Die Erfindung betrifft einen Pinselaufsatz an einem Rasierkrembehälter mit einem Ausgabeorgan, umfassend ein Ventil und eine Düse zur Ausgabe von Rasierkrem unter Druck, und mit einem Anschlussstück zum Aufsetzen eines Pinsels auf den Behälteroberteil in Verbindung mit der Düse.
Es ist bereits bekannt, auf einem Rasierkrembehälter einen Rasierpinsel in direktem Anschluss an die Austrittsdüse des Behälters zu befestigen, so dass die Rasierkrem an den Pinsel abgegeben wird, wenn das Austrittsventil zur Austrittsdüse geöffnet wird, indem die Düse ein Stück in den Behälter hineingedrückt wird. Bisher bekannte Rasierklingenbehälter mit Pinselaufsatz waren verhältnismässig kompliziert ausgebildet.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, einen verbesserten und vereinfachten Pinselaufsatz an einem Rasierkrembehälter zu schaffen.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Anschlussstück einen Unterteil mit einer zentralen Öffnung zur Aufnahme des äusseren Endteils des Austrittsventils, einen von der Oberseite des Unterteils zentral abstehenden Vorsprung mit einem an die genannte Öffnung angeschlossenen, zentralen Austrittskanal, und einen von der unteren Seite des Unterteils vorstehenden Sockel besitzt, der in radialer Richtung elastisch deformierbar ist und innere und äussere zylindrische Wände aufweist, mit welchen er sich in einer ersten Lage gegen die Sei tenwände eines rinnenförmigen Sitzes des Behälteroberteils abstützt, zwischen die er eingreift, und bei Ausübung eines Druckes auf das Anschlussstück in Richtung auf den Behälter gegen den Boden des Sitzes in eine zweite Lage verschiebbar ist,
um ein Eindrücken des Anschlussstückes zum Einschieben der Düse in eine der offenen Lage des Ventils entsprechende Lage zu gestatten, dass ferner der Rasierpinsel einen Borstenhalter mit einer zentralen, durchgehenden Öffnung aufweist, in die der Vorsprung des Unterteils des Anschlussstückes eingreift und in der er lösbar festgehalten ist, wobei sich die untere Stirnseite des Borstenhalters gegen eine Stützfläche des Unterteils abstützt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nun anhand der Zeichnung im folgenden näher beschrieben. Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht den oberen Endteil eines Rasierkrembehälters eines handelsüblichen Typs mit dem im senkrechten Schnitt gezeigten Pinselaufsatz.
Der Oberteil des Behälters 1, welcher allgemein mit 2 bezeichnet ist, ist mit dem oberen Behälterende an einem gefalzten Rand verbunden, welcher einen ringförmigen Wulst 3 bildet. Durch einen mittleren Teil 4 des Oberteils erstreckt sich eine Ausgabedüse 5 von einem auf der Zeichnung nicht veranschaulichten Rückschlagventil im Behälter. Die Düse 5 und das Ventil sind in völlig herkömmlicher Weise angeordnet und deshalb nicht beschrieben. Auch der Oberteil 2 ist herkömmlicher Konstruktion, d. h. sein zentraler Teil hat die Gestalt einer kreisförmigen Rinne 6, die mit ihrem äusseren Umfangsrand am oberen Ende der Seitenwand 7 des Oberteils mittels eines Falzes 8 befestigt ist.
Die ringförmige Innenwand 9 der Rinne 6 geht an ihrem oberen Ende in den ebenen, zentralen Wandteil 4 über, welcher ein zentrales Loch aufweist, durch welches sich die Düse 5 aus dem Inneren des Behälters hinaus erstreckt. Am Oberteil 2 des Behälters ist ein Anschlussstück vorgesehen, welches allgemein mit 10 bezeichnet ist und der Rasierpinsel 11 mit dem Oberteil 2 des Behälters verbindet.
Das Anschlussstück 10 umfasst einen hauptsächlich scheibenförmigen Unterteil 13, von dessen unterer Seite ein Sockel vorsteht, der allgemein mit 14 bezeichnet ist und in der veranschaulichten Ausführungsform aus zwei im Verhältnis zur Düse 5 und zueinander konzentrischen, zylindrischen Wänden 15, 16 besteht, von denen die innere Wand 15 dichtend gegen die Innenwand 9 der Rinne 6 passt und längs dieser Wand verschiebbar ist. Die äussere, zylindrische Wand 16 ist etwas kürzer als die innere Wand 15 und in radialer Richtung elastisch. Sie liegt gegen die Innenseite des oberen Endes der Wand 17 der Rinne an, welche Wand nicht völlig senkrecht, sondern etwas nach aussen geneigt ist.
