Abstract
A fully automatic shuttle inserter for embroidery machines has a magazine moved vertically on a guide rail which receives shuttles from the prepn. by way of a grooved guide shaped so that the shuttle cannot fall out ot the thread be damaged. When the shuttle glides into position in the magazine, the compressed air is shut off and the next motion initiated.
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen vollautomatischen Schiffchen Einlegeapparat mit Vertikaltransport.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung erläutert.
Figur 1 zeigt die Vorderansicht der Führungsschiene mit Transportschlitten.
Der Einlegeapparat dient zur Aufnahme der Schiffchen, die von der Richtmaschine ausgestossen oder ausgeworfen werden.
In Fig. 2 ist der Apparat dargestellt.
Der Rahmen des Apparates A1 dient zur Befestigung der U-förmigen Führungsschiene A2, sowie der Steuergeräte und Klinken B1 + B2.
Der Transportschlitten C mit den Transportbolzen C1 läuft in der Führungsschiene.
Das Schiffchen fällt auf dem Rücken liegend durch einen Kanal D in den bereitgestellten Schiffcheneinlegelineal D1, der am Vertikaltransportschlitten eingehängt wird.
Der Kanal D ist eigens dem Schiffchen angepasst, so dass das Schiffchen sich im Kanal nicht drehen kann. Figur 3 und Schnitt A:A.
Damit der Faden vom Schiffchen im Kanal nicht beschädigt wird, ist der Kanal auf einer Seite nur so hoch, dass die Öffnung für den Faden am Schiffchen noch sichtbar ist. Fig. 3 Schnitt A:A.
An der Anfangsseite des Kanals ist eine Erhöhung, um ein allfälliges Auswerfen und Verdrehen des Schiffchens zu vermeiden. Fig. 3C.
Der Weitertransport des Schlittens erfolgt pneumatisch.
Sobald das Schiffchen den Auslauf des Kanals passiert hat und im Schiffcheneinlegelineal sitzt, wird der Luftstrom unterbrochen, dadurch wird der Kontakt auf das Steuergerät für eine Schaltung (4/4 Rapport) oder deren mehrere (mehrere Rapporte) ausgelöst.
Die Öffnung ist nun frei für das nächste Schiffchen. Die Schaltung erfolgt vertikal mittels Luftzylinders über einen Hebel-Klinkentransport. Figur 4.
Die Sicherung und genaue Höhe des Transportes ist durch einen Sicherungsschieber auf der hinteren Seite des Klinkentransportes gegeben (Fig. 5), welcher durch eine Zugfeder automatisch positioniert wird.
Damit wir einen geringeren Kraftaufwand des Zugzylinders erhalten, wird der Schlitten mittels eines Gewichtes über zwei Rollen ausgeglichen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Vollautomatischer Schiffchen-Einlegeapparat mit Vertikaltransport, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schiffchen auf dem Rücken liegend durch den Kanal in das Schiffcheneinlegelineal gleitet.

The invention relates to a fully automatic shuttle insertion device with vertical transport.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing.
Figure 1 shows the front view of the guide rail with transport carriage.
The insertion device is used to hold the boats that are ejected or ejected by the straightening machine.
In Fig. 2 the apparatus is shown.
The frame of the apparatus A1 is used to attach the U-shaped guide rail A2, as well as the control devices and pawls B1 + B2.
The transport carriage C with the transport bolts C1 runs in the guide rail.
The shuttle falls lying on its back through a channel D into the shuttle insert ruler D1, which is attached to the vertical transport slide.
Channel D is specially adapted to the shuttle so that the shuttle cannot turn in the channel. Figure 3 and section A: A.
So that the thread is not damaged by the shuttle in the channel, the channel is only so high on one side that the opening for the thread on the shuttle is still visible. Fig. 3 Section A: A.
At the beginning of the channel there is an elevation to prevent the shuttle from being ejected and twisted. Figure 3C.
The carriage is transported further pneumatically.
As soon as the shuttle has passed the outlet of the channel and sits in the shuttle insertion ruler, the air flow is interrupted, which triggers contact with the control unit for a circuit (4/4 repeat) or several (several repeats).
The opening is now free for the next boat. Switching takes place vertically by means of an air cylinder via a lever-latch transport. Figure 4.
The safety and exact height of the transport is given by a safety slide on the rear side of the pawl transport (Fig. 5), which is automatically positioned by a tension spring.
In order for the pulling cylinder to use less force, the slide is balanced by means of a weight over two rollers.
PATENT CLAIM
Fully automatic shuttle insertion device with vertical transport, characterized in that the shuttle slides on its back through the channel into the shuttle insertion ruler.
