Abstract

The auxiliary fine-mesh screen for frying pans prevents fouling of oil or fat with crumbs, and its shape and size are chosen to match the utensil.    Die Erfindung betrifft ein feinmaschiges Sieb zum Einsetzen in Friteusen, welches mit einer Drahtumrandung und zwei kreuzweise angebrachten Drähten versehen ist.



   Die Erfindung hat den Zweck, das Öl oder Fett in Friteusen vor zu schneller Verschmutzung durch abfallende Krusten zu schützen. Dies wird in einfacher Weise dadurch er reicht, dass ein der Grösse und Form der Friteuse angepass tes Sieb auf die Heizstäbe der Friteuse gelegt wird, um z. B.



   das abfallende Paniermehl aufzufangen, so dass dieses nicht unter die Heizstäbe absinken kann. Mit einer Gabel oder einem sonstigen Gegenstand kann das Sieb leicht an den kreuzweise angebrachten Drähten herausgehoben werden.

 

   Zur Reinigung genügt eine Spülung mit heissem Wasser.



   Das in der Zeichnung in zwei Ausführungsformen ge zeigte Sieb besteht aus feinmaschigem Geflecht 1 das mit einem Rand 2 aus Draht versehen ist. Zwei Drähte 3 sind kreuzweise über das Sieb gespannt und dienen zum Herausnehmen desselben.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Feinmaschiges Sieb zum Auffangen von Sinkstoffen in Fri teusen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer Drahtum randung und zwei kreuzweise angebrachten Drähten verse hen ist.
