Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Bildröhre eines Fernsehempfängers
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Bildröhre in einem
Gehäuse eines Fernsehempfängers, das an den Innenwänden im Bereich der Bildschirmöffnung
sich paarweise gegenüberstehende Widerlager für die Bildröhre aufweist, die zur
Aufnahme eines äußeren Randes des Kolbens der Bildröhre an dessen Wölbung angepaßt
und jeweils mittels einer Führung befestigt sind, die etwa in Richtung der Bildschinnmitte
verschiebbar ist, wobei je-
weils der feste und der bewegliche Teil des Widerlagers
mittels einer lösbaren Verbindung in einer gegenseitigen Lage festhaltbar ist, und
das Widerlager im wesentlichen nur einen Vorderteil des Bildröhrenkolbens bis zu
dessen äußeren Rand erfaßt und am beweglichen Teil der Führung ein sich an einem

Bei einer bekannten Bildröhren-Befestigungsvorrichtung läßt sich jeweils
ein auf einer Seite keilförmiges Andrückteil mit Hilfe eines Schneckentriebs gegen

die Bildröhre vor der endgültigen Befestigung erst durch wiederholtes, wechselseitiges
Verstellen von einander gegenüberliegenden Widerlagern in eine zur Bildröhrenmaske
passende Lage gebracht werden muß. Diese Arbeitsgänge müssen zudem besonders sorgfältig
vorgenommen werden, da andernfalls die Gefahr besteht, daß Spannungen an der Bildröh#re

zwischen die bereits im Gehäuse befmdlichen Widerlager und auf das Festziehen einer

In den vier Ecken 1 eines in Fig.
1 links von vorn und rechts von hinten dargestellten Gehäuses 2 eines Fernsehempfängers
ist im Bereich einer vorderen öffnung 3 für den Bildschirm 4 einer Bildröhre
je eine planparallele Holzplatte 5 mit einer unter etwa 45' geneigten
Kante 6 festgeleirat. Auf jeder Holzplatte 5
ist ein deren Kante
6 umgreifender Blechwinkel 7 mittels einer Schraube 8 lösbar
und senkrecht zu der Kante 6 verschiebbar gelagert. Der Blechwinkel

einer Führung für ein elastisches Widerlager 9 aus Polyäthylen, das sich
an einen äußeren Rand 10 der Bildröhre- anlegt. Ein Spanndraht

der von an der Rückseite der Blechwinkel 7 befestigten Spanndrahthaltem
12 getragen wird, legt sich auf eine Rückseite 13 des Kolbens der

Eines der Widerlager 9 und seine Führung sind in Fig. 2 im
Querschnitt näher dargestellt. Der Blechwinkel 7 (Fig. 1) hat eine
U-förmige, rechtwinklige Gestalt mit zwei U-Schenkeln 7' und 7....
und einem U-Mittelteil 7"'. In diesem Mittelteil 7... ist eine rechteckige
Aussparung 14 für die Aufnahme eines nicht näher dargestellten flachen, quaderförmigen
Ansatzes an einer Unterseite 15# des Widerlagers 9 angebracht. Die Aussparung
14 ist durch Ausstanzen einer Zunge 7" und einer hinteren Zunge, in der ein
Gewinde für eine Schraube 21 vorgesehen ist, gebildet, wobei die Zungen mit
je einem der U-Schenkel eine ebene Fläche bilden. Der U-förmige Bügel, dessen
Schenkel 7' und 7... sich flach an die planparallelen Flächen der
Holzplatte 5 anlegen, trägt an jedem seiner Schenkel ein Langloch
16 bzw. 16' und ist mit der
Holzplatte 5 durch
die Schraube 8 in Richtung zum äußeren Rand der Bildröhre verschiebbar verbunden.
Die Schraube, 8 trägt innen an ihrem Kopf 17 einen flachen Vierkant
18, der im Langloch 16' des Schenkels 7""' drehfest gehalten ist und
an ihrem anderen Ende eine Mutter 19, mit deren fElfe die beiden U-Schenkel
7' und 7.... auf der Holzplatte 5 festgeklemmt werden können.
Zwischen der stirnseitigen Kante 6 der Holzplatte 5 und der Unterseite
15 des Widerlagers 9 ist eine gewölbt--, etwa quadratische Blattfeder
20 eingelegt, die den Blechwinkel und damit das von ihm getragene Widerlager bei
gelöster Mutter 19 gegen den äußeren Rand 10 der Bildröhre bewegt.
Am rückwärtigen Winkel 7' ist mittels einer Spannschraube 21 der aus einem
gefalteten Blechstreifen bestehende Spanndrahtschalter 12 befestigt, dessen Faltstelle
eine, Öse = fär die Aufnahme des Spanndrahtes 11 bildet und dessen Kanten
und damit auch dessen der Rückseite 13 des Bildröhrenkolbens zugewandte Fläche
beidseitig je von einem Abschnitt 23 eines U-förinigen Profilstreifens
