Abstract
An appts. for the photo-electric monitoring of the lap between the feed roller of a comber, has a unit to stop the comber should the end of the lap lelave the lap roller, for as long as the end of the lap lies between the feed rollers. The system ensures that the lap is being supervised, and stopping the comber prevents damage to the circular comb and the fixed comb.
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine fotoelektrische Wickelüberwachungseinrichtung zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen einer Kämmaschine.
Fotoelektrische Überwachungseinrichtungen für den Wickel zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen an Kämmaschinen kennt man bis jetzt nicht. An den meisten Kämmaschinen existieren Abstellvorrichtungen, die die Watte an den Abzugswalzen vor dem Auslauftisch überwachen.
Überwachungseinrichtungsprobleme sind bis jetzt nur mechanisch gelöst worden. Arbeitet eine Kämmaschine ohne Wickelüberwachung, so wird die Kämmaschine erst abgeschaltet, wenn das Wickelende den Rund- und Fixkamm passiert hat. Dabei treten oft Beschädigungen am Rundkamm und immer Beschädigungen am Fixkamm auf.
Die Verhinderung solcher Beschädigungen kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass beim Auslaufen eines Wickelendes eine Kämmaschine bereits automatisch abgeschaltet wird, wenn sich das Wickelende zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen befindet. Mit mechanischen Wickelüberwachungseinrichtungen konnte bis jetzt der Wickel nur bis zu einer bestimmten Wickeireserve verwendet werden.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine fotoelektrische Wickelüberwachungseinrichtung zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen an Kämmaschinen zu schaffen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorhanden sind, um beim Ablaufen des Wickelendes von der Wickelwalze die Kämmaschine automatisch abzuschalten, solange sich das Wickelende noch zwischen den Zufuhnvalzen befindet.
Im folgenden ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand einer denselben darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Kämmaschine mit einer Anordnung mehrerer erfindungsgemässer Einrichtungen in der Ansicht.
Fig. 2 stellt eine Kämmaschine mit einer Anordnung mehrerer erfindungsgemässer Einrichtungen in der Perspektive dar.
Fig. 3 lässt eine Anordnung der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung genau erkennen. Am Verstärkergehäuse 1, das durch drei Befestigungsvorrichtungen 2 an der Kämmaschine fest montiert wird, befinden sich Tastkopfträger 3, die den Tastkopf 4 mit optoelektrischer Vorrichtung und zwei parallel zur Wickelwalze nebeneinander liegende bi-convexe Linsen 5 tragen.
Fig. 4 zeigt den Tastkopfträger 3 mit Tastkopf 4 im Detail.
Fig. 5 erläutert die Funktion der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung. Die Zufuhnvalzen 6 befördern den Wickel 7. Sobald das Wickelende von der Wickelwalze 8 abläuft, wird durch eine an sich bekannte optoelektrische Vorrichtung mit zwei biconvexen Linsen 5 die Kämmaschine abgeschaltet. Die Linsen haben die Funktion einer Reflexschranke. Oft ist das Wickelende unregelmässig. Durch die Anordnung von zwei Linsen als Reflexschranken wird erreicht, dass bei unregelmässigem Wickelende mindestens eine Reflexschranke das automatische Abschalten der Kämmaschine auslöst. Die Anordnung der Reflexschranken bewirkt, dass das Wickelende zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen 6 zum Stehen gebracht wird, so dass keine Rund- und Fixkammbeschädigungen mehr entstehen und eine gleichmässige ununterbrochene Produktion eines Kämmlings möglich ist.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Fotoelektrische Wickelüberwachungseinrichtung zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen einer Kämmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorhanden sind, um beim Auslaufen des Wikkelendes von der Wickelwalze die Kämmaschine automatisch abzuschalten, solange sich das Wickelende noch zwischen den Zufuhrwalzen befindet.
UNTERANSPRUCH
Fotoelektrische Wickelüberwachungseinrichtung nach Patentanspruch, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Abschaltung durch eine optoelektrische Vorrichtung mit zwei parallel zur Wickelwalze nebeneinanderliegenden Linsen eines Tastkopfes ausgelöst wird.

The invention relates to a photoelectric lap monitoring device between the feed rollers of a combing machine.
Photoelectric monitoring devices for the lap between the feed rollers on combing machines have not yet been known. Most of the combing machines have parking devices that monitor the lap on the take-off rollers in front of the discharge table.
Monitor problems have so far only been solved mechanically. If a combing machine works without lap monitoring, the combing machine is only switched off when the lap end has passed the round and top comb. This often results in damage to the round comb and always damage to the top comb.
The prevention of such damage can be achieved in that when a lap end runs out, a combing machine is automatically switched off when the lap end is located between the feed rollers. With mechanical lap monitoring devices, the lap could only be used up to a certain lap reserve.
The object of the present invention is to create a photoelectric lap monitoring device between the feed rollers on combing machines.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that means are present to automatically switch off the combing machine when the end of the lap runs off the reel roller, as long as the end of the lap is still between the feed rollers.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing showing the same.

3 shows an arrangement of the device according to the invention. On the amplifier housing 1, which is fixedly mounted to the combing machine by three fastening devices 2, there are probe head carriers 3 which carry the probe head 4 with an optoelectronic device and two bi-convex lenses 5 lying next to one another parallel to the winding roller.

5 explains the function of the device according to the invention. The feed rollers 6 convey the lap 7. As soon as the end of the lap runs off the winding roller 8, the combing machine is switched off by an optoelectrical device known per se with two biconvex lenses 5. The lenses have the function of a reflex barrier. The end of the lap is often irregular. The arrangement of two lenses as reflex barriers ensures that at least one reflex barrier triggers the automatic shutdown of the combing machine in the event of an irregular end of the lap. The arrangement of the reflex barriers has the effect that the end of the lap is brought to a standstill between the feed rollers 6, so that round and top comb damage no longer occurs and uniform, uninterrupted production of a comber is possible.
PATENT CLAIM
Photoelectric lap monitoring device between the feed rollers of a combing machine, characterized in that means are provided to automatically switch off the combing machine when the lap end runs out of the winding roller, as long as the lap end is still between the feed rollers.

Photoelectric winding monitoring device according to patent claim, characterized in that the disconnection is triggered by an optoelectrical device with two lenses of a probe head lying next to one another parallel to the winding roller.
