**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
The invention relates to a method for the production of a textured, partially made of staple fiber thread from thermoplastic material.
It is known to bring thread bundles made of synthetic material with a customary rotation into frictional contact with rotating grinding or cutting means, the individual threads on the surface being periodically cut, whereby protruding thread ends are formed which result in a fluffy surface.
It has also already been proposed by the applicant in the false twist texturing process for the continuous production of a crimped staple fiber structure from a thread bundle made of thermoplastic material, according to which the thread bundle consisting of endless stretched individual threads, while it is still in the twisted state, for the purpose of conversion into the staple fiber structure with grinding - or cutting means is brought into contact.
The aim of the invention is to create the possibility of producing a textured thread, some of which consists of staple fibers, from thread bundles made of thermoplastic material.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that at least two thread bundles are textured by a temporary high twist and heat fixation in the high twisted state, then twisted together and in the twisted state in frictional contact with grinding or
Brings cutting means and partially stacks the threads.
The texturing of the thread bundles by temporarily turning up and heat setting in the turned up state has the consequence that the individual threads of the bundle are in a state of random mutual warping, so that not only the outer, but also the individual threads inside the bundle with the grinding or . Cutting means are brought into contact and cut. The result is an end product partially made up of staple fibers.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a diagram of the process sequence with a ring twisting machine,
2 shows a diagram of the process sequence with a stack twisting machine.
According to FIG. 1, a textured thread bundle 3, 3 ′ is drawn off from the delivery bobbins 1, 2 by means of a pair of rollers 5. From the pair of rollers 5 the thread bundles run over a grinding or cutting device 6 and then over the thread guide eyelet 7 through the rotating rotor 8 to the bobbin 9 rotating with the twisting spindle 4. The thread bundles 3, 3 'are located when passing the grinding or cutting device 6. Cutting device 6 in a twisted state and are pressed by means of the two thread guides 10, 10 'onto the rotating disc 11, the edge of which is covered with an abrasive coating, e.g. B.
Carborundum, or can be provided with cutting ribs. The disk 11 can rotate both in the direction and in the opposite direction to the thread passage direction, whereby there must be a speed difference between the peripheral speed of the rotating disc and the passage speed of the twisted thread bundles 3, 3 '. The grinding or Cutting disk 11 can be arranged parallel to or at an acute angle of about 30-40 to the twisting direction.
According to FIG. 2, two textured thread bundles 20, 20 'run from a bobbin 13 attached to the twisting spindle 12 and onto which they have been wound together, over the twisting eyelet 14 and the traversing thread guide 15 to the take-up bobbin 17 resting on the drive roller 16 14 and the stationary thread guide 15, where the thread bundles 20, 20 'are in the twisted state, a grinding or cutting device 18 is arranged, which can be designed like the device 6 described with reference to FIG. 1 and also with two thread guides 19 , 19 'is provided for pressing the thread against the disk 21.
The texturing of the bundle of threads is done by turning up overhead, z. B. by means of a false twist device, and heat fixation in the turned up state. These can be textured thread bundles made of synthetic material such as polyamides, polyesters, vinyl-based material (polyacrylonitrile), polyolefins, and textured thread bundles made of cellulose acetate.
Some exemplary embodiments of the method according to the invention, in which the method sequence takes place in accordance with the schemes shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, are described below.
example 1
Two polypropylene thread bundles dtex 220f40 are temporarily turned up to 2000 Tlm S on a false twisting device and heated to 165 ° C for one second in the turned up state.
The thread bundles textured in this way are twisted on the ring twisting machine according to FIG. 1 to 250 T / m S. In this case, the thread that is formed is guided over a length of 15 mm over the grinding wheel 11 rotating in the opposite direction to the threading direction, immediately in front of the thread guide eye 7, and then wound onto the bobbin 9.
The circumferential speed of the grinding wheel 11, which is arranged parallel to the direction of travel of the thread, is 500 m / min. By lightly steaming in the loose state, the resulting thread becomes voluminous, elastic, and it is given a warm, wool-like feel.
Example 2
Two polyester thread bundles (polyethylene glycol terephthalate) dtex 84f15 with a protective twist of about 20 T / m Z are temporarily turned up to 3000 T / m S and exposed to a temperature of 225 C for 0.8 seconds in the turned up state. The thread bundles textured in this way are wound up together on the bobbin 13 and then twisted to 350 T / m S on the stack twisting machine according to FIG. The thread is guided with a support length of 10 mm over the grinding wheel 21 rotating in the opposite direction to the direction of travel of the thread and wound onto the bobbin 17. The circumferential speed of the grinding wheel 21 arranged parallel to the twisting direction is 400 m / min.
Woven or knitted fabric made from such a thread becomes voluminous, elastic, warm and soft to the touch through light steaming or dry heating to 130 to 135 "C in the tension-free state.
Example 3
Two polyamide 6.6 thread bundles (poly-hexamethylene adipamide) dtex 78f23 with the usual protective twist are temporarily turned up to 3000 T / m and, when turned up, are exposed to a fixing temperature of 220 ° C. for 0.8 seconds.
The thread bundles textured in this way, which were temporarily turned up in the opposite direction, are wound together on the bobbin 13 and twisted to 370 T / m Z on the stack twisting machine according to FIG. The thread is guided with a support length of 25 mm over the grinding wheel 21 rotating in the direction of thread travel, the circumferential speed of which is 500 m / min, and then wound onto the bobbin 17.
Textiles made from the resulting thread have a full, warm feel and are of good elasticity.
Example 4
Two polyamide 6 thread bundles (polymer made from E-caprolactam) dtex 110f24 with a protective twist of about 20 T / m Z are temporarily turned up to 2800 T / m S and, in the turned up state, heated to 1800 C for one second.
The thread bundles textured in this way are wound together on the bobbin 13 and twisted to 350 T / m S on the stack twisting machine according to FIG. The thread is passed over the grinding wheel 21 and then wound onto the bobbin 17. The grinding wheel is mounted so that its axis is approximately parallel to the incline of the spiral formed by the thread, i.e. H. the disc forms an acute angle with the twisting direction.
The interlock fabric produced in this way becomes voluminous, elastic and soft and wool-like to the touch through light steaming in a tension-free state.
Example 5
Two thread bundles made of cellulose 2 1/2 acetate dtex 220f23 are temporarily turned up to 1800 T / m S and heated to 180 ° C for 1.5 seconds in the turned up state.
The thread bundles textured in this way are wound together on the bobbin 13 and twisted to 300 T / m Z on the stack twisting machine according to FIG. The thread is guided with a contact length of 20 mm over the grinding wheel 21 rotating in the direction of the thread running direction, the peripheral speed of which is 190 m / min, and wound onto the bobbin 17.
Textiles made from staple fiber threads produced in this way have a subtle sheen and a pleasant, silky feel.
Example 6
Three polyacrylonitrile thread bundles dtex 133f48, which are only very slightly pre-twisted, are temporarily turned up to 1500 T / m and, in the turned up state, heated to 220 C for 1.5 seconds.
The thread bundles textured in this way, two of which have been temporarily turned up in the Z direction and one in the S direction, are wound together on the bobbin 13 and twisted to 250 T / m Z on the stack twisting machine according to FIG. The thread is guided with a support length of 30 mm over the surface of the grinding wheel 21 rotating in the direction of travel of the thread, the rotational speed of which is 400 m / min, and wound onto the bobbin 17.
Textiles made from such a thread have a wool-like character.
