The invention relates to a washing device, in particular for washing out unfixed dyes and foreign substances from colored tapes.
In order to increase the washing intensity, for example when washing out unfixed dyes and foreign matter from colored tapes, it has proven advantageous to subject the washing water to turbulence, through which the baths are kept moving and the dye and foreign matter residues are better washed off .
It is known to use mechanical stirring devices to generate such turbulence, but these have the disadvantage that the goods to be washed can come to the stirring device and be damaged. A circulation of the textile belts in a washing drum, as is known, for example, from conventional washing machines, cannot be used for continuously operating systems either. It was therefore previously necessary to feed the textile strips to several washbasins arranged one after the other, in which the dye and foreign matter residues were washed out.
It is therefore the object of the invention to create a washing device of the aforementioned type in which a strong turbulence of the washing water can be generated in order to achieve thorough washing in a single wash basin within a continuously operating dyeing, washing and drying plant.
This can be achieved in that pipe pieces are arranged in a wash basin, each of which has an inlet section that narrows in the direction of flow and an adjoining outlet section that widens in the direction of flow, with an end section of an air nozzle connected to a fresh air supply line tapering in the direction of flow into the The inlet section of the pipe section protrudes so that fresh air blown in through the air nozzle takes wash water through the pipe section by injector effect and thereby circulates the wash water in the basin.
Advantageously, the inlet opening of the inlet section can then be larger than the outlet opening of the outlet section. The inside diameter of the inlet section at the level of the mouth of the air nozzle can also advantageously be equal to the diameter of the outlet opening of the outlet section.
The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Show it:
1 schematically shows a pipe section arranged in a washing device, and
FIG. 2 shows the pipe section according to FIG. 1, the enrichment of the washing water being indicated.
In a wash basin 1, a plurality of pipe pieces are arranged near the floor, one of which is shown in FIGS. Such a pipe section 2 has a narrowing inlet section 3 and an adjoining, widening outlet section 4. The narrowest point 5 is located between these two pipe sections. As the drawings show, the inlet opening 6 is significantly larger than the outlet opening 7.
The narrowing front end 8 of an air nozzle 9 protrudes into the inlet section 3. The mouth of this nozzle is approximately where the inner diameter of the inlet section 3 is equal to the diameter of the outlet opening of the outlet section.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, a small amount of fresh air will be blown into the pipe section 2 under pressure through the air nozzle. The air flow pulls the washing water located in the wash basin 1 from below into the inlet section 3 and presses the washing water out together with the air at the top at the outlet. Since this process is repeated uninterruptedly, a strong turbulence forms in the entire pool and the washing water is easily permeated with oxygen. This turbulence sets the belts in motion, washing out the remaining, unfixed color and other foreign matter. Due to the pipe sections used in the basin, the wash basin is used optimally and it has been shown that the otherwise usual number of wash basins is no longer required in continuously operating systems.
