig. 2 shows, in a stove body 16, an electric heating element 30 consisting of a U-shaped tube resistor, while FIG. 3 shows, in a stove body 16, a heating element 32 consisting of a resistance in a circular tube, and that in FIG. 4 the electric stove body 16 comprises a heating element 33 constituted by a resistance in the form of a coil tube.
