La présente invention a pour objet une boite de montre dont le cadran et la carrure sont en une seule pièce.
On a déjà proposé de telles boîtes en métal ou en matière synthétique injectés. Toutefois les boîtes ainsi constituées ne sont pas élégantes et ne peuvent présenter d'autres décorations que celles prévues dans le moule, chaque changement de décoration entraînant la fabrication d'un nouveau moule.
Le but de la présente invention est de créer une boite de montre dont le cadran et la carrure sont en une seule pièce et qui permet de varier à l'infini la décoration du cadran et de la carrure avec un seul type de boite.
Cette boîte dont la carrure et le cadran sont en une pièce et dont la surface extérieure de la carrure continue celle du cadran, est caractérisée par le fait que la glace est montée dans une lunette fixée dans ladite carrure.
Une forme d'exécution de la boîte de montre, objet de l'invention, est représentée, à titre d'exemple, au dessin annexé dont la figure unique en est une vue en coupe partielle.
La boîte de montre représentée comprend une carrure 1 qui présente un logement intérieur 2 destiné à recevoir le mouvement de la montre 3 qui peut être fixé à la carrure I par des moyens connus, par exemple par un cercle d'agrandissement 4.
La carrure 1 est venue de fabrication en une pièce avec le cadran 5. La surface supérieure de la carrure 1 continue la surface supérieure 5a du cadran 5 cette surface représentée est plane, mais elle pourrait aussi être bombée, conique ou pyramidale. Sur cette surface on peut soit frapper, soit graver des décors ou des signes horaires pouvant varier à l'infini.
Dans la carrure, on a prévu un évidement 6 dans lequel est fixée, à cran par exemple, une lunette portant la glace 8. Un fond 9 ferme cette boîte.
Le montage de la montre décrite s'effectue dans un ordre un peu différent de celui qui est suivi dans le cas d'une montre à cadran indépendant, fixé au mouvement par des pieds. Le mouvement de la montre décrite est d'abord introduit, puis fixé dans le logement de la carrure sous le cadran. Lorsque le mouvement est fixé à la carrure, les aiguilles sont mises en place et la boîte est fermée en fixant la lunette portant le verre.
Pour tirer le mouvement de la boite, il faut préalablement enlever la lunette puis les aiguilles.
Les surfaces 5a et la de la carrure-cadran peuvent être obtenues par tournage, ou par fraisage.
Ces surfaces pourront porter des décors ou des signes pouvant varier à l'infini.

The watch case shown comprises a middle part 1 which has an internal housing 2 intended to receive the movement of the watch 3 which can be fixed to the middle part I by known means, for example by an enlarging circle 4.
The middle part 1 came from manufacture in one piece with the dial 5. The upper surface of the middle part 1 continues the upper surface 5a of the dial 5, this surface shown is flat, but it could also be domed, conical or pyramidal. On this surface one can either strike or engrave decorations or time signs which can vary infinitely.
In the caseband, a recess 6 is provided in which is fixed, with a notch for example, a bezel carrying the crystal 8. A back 9 closes this case.
The assembly of the watch described is carried out in a slightly different order from that which is followed in the case of a watch with an independent dial, fixed to the movement by feet. The movement of the watch described is first introduced, then fixed in the housing of the middle part under the dial. When the movement is fixed to the caseband, the hands are put in place and the case is closed by fixing the bezel bearing the glass.
To get the movement out of the case, you must first remove the bezel and then the hands.
The surfaces 5a and 1a of the caseband-dial can be obtained by turning, or by milling.
These surfaces may bear decorations or signs that may vary ad infinitum.
