Fig. 2 bis 7 Schnittansichten der Stossstellen unter Verwendung unterschiedlicher Verbindungsglieder,

**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
The invention relates to rubber floorings composed of individual elements for loading areas of vehicles and similar purposes.
It is already known to cover the loading area of heavy transport vehicles with elastic panels, primarily rubber panels.
It has now been shown that these plates are at joints, d. H. bend up at the points where they are in contact with each other. This not only creates stumbling blocks, but also causes premature wear and tear.
In order to remedy these disadvantages, it is proposed according to the invention to provide the rubber plates at the adjacent points with horizontally extending, interlocking teeth. The toothing can consist of a protruding strip of one plate and a groove corresponding to this strip of the other, abutting plate. The bar and groove can have a rectangular, semicircular, triangular or trapezoidal, interlocking cross-section. Instead of providing one side of the plate with a protruding strip, the plates can also have a groove all around, into which strip-shaped connecting members can be pushed or pressed.
To attach the rubber plates to the surface to be covered, metal parts, in particular iron rails, can be glued or vulcanized into the plate surface.
Details of the invention emerge from the drawings of some exemplary embodiments and the description below. Show it:
1 is a top view of a loading area covered with rubber plates,
Fig. 2 to 7 sectional views of the joints using different connecting links,
8 shows a sectional view of a rubber covering plate according to FIG. 1 with additional fastening means.
According to Fig. 1, a loading area is covered with, for example, twelve rubber plates 1, four of which are placed next to one another and three behind one another. These plates have a thickness of about 60 to 150 mm and are made of hard elastic rubber or rubber-like plastic.
As FIGS. 2 to 5 illustrate, the plates 1 have a groove 2, 4, 6, 8 on one long side and a tongue or strip 3, 5, 7, 9 on the other long side. In the same way, tongue and groove are provided on the narrow sides.
The groove 2 according to FIG. 2 consists, for example, of a rectangular longitudinal recess, the strip 3 of a correspondingly shaped protruding part. Groove 4 and tongue 5 according to FIG. 3 are semicircular, groove 6 and tongue 7 according to FIG. 4 trapezoidal and groove 8 and tongue 9 according to FIG. 5 are triangular.
Instead of providing one side of the plate with a groove and the other with a tongue or bar, the plates 1 can also have a groove all around, according to FIG. 6 with a rectangular recess 10, according to FIG. 7 with an inwardly circular recess widening recess 12 be provided. In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, a flat band 11 corresponding to the rectangular recesses 10 is used as a strip or spring, in the embodiment according to FIG. 7 a profile band 13 with two outer longitudinal ribs 14, 15 which can be pushed or pressed into the recesses 12 and get caught in these longitudinal recesses 12 so that the plates 1 are only released again with the application of force, i.e. H. can be pulled apart.
Groove 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and tongue 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 can be in the center of the plate 1, i.e. H. be arranged symmetrically. This is particularly advantageous if the plates 1 are to be used on both sides, but in most cases the plates 1 are only used on one side, because they are provided, for example, with an adhesive layer on the underside and a particularly wear-resistant layer on the top side and spring also be arranged eccentrically, d. H. the layer above tongue and groove or above the insertion belt 11, 13 is chosen to be thicker than below. This reduces the risk of the edges bending up or standing up as a result of wear.
The gaping of the groove 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 can also be reduced by the fact that the groove 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and accordingly also the tongue, strip or the band 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 are not made continuous, but rather interrupted at certain intervals, d. H. There remain webs that hold the edges together above and below the groove 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. Such a web is indicated, for example, in FIG. 2 with 21, the opposite side of the spring cut off at this point with 22.
As mentioned above, the rubber covering plates 1 should rest as firmly as possible on the surface to be protected. For this purpose, according to FIG. 8, mainly flat, threaded metal parts 16, 17 z. B.
Flat iron rails glued in or vulcanized in, via which the plates 1 can be screwed to a loading surface 20 by means of screws 18, 19.
