Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Klammer zur rahmenlosen Befestigung von Bildern oder dergleichen, die zwischen einem Deckglas und einer Rückwand angeordnet sind, wobei ein Teil der Klammer in eine Vertiefung der Rückwand eingreift.
Es sind bereits Klammern der eingangs genannten Art bekannt. Gemäss einer ersten bekannten Ausführung ist die Klammer aus Federdraht hergestellt. Ein Nachteil dieser bekannten Ausführung besteht darin, dass mit ein und derselben Klammer nur Lagen einer bestimmten Dicke sicher zusammengehalten werden können.
Gemäss einer zweiten bekannten Ausführung besteht die Klammer aus einem einzigen Blechstück, aus welchem mindestens ein in Richtung gegen den Rand der Rückwand ragender Federschenkel herausgebogen ist. Diese bekannte Klammer weist allerdings den Nachteil auf, dass sie wahlweise von der Oberkante oder von der Seitenkante des zu befestigenden Bildes her angebracht werden muss, je nach dem ob das Bild Hoch- oder Querformat hat. Dadurch wird einerseits die Orientierung des in die Vertiefung der Rückwand einzugreifenden Teils erschwert. Anderseitseits besteht bei einer derartigen Befestigung des Bildes doch die Möglichkeit, dass sich dieses innerhalb der Befestigung horizontal oder vertikal verschieben kann, je nach der Art des aufgehängten Bildes (Hoch- oder Querformat).
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt die Schaffung einer Klammer, welche die Nachteile der bekannten Klammer dieser Art nicht aufweist.
Hierzu ist die eingangs genannte Klammer erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammer einteilig aus einem Flachmaterial hergestellt ist aus dessen Ebene ein Federschenkel mit einem zum Eingreifen in eine Ausnehmung einer Rückwand bestimmten Lappen herausgebogen ist und dass an beiden Klammerenden je eine abgebogener Teil zum Zusammenhalten von Deckglas, Bild und Rückwand vorgesehen ist.
Eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.

Die in der Zeichnung im Massstab 3:1 dargestellte Klammer besteht aus einem einzigen Blechstück, das in bekannter Weise im Stanzverfahren erhalten wird.
Die Klammer 10 weist einen Rückenteil 11 auf an dessen Enden je ein im rechten Winkel abgebogener Teil 12 und 13 angeformt ist. Von diesen abgebogenen Teilen ragt je ein schmaler, kurzer Schenkel 14 und 15 rechtwinklig ab und verläuft parallel zum Rückenteil 11 der Klammer 10.
Im Rückenteil 11 der Klammer ist ein Längsschlitz 16 vorgesehen, der einen in der Ebene des Rückenteiles liegenden Längsschenkel 17 abgrenzt. Dieser Längsschenkel 17 weist an seinem freien Ende einen im rechten Winkel abragenden, parallel zu den beiden kurzen Schenkeln 14 und 15 stehenden Lappen 18 auf. Dieser Lappen 18 ist zum Eingreifen in eine in der Rückwand 21 hierzu vorgesehene Ausnehmung 22 bestimmt. Wie insbesondere aus der Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, ist der Längsschenkel 17 nach unten, also in Richtung der abgewinkelten Schenkel 14 und 15 leicht abgebogen.
Dieser Längsschenkel 17 ist aus der in Fig. 2 gestrichelt eingezeichneten, abgebogenen Lage gegen die Wirkung der Eigenelastizität des Klammermaterials in die Ebene des Rückenteiles 11 biegbar.
In der Brücke 19 des Rückenteiles und zwar in der Mitte der Klammer ist eine V-förmige Einpressstelle 20 vorgesehen, zum Zwecke, die beiden von ihr ausgehenden Teile 11 und 19 der Klammer in Fig. 2 leicht nach oben zu biegen, um so eine Vorspannung der Klammer zu bewirken. Die genannte Einpressstelle 20 kann beispielsweise mittels eines Biegewerkzeuges nach der Fertigung der Klammer erzeugt werden.
Das Anbringen der erfindungsgemässen Klammer 10 an die Rückwand 21 erfolgt in der nachstehend erläuterten Weise:
Im Gegensatz zu den in der Beschreibungs-Einleitung umschrieben bekannten Klammern, wird der vorliegende Erfindungsgegenstand nicht von der Oberkante oder-von der Seitenkante des zu befestigenden Bildes her angebracht, sondern von dessen Eckpunkten her. In der Tat wird die Klammer 10 über die Eckstelle 23 der Rückwand 21 angesetzt und gegen die Federwirkung des abgebogenen Längsschenkels 17 und der leicht abgebogenen Teile 11 und 16 gegen die Rückwand 21 gedrückt. Hernach wird die Klammer 10 in Richtung zu der zur Aufnahme des Lappens 18 vorgesehenen Ausnehmung 22 verschoben, bis der Lappen 18 unter Federwirkung in die genannte Ausnehmung 22 einrastet.