Die Rinne 6 wird bei herkömmlichen Rasierkrembehältern normalerweise als Sitz zur Aufnahme eines darin verschiebbaren Betätigungsgliedes für die Düse 5 benutzt. Dieses Betätigungsglied ist hier durch das Anschlussstück 10 ersetzt, durch welches die Düse 5 nach unten verschoben werden kann, so dass das mit der Düse zusammenwirkende Ventil zur Ausgabe von Rasierkrem durch die Düse 5 geöffnet wird.
An seiner Oberseite hat der scheibenförmige Unterteil 13 des Anschlussstückes 10 einen nach oben gerichteten Vorsprung 18 in Form einer konischen Düse, mit einem inneren, axialen Kanal 19, der sich durch das gesamte Anschlussstück hindurcherstreckt und in seinem unteren Endteil 25 das obere Ende der rohrförmigen Düse 5 aufnimmt, welche im Kanal 19 festgeklemmt ist, um durch Eingriff mit dem Anschlussstück 10 von diesem betätigt zu werden.
Der Rasierpinsel 11 ist in einem Borstenhalter 20 befestigt, der eine Öffnung für den Vorsprung 18 aufweist und auf diesem festgeklemmt ist. Der Vorsprung 18 stellt sowohl eine Halterung für den Rasierpinsel als auch eine Verlängerung der Düse 5 des Behälters 1 dar. Im übrigen ist der Rasierpinsel herkömmlicher Ausbildung.
Das Anschlussstück 10 ist vorzugsweise einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt, der die Eigenschaft hat, dass er den beiden zylindrischen, den Sockel 14 bildenden Wänden 15, 16 genügend Festigkeit verleiht, um das Anschlussstück 10 auf seinem Platz in der dargestellten Ausgangslage (Ventil geschlossen) zu halten, gleichzeitig aber eine hinreichende Elastizität hat, um ein Eindrücken der beiden Wände 15, 16 in die Rinne 6 zu ermöglichen, wenn das Ventil zur Ausgabe von Rasierkrem geöffnet wird. Es ist nicht erforderlich, dass die innere Wand 15 elastisch ist, falls, wie dargestellt, die innere Seitenwand 9 der Rinne zylindrisch ist, aber eine gewisse Elastizität erleichtert das Festhalten und das Abdichten der Wand 15 gegen die Wand 9 auch bei geringfügigen Abweichungen in den Abmessungen und ist deshalb vorteilhaft.
Die äussere Wand 16, die das Anschlussstück 10 gegen die äussere Umfangswand 17 der Rinne 6 abstützen soll, muss dagegen hinreichend elastisch sein, um zum federnden Eingriff mit der Innenseite der Wand 17 gedrückt werden zu können und eine radiale Federung der Wand 16 zu gestatten, wenn das Anschlussstück 10 niedergedrückt wird, um mittels der Düse 5 das Ventil zu öffnen.
Der Endteil des Vorsprungs 18 ist mit einer im Längsschnitt T-förmigen Düsenspitze 21 versehen, dessen Durchtrittskanal geringeren Querschnitt als der Kanal 19 aufweist, wodurch es möglich ist, in sicherer Weise eine erwünschte Menge Rasierkrem an den Borstenteil 12 des Rasierpinsels 11 abzugeben.
Der Aussenumfang des Unterteils 13 bildet einen ringför migen Flansch, der zur Betätigung des Anschlussstückes 10 benutzt werden kann. Das Anschlussstück 10 kann statt oder ausser diesem Flansch auch Ohren 22 aufweisen, welche diese
Betätigung mit den Fingern erleichtern.
Um eine unbeabsichtigte Ausgabe von Rasierkrem durch den Rasierpinsel 11 zu verhindern, ist auf dem Anschlussstück
10 eine Schutzhaube 23 vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem oder durchscheinendem Werkstoff besteht und einen unteren Randteil 24 besitzt, der den Wulst 3 des Rasierkrembehälters umschliesst und somit die Haube festhält. Die
Schutzhaube 23 kann aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff bestehen und eine Beschriftung aufweisen.
Die äussere Form des Rasierkrembehälters kann zwischen verschiedenen Fabrikaten wechseln, und demzufolge kann es selbstverständlich notwendig sein, den Sockel 14 und den dü senaufnehmenden Kanal 19 des Anschlussstückes 10 dementsprechend abzuändern. Rasierkrembehälter sind jedoch heutzutage weitgehend standardisiert, und die Konstruktionen der gewöhnlichen Behälter unterscheiden sich nur in unwesentlichen Einzelteilen von der auf der Zeichnung veranschaulichten Konstruktion, weshalb ein Anpassen des Anschlussstückes dem Fachmann keinerlei Schwierigkeiten bereiten dürfte. Die gezeigte Konstruktion des Sockels 14 bietet übrigens auch den Vorteil, dass sie sich leicht verschiedenen Abmessungen der Rinne 6 anpassen lässt, so dass nur die beiden zylindrischen Wände 15 und 16 angepasst werden müssen.
