Fig. 3 zeigt eine Detailansicht von unten.

There are already carpet cleaning devices that are designed like a stick brush. These have, for example, a container for a liquid cleaning agent, the cleaning agent, possibly with the addition of a thinner, being poured into the container through a special opening.
The present invention relates to a carpet cleaning device designed in the manner of a stick brush, in which the cleaning agent is brought into the device enclosed in an aerosol can and wherein both the aerosol can and the container receiving it each have a valve, which two valves via one of the handle of the Handle brush from mechanics to be operated ge opens and closes and wherein the brush holder also has channels which cause a pre-distribution of the cleaning foam.
The subject matter of the invention is shown purely schematically in FIGS. 1 to 3.
Fig. 1 shows an overall view of the carpet cleaning device, consisting of a stick brush with a container 1 for receiving an aerosol can 2, further consisting of a mechanism 3, which has a transmission rod and a slide located at the handle 4, further consisting of a below the container located brush holder 5 with attached brush.
Fig. 2 shows a section through the main part of the carpet cleaning device. In the container 1 there is the aerosol can 2, which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the container by means of the mechanism 3. The container and aerosol can each have a valve. Between the container valve 7 and the can valve 8 there is a compression spring 9 which cooperates with the mechanism 3 via the aerosol can.
The brush holder 5 contains a cavity with outlet openings 6 for the cleaning foam in the direction of the brush rim 10. The container according to FIG. 2 consists of two parts which are connected by a bayonet lock 12, for example.
Fig. 3 shows a detailed view from below. The outlet openings 6 and a foam body 11, which is designed, for example, as a roller, can be seen inside the brush ring 10.
The aerosol can 2 contains a liquid substance which is finally applied to the carpet as foam at the brush rim 10, which rests on the carpet to be cleaned.
By pressing, for example with the thumb, on the slide of the mechanism 3, the aerosol can 2 is also moved in the direction of the brush holder 5. The can valve 8 approaches the container valve 7 until it comes into contact.
As a result of further pressure, the two valves open and the cleaning foam enters the cavity of the brush holder 5 and from there through various openings 6 into the brush.
If the pressure on the slide of the mechanism 3 is applied, the spring 9 causes the valves to move apart and close in the process, so that no cleaning foam can escape.
The person operating the carpet cleaning device is therefore able to dose the emergence of the cleaning foam as required.
By attaching a foam body 11, as shown for example in FIG. 3, the cleaning agent can be massaged into the carpet even better.
