Fig. 3a, 3b, 3c Vorderansicht, Querschnitt und Rückansicht des anderen Teils der Nuss.
PATENTANSPRUCH

The invention relates to an Espagnolette lock with a lock case, a rotatable lock rod, a bolt plate which is in engagement with the lock rod via a toothing, and with a nut rotatably mounted in the lock case wall and in the cover, which carries an approximately round eccentric disc which At least approximately in the axis of symmetry of the locking plate engages this, this moves when the nut is rotated from the open position to the closed position and vice versa, the nut having a continuous square hole and a slot let into the nut body on one side for receiving the key bits of dial keys .
An Espagnolette lock of this type has already become known. It has the advantage that it can be used for actuation by means of a security cylinder, a cylinder olive or a rotary handle, as well as by means of a dial key, without replacing parts that are located inside the lock case.
The previously known Espagnolette lock has the peculiarity that in order to move the locking plate into its closed position and back, the key must perform a rotary movement of 180 degrees. Bit keys can then only be removed from the lock. when the locking plate is in the closed position. This is advantageous in many cases, but also disadvantageous under certain circumstances.
For other reasons, too, it is often desirable if the rotary movement of the key required to move the locking plate is a full 360 degrees.
The object of the invention is to design a lock of the type mentioned in the introduction in such a way that a rotary movement of the key or the rotary handle through 360 degrees is required for its actuation.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the nut has two interlocking parts, of which the first part contains the square hole and the slot, while the second part has the eccentric disk, that one part also has a part-circular groove into which a pin of the other part engages in such a way that when the first part is rotated by 360 degrees, the second part is only rotated by 90 or 180 degrees.
A single-speed lock is already known in which the bolt can be pushed forwards or backwards by rotating an eccentric disc by 180 degrees, the key bit of a dial key only striking a cam of the eccentric disc after an empty rotation of 180 degrees and then reversing the cam rotates another 180 degrees. This lock is only suitable for operation by means of a dial key, while the lock according to the invention, as mentioned above, is set up for operation by means of a security cylinder, a cylinder olive or a rotary handle and by means of a dial key.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a cross section through the lock case of an Espagnolette lock,
2a, 2b, 2c front view, cross-section and rear view of one part of the nut and FIG
3a, 3b, 3c front view, cross-section and rear view of the other part of the nut.
The lock according to FIG. 1 has a lock case 1 which is closed by a cover 2. A sleeve 3 is attached to the cover 2 which engages in a bore in a door, not shown, and which is intended to receive various types of insert. which are adapted to the actuating means that are used to open and close the lock.
A nut composed of two parts 6 and 7 is rotatably mounted in bores 4, 5 of the lock case 1 or of the cover 2. The first part 6 of the nut is shown in FIGS. 2a, 2b and 2c, while the second part 7 of the nut is shown in the same way in FIGS. 3a, 3b and 3c.
In the lock case there is also a displaceable locking plate and a rotating roller 9 with two teeth 9a, which engage in recesses 10 of the locking plate 8, so that the rotating roller is rotated when the locking plate is displaced. The rotating roller 9 is non-rotatably connected to a locking rod 11, which protrudes on both sides from the lock case and at its ends carries gripper hooks, not shown, in a known manner, which engage in end blocks in the closed position.
The first nut part 6 has a continuous square hole
12 and a diagonal slot 13. The square hole 12 is used to accommodate the square mandrels of security cylinders, rotary handles and cylinder olives. The slot 13 is formed in this way. that it can accommodate all shapes of key bits from dial keys in two layers rotated 180 degrees to each other.
A round recess 6a with cylindrical side walls is attached to the rear of the nut part 6. In this
A cylindrical part 7b of the nut part 7 is rotatably guided in the recess. The nut part 7 has a round eccentric disk
7a to which a driving pin 7c is attached. The pin 7c engages in a semicircular groove 6b in the
Rear side of the nut part 6 is arranged. Stop surfaces 6c on the nut part 6, which are not shown with stops in
Interact lock case. limit the rotatability of the nut part 6 to 360 degrees.
The function of the lock described is as follows: If e.g. the nut part 6 rotated 360 degrees by means of a dial key. so the first half turn is around
180 degrees empty, i.e. H. the nut part 7 is not rotated. Only during the second half turn is the in the groove 6b; engaging driver pin 7c mitgenimmen so that the
Nut part 7 is rotated 180 degrees. The one engaging in a recess in the locking plate 8 then moves
Eccentric disc 7a moves this plate into its closed position, with the closing rod 11 being pivoted at the same time. When opening the lock, the process is reversed, i.e. the nut part 7 is only rotated during the second half-turn.
Of course, the driving pin 7c could also be arranged on the nut part 6 and the semicircular groove 6b on the nut part 7.
If the driver movement is only to be 90 degrees in a lock, the groove (6b) does not have to extend over a semicircle but over a three-quarter circle.