In dieser Lage ergreifen die beiden abgewinkelten kurzen Schenkel 14 und 15 das auf der Rückwand 21 anliegende Glas (nicht dargestellt). Dadurch wird das Glas gegen die Rückwand 21 gedrückt und gleichzeitig in Uberein- stimmung mit derselben lagerichtig zentriert.
Für jedes rahmenlos aufzuhängende oder zu befestigende Bild, das zwischen der Rückwand 21 und dem Glas eingesetzt ist, werden vier der erläuterten Klammern benötigt, die jeweils an den vier Eckstellen des Bildes in der beschriebenen Weise angebracht werden.
Die erfindungsgemässe Klammer gewährleistet demnach, infolge ihrer Befestigung an den Eckpunkten ein sicheres und unverrückbares Zusammenhalten der drei Teile, nämlich der Rückwand, des Bildes und des Glases. Überdies ist die Orientierung der Klammer auf der Rückwand infolge der Tatsache, dass sie von den Eckpunkten der Rückwand her befestigt wird, problemlos, da die beiden abgebogenen Teile 12 und 13 entlang der Ränder der Rückwand gleiten und dabei als Führung dienen.
Selbstverständlich könnte anstelle eines Bildes auch ein Spiegel oder ein Dokument irgendwelcher Art mit der Rückwand befestigt werden. Auch ist die beschriebene rahmenlose Befestigung nicht für Bilder oder dergleichen eingeschränkt, die aufgehängt werden sollen, sondern auch für solche, die nach ihrer Verbindung mit der Rückwand und dem Glas lediglich aufgestellt werden sollen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Klammer zur rahmenlosen Befestigung von Bildern oder dergleichen zwischen einem Deckglas und einer Rückwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammer (10) einteilig aus einem Flachmaterial hergestellt ist, aus dessen Ebene ein Federschenkel (17) mit einem zum Eingreifen in eine Ausnehmung (22) einer Rückwand (21) bestimmten Lappen (18) herausgebogen ist und dass an beiden Klammerenden je ein abgebogener Teil (12, 14 und 13, 15) zum Zusammenhalten von Deckglas, Bild und Rückwand vorgesehen ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Klammer nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Mitte der Klammer eine Einpressstelle (20) vorgesehen ist, derart, dass die beiden von ihr ausgehenden Arme (11 und 19) der Klammer elastisch vorgespannt werden.
2. Klammer nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgebogenen Teile (12, 14 und 13, 15) derart geformt sind, dass Deckglas, Bild und Rückwand diagonal über ihre Ecken erfasst werden können.

The clamp 10 has a back part 11 at the ends of which a part 12 and 13 bent at right angles is formed. A narrow, short leg 14 and 15 protrudes at right angles from these bent parts and runs parallel to the back part 11 of the clamp 10.
In the back part 11 of the clip, a longitudinal slot 16 is provided which delimits a longitudinal leg 17 lying in the plane of the back part. At its free end, this longitudinal limb 17 has a tab 18 protruding at right angles and parallel to the two short limbs 14 and 15. This tab 18 is intended to engage in a recess 22 provided for this purpose in the rear wall 21. This longitudinal leg 17 can be bent from the bent position, shown in dashed lines in FIG. 2, into the plane of the back part 11 against the effect of the inherent elasticity of the clip material.
In the bridge 19 of the back part, namely in the middle of the clamp, a V-shaped press-in point 20 is provided for the purpose of slightly bending the two parts 11 and 19 of the clamp extending from it upwards in FIG to effect the bracket. In contrast to the known brackets circumscribed in the introduction to the description, the present subject matter of the invention is not attached from the top edge or from the side edge of the picture to be attached, but rather from its corner points. In fact, the clamp 10 is placed over the corner point 23 of the rear wall 21 and pressed against the spring action of the bent longitudinal leg 17 and the slightly bent parts 11 and 16 against the rear wall 21. Thereafter, the clamp 10 is moved in the direction of the recess 22 provided for receiving the tab 18 until the tab 18 engages in the recess 22 mentioned under the action of a spring.
In this position, the two angled short legs 14 and 15 grip the glass (not shown) resting on the rear wall 21. As a result, the glass is pressed against the rear wall 21 and at the same time centered in the correct position in accordance with the same.
For each frameless hanging or to be attached picture that is inserted between the rear wall 21 and the glass, four of the brackets explained are required, which are attached to the four corner points of the picture in the manner described.
The clamp according to the invention therefore ensures, as a result of its fastening at the corner points, a secure and immovable holding together of the three parts, namely the rear wall, the picture and the glass. Furthermore, the orientation of the bracket on the rear wall is problem-free due to the fact that it is fastened from the corner points of the rear wall, since the two bent parts 12 and 13 slide along the edges of the rear wall and serve as a guide.
Of course, instead of a picture, a mirror or a document of some kind could also be attached to the rear wall. Also, the frameless attachment described is not limited to pictures or the like that are to be hung, but also for those that are only to be set up after their connection to the rear wall and the glass.
