La fig. I est une vue en élévation dans laquelle l'embout et une partie du tube ont été coupés;

Deformable tubes, made of metal or plastic, which are used as packaging for a quantity of pasty, creamy or similar products, have not yet been provided with ideal closures.
Traditional screwed caps have several drawbacks, in particular that of having to be unscrewed before use and then screwed back on after use, these manipulations often being the cause of the loss of these caps.
Another drawback of these stoppers lies in the fact that when the product is used, and if the precaution has not been taken to close the tube during this operation, an excess of product is automatically expressed from the tube. so that when screwing and if we do not pay attention to this fact, this excess spreads in the thread, then dries, which makes it difficult, if not impossible, to close the tube and then unscrew the cap when 'a new use.
Finally, in the more particular case of toothpaste tubes where the cap is generally screwed back on before brushing the teeth, another drawback arises, namely that the paste spread over the bristles of the brush falls off as a result of the gestures. that we do to close the tube.
For a long time, attempts have been made, unfortunately without convincing success, to develop a system for closing deformable tubes which does not have these drawbacks, in particular in the case of tubes of toothpaste.
Among the solutions proposed for this purpose, devices are known which replace traditional stoppers, which comprise an elastic valve which opens to allow the product to pass when the tube is pressed and then automatically closes again. Unfortunately, these devices are complicated and therefore operate in a delicate manner and are prohibitively expensive compared to the cost of the tubes and their contents.
The present invention relates to a tip for a deformable tube, intended to replace the current plugs, based on the same principle as the devices mentioned above, but of very great simplicity and a very low cost price.
This end piece is characterized by the fact that it is constituted by a hollow body, formed of a conical or cylindrical part which fits tightly on the neck surrounding the extraction orifice of the tube, and of a flexible bottom having at least one slot located opposite said orifice when the end piece is in place on the tube and the lips of which elastically move apart to allow the product to pass when the tube is pressed.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention and the tube on which it is mounted.
Fig. I is an elevational view in which the tip and part of the tube have been cut;
figs. 2 and 3 are end views, close-up of the nozzle, illustrating its operation.
The tip shown constitutes the closure member of a deformable metal tube A containing toothpaste B.
It is constituted (fig. I) by a hollow body 10, molded from a part of natural or synthetic rubber and formed of a cylindrical part 11 threaded internally and externally and a base 12, slightly convex, having two slots in crosses 13 and 14 (fig. 2).
This end piece is screwed onto the mouth of the tube, after its filling and before the fitting of a protective cap 15 intended to be discarded by the user at the time of the first use.
The cylindrical part 11 of the tip is relatively thick so as to have a certain rigidity while the bottom 12 is relatively thin in order to have the flexibility required for the yeasts in the slots 13 and 14 to elastically separate and leave the dough. escape when the tube is squeezed.
The embodiment described is intended to be placed on the tube by the manufacturer, but it is possible to envisage end caps according to the invention which would be sold by retailers and adapted on the tubes by the users themselves, instead. and place closing caps.
Moreover, the end piece may not have an internal thread so as to adapt elastically to the tube or to the outside if the user mounts it himself on the tube or if the stopper is screwed not on the end piece but on the tube. the upper part of the tube body.
