Beispiel

The dyes obtained according to the invention are preferably isolated by salting out and filtering. The isolated dyes can optionally be dried after adding coupage agents or stabilizing agents; drying is preferably carried out at temperatures that are not too high and under reduced pressure. In certain cases, dry preparations can be prepared directly by spray drying the entire preparation mixture. H.
without intermediate isolation of the dyes. According to this method, new valuable dry preparations are obtained which are suitable for the production of stock solutions or dye baths, possibly also of printing pastes.
The dyes obtained by the specified process are suitable for dyeing and printing a wide variety of materials, such as silk, wool, superpolyamide fibers, but especially polyhydroxylated materials of a fibrous structure, both synthetic fibers, e.g. B. from regenerated cellulose or viscose fibers, such as natural materials, e.g. B.
Linen or especially cotton. Even in weakly acidic to acidic baths, many of these dyes have a high affinity for the nitrogenous materials mentioned and therefore good drawability. The dyeings obtained in this way, in particular the wool dyeings, are distinguished by good fastness to washing and boiling.
The new dyes are suitable for dyeing cellulose by padding using the so-called pad dyeing process, after which the goods are impregnated with aqueous and possibly also salt-containing dye solutions and the dyes are fixed on the goods to be dyed by an alkali treatment, preferably with heat. But they are particularly suitable for direct dyeing using the exhaust process from a long liquor. The dyeings obtained with the new dyes are generally characterized by good rubbing, ironing and lightfastness and, above all, excellent wet fastness properties, e.g. Fulling, washing, water, seawater, sweat, soda boiling, acid, alkali, mercerization. On cotton and especially on rayon, the dyes have a very good build-up capacity and provide pure, brilliant and strong green colors.
Furthermore, the nickel phthalocyanine dyes according to the application in particular give dyeings with very good wet light fastness.
After the printing process, valuable and genuine prints are also obtained on cellulose fibers if the dyes are fixed to the printed goods by heat treatment in the presence of alkali.
After dyeing or printing, it is advisable to remove the unfixed dye as completely as possible. For this purpose, the dyeings and prints are rinsed thoroughly with warm and cold water and subjected to a soaping process in the presence of non-ionic dispersants and / or wetting agents.
